  • Patent number: 10611624
Abstract: Method and system for measured dispending of a liquid to a target reservoir. An oval gear flow meter provides two pulses from different magnets. A pipe subsystem allows liquid from an above-ground reservoir measured through the oval gear flow meter to be controllably dispensed using a controllable valve. A processor module, upon receipt of a start-signal, opens the controllable valve and, until receipt of a stop-signal, computes a volume of the liquid dispensed by the system into the target reservoir by counting the pulses as a first and second counts. An adjustable volume-per-count value is computed with the count(s) to obtain the volume of liquid dispensed. The processor generates an error when a difference between the two counts is greater than a predetermined threshold set considering a target precision setting for the dispensing system.

  • Patent number: 10363568
Abstract: An adhesive dispensing system and method of dispensing liquid material are disclosed. The adhesive dispensing system includes an adhesive dispensing module receiving hot melt adhesive through the inlet at a low pressure and rapidly developing high pressure at an outlet to thereby jet the hot melt adhesive therefrom. The system also includes a pressure container containing a supply of hot melt adhesive and configured to melt or maintain a heated temperature of the hot melt adhesive. A low pressure liquid passageway communicates between the adhesive dispensing module and the pressure container. The system also includes a pressurized air source in fluid communication with the adhesive dispensing module to operate the adhesive dispensing module by moving a piston to generate high pressure at the outlet of a nozzle for jetting hot melt adhesive as a discrete volume toward a substrate.

  • Patent number: 10330821
Abstract: Among other things, one or more systems and/or techniques for improving performance of a dispensing system are provided herein. The dispensing system may comprise an emitter and a detector. The emitter may be configured to transmit light (e.g., and/or one or more other signals). The detector may be configured to measure light, for example. The detector may determine a first measurement of light while the emitter is not transmitting light. The detector may determine a second measurement of light responsive to the emitter transmitting light. The detector may determine a third measurement of light based upon a comparison of the first measurement of light with the second measurement of light. The detector may be direct current (DC) coupled while determining the third measurement of light.

  • Patent number: 10301108
Abstract: Granular material flows out through the discharge opening of a silo and through a sealed housing to a target location. A vent opening in a top portion of the silo has a vent cover operative to selectively open and close the vent opening. When the vent cover is closed, air movement into an upper portion of the silo is prevented. A gate is operative to control a flow of granular material through the discharge opening. A vacuum conduit has a lower input end thereof connected to an interior of the housing, and an upper output end thereof located in an upper portion of an interior of the silo. Material flowing out of the silo creates a vacuum drawing dust from the housing up the vacuum conduit into the silo.

  • Patent number: 10295301
Abstract: A differential pressure type inflating device, adapted for fast inflating the devices that need inflating, comprises a gas container, a relief valve, a gas nozzle, a pipe joint, a switch valve, and a relief pipe. When external high pressure gas enters the gas container and renders the gas pressures in the gas container and the relief pipe reaching a balance condition, the switch valve can be pressed to generate pressure drop in the relief pipe, which launches the relief valve and discharges the high pressure gas in the gas container from the gas nozzle. In this design, the gas container, relief valve, gas nozzle, relief pipe, and pipe joint are connected with screwing structures, so as to achieve the function of easy assembling.
