  • Patent number: 11898696
Abstract: A grease gun comprising a body having first and second chambers, first and second pistons within those first and second chambers, primary and secondary grease channels, a grease outlet and an actuator, is provided. Actuation of the actuator by a user causes first and second pistons to move within first and second chambers. The body may further comprise a pressure sensitive spool which allows the grease gun to move from a high flow/low pressure operation to a high pressure/low flow operation when there is a grease blockage that causes an increase in the pressure in the body.

  • Patent number: 11002407
Abstract: A grease dispensing device includes a grease drive system for moving grease through grease passaging. A sensor is arranged to sense grease in the grease passaging and to generate sensor data related thereto. After a delay period, a prime indicator changes between first and second states based on the sensor data to indicate whether or not the grease dispensing device is primed with grease. The grease dispensing device also includes a grease controller operatively connected to the sensor and the prime indicator. The grease dispensing device monitors the sensor data to determine whether the grease dispensing device is primed with grease and controls the operation of the prime indicator accordingly.

A first portion of the axial outlet is connected to a through-opening arranged radially on the piston position and adapted in a predetermined piston position to connect the axial outlet to a predetermined outlet of the outlets. A second portion of the axial outlet of the piston is connected to the lubricant chamber by way of an inlet and a non-return valve to allow the bore to be filled with lubricant. The outlets are arranged essentially in succession to one another. The position sensor is adapted to signal the position of the piston in the event the piston stops.

Abstract: Continuously shooting pneumatic grease gun structure including an air chamber housing defining therein an elongated air chamber. A push hole extends from the air chamber through one end of the housing to outer side thereof. A piston is reciprocally axially movably disposed in the air chamber between a start position and an end position. When in the end position, the piston permits the air in the air chamber to pass through the piston and escape from an outlet passage of the housing. A grease push rod is coaxially fitted in the push hole and synchronously movable along with the piston. A restoring spring is compressed between the end of the housing and the piston to resiliently keep the piston in the start position. A controlling valve is movably disposed on the housing between an open position and a close position.
