The modular sections include a first modular section having extending around a first portion of the sidewall of the container, a second modular section connected to the first modular section and extending around a second portion of the sidewall of the container, and at least one additional modular section extending around a third portion of the sidewall of the container. The first and second modular sections have different structural configurations. The accessory also includes a first connection member connected to the jacket and configured to support the jacket in connection with the container.

Abstract: A livewell assembly includes a main housing, a cover, an aerator, and a utility rail. The main housing includes a top opening and an interior. The interior is accessible via the top opening. The interior is configured to hold a volume of water and live bait. The cover is removably coupled to the main housing and is configured to close the top opening. Abstract: A package or container for a catheter having a catheter tube with a proximal end provided with a catheter outlet and a distal opening at a distal end thereof. A gel receptacle is provided with a cavity for holding an amount of a lubricating agent, and the catheter tube extends therethrough. The gel receptacle is configured such that as the catheter is withdrawn from a stored position therein, a leading tip of the catheter is immersed in the lubricating agent, thus automatically coating the leading tip. The gel receptacle may be held within a rigid body or may be a standalone item packaged in a sterile bag solely with the catheter. A side wall of the gel receptacle is deformable so that as the catheter is withdrawn proximally the side wall is collapsed inward to displace the lubricating agent gel and coat an exterior surface of the catheter tube.

Abstract: Containers having a fitment have been used to store food product. Oftentimes the product contained within the container is easier for a user to consume if a utensil such as a spoon is used. The present disclosure is directed towards an assembly for mounting to a container. The assembly includes a fitment with a passage. The spoon is at least partially disposed within the passage of the fitment. The spoon may be attached to the fitment, and covered by a protective cover. The protective cover may include a first half and a second half. The protective cover can be secured with a safety seal.

Abstract: Disclosed are support devices for an article that is adjacent to a sink margin, the support devices provide a storage solution for the article and hold the article in an upright position, thereby helping to prevent seepage and loss of soap fluids from the article and also directs sponge drainage either into a sink or a container. The devices work on either single of double bowl sinks, and on either under-mounted or drop-in sinks, or can be positioned adjacent to a sink on the countertop. The devices are easily movable, can be placed in multiple locations, can be easily cleaned and function without the need for suction cups or other attachments. When the article is being used, the devices are out of the way resulting in minimal conflict with the use and activity around the sink, thereby allowing maximum unimpeded use of the sink area.

A lid with neck contacts a base and shoulder to seal the packaging to limit the removal of the contents from the packaging. The base fixedly attaches to the packaging, which may be a flexible packaging, to seal the packaging when the lid is in the closed position. Retention fingers of the lid and the base engage each other to secure the lid in the closed position. An access tab provides access to the lid to allow the user to open the sealing head to gain access to the contents of the packaging. The access tab may provide a child resistant design depending upon the contents of the packaging. A scoop may also be stored on the lid.

Abstract: Described herein is a coffee cup plug that includes a combination cup/container sleeve and plug assembly. The coffee cup plug includes a sleeve for disposable beverage containers as well as a detachable plug. The plug includes a fold line such that when the plug is detached from the sleeve and folded the folded plug is configured to be inserted into a dispensing aperture formed in the lid of the cup/container. At least one side wall has at least one notch, the notch comprising deformable plastic members that can be biased in an open position to define a conductor opening to receive at least one of the electrical conductors. A top can be hingedly joined to one the top edges of one side wall and can be adapted to be moveable from an open position to a closed position. The conductor opening is at least partially defined by the top when the top is in the closed position, and the flexible flanges contact the conductors when the top is in the closed position.

When not being accessed, paint containers need to be sealed to keep the contents from spilling, or the paint from drying out. Frequently, however, it desirable to be able to cover a paint container while painting tools are still in the bucket. The cover includes a panel comprised of at least a first surface and a paint tool holder, and a band for releasably connecting the cover to the paint container while creating a substantially air-tight configuration.

A tapered retainer gap is provided between flanges for resiliently clamping the handle of a scooping utensil. In some embodiments, the closure can include an annular ridge shaped for engaging a downwardly extending skirt on a like container when two like containers are vertically stacked. The golf bag of the present invention allows a user to arrange the adjustable dividers to create the size, configuration, and number of golf club compartments desired by the user. The dividers of the present invention are composed of interlocking, structural material to prevent golf clubs from getting tangled within the golf bag, and are assembled into an adjustable divider cartridge comprising a base retainer that is inserted into a golf bag. Once the divider cartridge is disposed within the golf bag, top retainers are added to retain the divider cartridge and prevent it from moving around within the golf bag.

Abstract: A scoop for measuring and dispensing powdered or granular material has at least one projection, such as a fin, multiple intersecting fins, or a spike, which enable the scoop to be “parked” in the surface of a powdered or granular food product without the handle of the scoop coming in contact with the product. The projection is preferably molded unitary with the scoop and handle. Unless the container is vigorously shaken, dropped, or subjected to extreme accelerative or decelerative forces, the scoop will remain in its parked position until the container is reopened for a further dispensing of the powdered or granular food product. The scoop may be packaged as an assembly in combination with a discardable floating scoop retainer disk, that is placed on the surface of the granular or powdered product, and prevents the scoop from sinking below the surface during shipping and handling.

Abstract: A cutlery clip consists of a plate jaw suitable for holding an edge of a plate and a cutlery jaw suitable for grasping one or more utensils and a napkin. The plate jaw is aligned with the cutlery jaw so that cutlery grasped in the cutlery jaw is conveniently held beneath the edge of the plate to which the plate jaw is attached. A user can open the plate jaw by applying pressure to a top pivoting member of the plate jaw, allowing a plate edge to be inserted into or removed from the plate jaw, without opening the cutlery jaw. By applying more pressure to the top pivoting member, both the plate jaw and the cutlery jaw are easily opened, allowing a user to separate the utensils from the plate.
