Abstract: A memorabilia container includes a box-like receptacle to the memorabilia. The receptacle has opposite upstanding side walls and an upstanding rear wall joining the side walls. The side walls and the rear wall have respective upper edges. A side lid is hingedly connected to each side wall. The side lid hinges are attached to the side walls below the upper edges of the side walls so that the side wall upper edge stops the side lid from opening beyond a predetermined angle. Each side lid has an interior surface, an exterior surface, and an outer edge. The side lids close together with their outer edges abutting. A rear lid is hingedly connected to the rear wall. The rear wall hinge is attached to the rear wall below the upper edge of the rear wall, so that the rear wall upper edge stops the rear lid from opening beyond a predetermined angle. The rear lid has an interior surface and an exterior surface. The rear lid closes first, and the side lids close together over the rear lid.

Abstract: A plunger storage unit includes a plunger head container having opposed sidewalls and a bottom wall to define an open ended enclosure. The open end of the enclosure is opened and closed by two opposed closure units pivotally mounted on opposed sidewalls of the plunger head container. A plunger support platform is suspended from the opposed closure units by spring arm platform supports which permit the platform to move toward the container bottom to close the closure units across the open end of the container in a closed position and away from the container bottom to open the closure units in an open position. The spring arm platform supports are formed to bias the closure units toward the closed position and to bias the closure units toward the open position before the platform reaches the extent of its travel toward or away from the bottom of the container.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a refuse container lid and hinge assembly, which comprises two angled members, two lid members, and two hinge rods. The angled members are attached to a refuse container and further comprise an attachment portion, a stop portion, and a plurality of knuckles. The lid members each comprise a crumple region and a support region. The crumple regions and support regions cooperatively allow the lid members to withstand planar and nonplanar compressive forces. The support regions each further comprise a plurality of U-shaped support ribs, which effect a patterned series of sloped superior surfaces and a patterned series of sloped inferior surfaces. The hinge rods hingedly connect the lids to the angled members. The ranges of pivotal motion are limited between a closed position and an open position wherein stop structures of the lid members contact the angled members thus restricting the lid members from pivoting more than a preferred number of degrees.

Abstract: A hand-held carrier for manually carrying parabolic skis and associated ski poles, the carrier having a double open-ended molded plastic receptacle having a bottom wall, first and second side walls extending up from the bottom wall and a partition wall disposed between the side walls. The walls of the receptacle define first and second elongated compartments each sized especially for holding a section of a parabolic ski and its associated ski-boot binding hardware. First and second molded plastic closures are pivotally coupled to opposing upper portions of the receptacle, for respectively closing the first and second compartments. The closures include integral handle sections which come together to form a single carrying handle when the closures are pivoted to close the compartments.

Abstract: A plastic tote box of the type having a lid. The lid is a two-piece hinged lid, with each piece of the lid being hinged along the top of opposite sides of the box. Each of the lid pieces has at least one hollow channel formed therein. The hollow channels improve the structural integrity of the lid pieces without adding additional lid material. In a box top lid having a substantially planar central area surrounded by a raised peripheral edge, a cut out is formed in the peripheral edge providing a drainage path for fluid which has collected in the central area to flow off the lid without entering the box. A mail slot is formed in a box side for insertion of a packing slip or the like into the box without opening the box lid.
