One or more body cam surfaces are arranged on an outer surface of a side wall of the container body, and one or more lid cam surfaces are arranged on an inner surface of a neck portion of the lid in such a manner that the body cam surfaces are configured to oppose the corresponding lid cam surfaces. The lid is locked in the closed position by moving the lid in a first direction so as to bring the lid cam surfaces to abut on and engage with the body cam surfaces, and the lid is moved to the release position by moving the lid in a second direction so as to disengage the lid cam surfaces from the body cam surfaces.

The cap assembly includes a securing part releasably connected to the container, a nozzle secured to the container by the securing part, and a closure part connected to both the securing part and the nozzle. The closure part is configured to move along a longitudinal axis of the condiment bottle from a closed position where the closure part sealingly engages the nozzle to an intermediate position where the closure part is spaced from and covering the top of the nozzle. The closure part is further configured to pivotally move from the intermediate position to an open position where the closure part is located along a sidewall of the nozzle.

The handle (2) movable along the at least one sliding slot (14) is assembled to the container (1). The structure allows a user to hold the handle (2) from the first surface (114) or the second surface (115), so that a lifting direction of the containing device can be changed. As the two shafts slide in the corresponding guide grooves, the roller shutter slides between an open position and a close position. The lower frame is coupled to a collar of an opening of a tank and a hatch is coupled to the upper frame. The hinge assembly allows the upper frame to pivot the hatch between open and closed positions. The lower frame includes at least one catch to receive an edge of the hatch, when the hatch is closed. Spring members on the upper frame urge the hatch toward the upper frame so that the hatch may be swung away from the opening. Inflating a bladder positioned between the upper frame and hatch overcomes the spring pressure and urges the hatch into tight contact with the collar. The hatch system includes a remote control for inflating the bladder and for opening and closing the hatch.

A cover is movable to inside of the cavity, and configured to open and close the cavity. An inclination surface is provided on an inner surface of the cavity. A switch on the inclination controls dispensing of water or ice from the discharge opening. Under this configuration, water or ice is dispensed from the discharge opening if the switch is actuated as the cover moves to the inside of the cavity to contact the inclination surface. The cover is coplanar with an outer surface of the door to close the cavity.

The second position is closer to the bottom end of the body than the first position. The panels permit access to the opening and are configured to shift in an outwardly direction during contact with the top end of the body during movement of the collar from the first position toward the second position.

To improve the functionality of such a barbecue, the invention suggests that means are provided to allow the cover to move from the first position into the second position, wherein the cover is pivoted during the movement from the first position into the second position around a horizontal axis and wherein the barycenter of the cover is moved from a first level to a second, lower level.

They may be in a special container (1), sealed and purged, replacing the internal atmosphere with an inert purge gas, and leaving the sealed container slightly pressurized. By hinging a lid or door (5) to the container via hinges (12, 13), the respective parts of which can move relative to one another translationally, at least when the door or lid (1) is in the closed position, and in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the door or lid, much improved sealing may be achieved. The invention also relates to methods used to deliver and duct the purge gas within the container to ensure good purge gas delivery and mixing.

The lock mechanism comprises: a locking plate movable relative to the container, the locking plate being operable to control a lid lock element and a shutter lock element; and an actuator arranged to control movement of the locking plate. The locking plate is movable between three positions, including: a closed position, in which the shutter lock element prevents opening of the shutter; a primed position, in which the shutter can be opened; and an open position which controls the lid lock element to permit opening of the lid.

Cables connected to elevated portions of the tank can be used to tilt the deck from above, and landing supports can be used to tilt the deck from below.

A traditional hinge attached to the lid and rear of box carcass provides a fixed pivot point such that a severe pinch point exists due to the leverage of the lid. The SSHA reduces this potential by a sliding design such that the hinge element normally fastened to the rear of the box is rather installed on a slide assembly allowing free sliding motion in the vertical plane at the rear of the box. The SSHA assembly would include a slide, pivot and counter weight device to reduce the weight of the lid.

The slot extends up-and-downward. Moreover, the container body further has a receiver. The receiver is brought into contact with the lid member so as to support the lid member when the pivotably-supporting shaft moves relatively within the slot so as to move the lid member downward. Therefore, the arm and pivotably-supporting shaft hardly deform because no excessive load acts onto them.

The can end combination may include a metal can end and a resealable closure coupled to the can end. The can end may include a center panel having an aperture formed therethrough. The closure may include a base plate and a top plate coupled to the base plate. The closure may have a sealed position in which the base plate contacts the center panel about the aperture to form at least one of a bore seal and a face seal. The closure may also have an intermediate position in which the base plate is proximate the aperture but the closure is devoid of the bore seal and the face seal. The closure may also have a fully open position in which the aperture is exposed to enable pouring liquid through the aperture.

One of the positions is a rear position rearward of the access opening and the other of the positions is a front position forward of the access opening. Each optional open position exposes the storage space through the access opening.

Abstract: The present invention is a convenient-to-use cosmetic compact of increased stability, comprising a base, a cosmetic article carrier disposed within the base and a cap. With respect to the base, the cap is sometimes capable of translational movement and sometimes capable of rotational movement, but the cap can only perform one type of motion at a time. The type of movement that the cap may execute, depends on the relative orientation of the cap and base. There is one exception to this rule. There is exactly one orientation of the cap with respect to the base from which the user may execute either translation or rotation, but not both simultaneously. Translation of the cap with respect to the base causes translation of the cosmetic article carrier, either toward the bottom or toward the top of the base. In contrast, rotation of the cap with respect to the base does not affect the position of the cosmetic article carrier. Preferably, the cap is capable of rotating at least 180°.

Abstract: The present invention is a holder for a confectionary product. The holder has two sections that enclose the confectionary product when in the closed position. The holder may be opened by sliding the two sections apart and then pivoting one of the sections relative to the other one hundred and eighty degrees to intermesh and thereby form a handle for holding the confectionary product during consumption by a user.

Abstract: A resealable pop-top beverage container is disclosed and claimed wherein a lift-tab is attached to the upper surface of the top of the container in a conventional manner such that when a finger-end of the lift-tab is raised, a swivel-end of the lift-tab forces a sealing plate to shear its connection to the edge of an access hole, thereby opening the access hole. The lift-tab of the invention includes a coating of a resilient material on at least its ventral side. When the lift-tab is rotated about a rotatable connector, the resilient material can juxtapose against the access hole thereby forming a reversible seal.

The collection hopper includes a standby position and a pressure-relief position. A method of filtering air includes drawing air into a hood and then into a filter arrangement.

Abstract: A container with a container body includes two side panels and two end panels respectively upstanding from the edges of a four-sided base and a two-part lid, which can slide to a container top uncovering position and then pivot to a storage position. A securing device and a second securing device holds each lid part against the underlying top edges of the panels when the lid part is in a container top covering position. A third securing device couples each lid part, when in a storage position, to a side panel. A socket on each side panel is engaged by elements of the first securing device to facilitate pivoting of the lid parts from the container top uncovering position to their storage positions.
