  • Patent number: 9220377
Abstract: A dispenser comprises a liquid piston and a gas piston coupled for movement. The pistons are mounted for movement relative to one another to define a mixing chamber therebetween. An actuator simultaneously moves the pistons in a first direction such that the air piston delivers air from an air chamber to the mixing chamber and the liquid piston delivers a liquid from a liquid chamber to the mixing chamber where the air and liquid are mixed in the mixing chamber to create a foam. Movement of one of the air piston and the liquid piston is stopped such that the pistons move relative to one another such that only air is delivered to the mixing chamber. The movement of the pistons in a second direction draws residual foam from a delivery tube and delivers the residual foam to the air chamber.

  • Patent number: 9038863
Abstract: The present invention relates to a nozzle structure of a dispenser pump button. According to the present invention, the nozzle structure of the dispenser pump button is designed in such a way that an outer nozzle with a discharge hole forwardly moves by the pressure of the content, and the content is discharged through the discharge hole distanced from an inner nozzle, thereby preventing the deformation of the nozzle. Therefore, the inflow of air into a cosmetic container is blocked, and thus the deterioration of the content can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20140346196
Abstract: A nozzle opening/shutting device of an airless type cosmetics vessel, in which a nozzle actuation button is installed between a nozzle housing and a stem, and a cam guide actuation unit is provided such that the cam guide actuation unit can guide a guide groove of a plunger upward and downward and can move the plunger forward and backward in a nozzle pipe by a cam operation, thereby opening and shutting the nozzle. This invention can move the plunger by a cam mechanism instead of a conventional spring mechanism, thereby preventing a misoperation and realizing a precise nozzle opening/shutting operation. The plunger is inserted in the nozzle such that a plunger end protrudes outside the nozzle and comes into close surface contact with the inlet of the nozzle, thereby preventing air introduction into the nozzle and preventing oxidation of the contents, and maintaining the quality of the contents constantly.

Abstract: A pump mechanism of liquid soap dispenser includes a cross pipe secured to a first check valve, a spout having a second check valve, and an abutment member respectively; a spring biased plunger partially inserted into the abutment member; and a cap on an end of the plunger. In response to depressing the cap the plunger slides to compress the spring, close the first check valve, and decrease a liquid storage space of the pipe for forcing pressurized soap to open the second check valve prior to flowing out of the spout. In response to removing the depressing force the spring pushes the plunger to its inoperative position to create a vacuum in the space, open the first check valve, permit soap supply to flow into the space through the first check valve, and close the second check valve at an end of returning the plunger to its inoperative position.

Abstract: A fluid pump having a pusher with a push wall defining a push outside surface and an inside surface; and a peripheral skirt which extends from the inside surface of the push wall. A pump chamber is provided with an inlet valve and with an outlet valve, a dispensing orifice via which the fluid is dispensed, a main piston, and a differential piston that is mounted to move in the pump chamber in response to variation in the pressure. The differential piston is mounted to move away from the push wall when the pressure increases in the pump chamber; the pusher and the differential piston being mounted to move along an actuating axis that extends substantially perpendicularly to the push wall. The differential piston is formed integrally with an inlet valve moving member that co-operates with an inlet valve seat.
