  • Patent number: 5002207
Abstract: The improved precompression pump has a body in which a hollow stem is slidingly disposed under the control of a knob or pushbutton provided with a nozzle. On the stem there is mounted a piston arranged to move along the stem against the action of a spring to uncover ports through the stem which communicate with the cavity in the stem. A non-return (intake) valve is positioned between the piston and a dip tube which is immersed in the product to be dispensed. The spring has a portion which is substantially cylindrical and another portion which is substantially conical, and moreover is not in contact with the product. The spring is secured at an intermediate point to the stem, acts at one end against the piston and is secured at its other end to the body.

Abstract: The thrust piston pump of a delivery apparatus for liquid media and the like is provided with a valve arrangement in the suction passage. The valve arrangement has two valve seats acting in opposing manner and is associated with a single common valve body. This permits a rapid transfer of the valve body into the closed position engaging on the valve seat, particularly during operation in an inverted position. In addition, the discharge passage has a mechanically openable discharge valve which can be simply opened by displacing the actuating head of the pump with respect to a collar of the pump piston.

Abstract: A water supply device for vacuum bottle used a space at the bottom outside the inner bottle to install a power driving device to drive a gear. The gear has two magnetic poles provided by a permanent magnetic iron using to repel or attract the other magnetic poles located at the concavity to rotate. These poles use the same shaft with a multiple blade gear, therefore, as the magnetic poles rotate, the water inside the inner bottle can be squeezed and flow out through outlet pipe.

Abstract: A pump for use with a container of liquid material for dispensing and or atomizing the liquid material in an accurate dose. The apparatus has a movable valve member which is normally biased in a closed position. Upon actuation of the pump, a fluid pressure is caused to act upon the valve member. The ratio of the area of the valve member against which the pressure acts before and after opening of the valve member is selected to be at least 1:1.5, to cause a corresponding reduction of the force necessary to open the valve and dispense the fluid upon actuation, resulting in a full stroke and single puff each time.

Abstract: A seating apparatus for sealing a semiconductor element in a resin has a plunger which injects a resin pellet into the cavities of an upper and lower mold. The plunger is driven by a reciprocating mechanism through a flexible transmission member so that the directions of movement of the plunger and the reciprocating mechanism need not be parallel. In preferred embodiments, the reciprocating mechanism is a ball screw mechanism which is driven by a servomotor, and the flexible transmission member is a roller chain which is slidably disposed within a lower mold. The lower mold may be longitudinally divided into a plurality of sections which are detachably secured to one another to enable easy manufacture and disassembly. A ventilating mechanism for passing cooling air along the length of the roller chain during molding may be provided to prevent the roller chain from being damaged by the heat of molding.

Abstract: A fillable toothbrush provided with a handle containing a dispenser for toothpaste is disclosed. One end of the handle is provided with a stem through which a duct is provided from a storage chamber to an outlet adjacent to a brush arranged at the free end of the stem. An actuating element is provided at the end of the handle remote from the stem. When actuated, the actuating element moves a valve that closes off the storage chamber from the duct and pushes toothpaste through the duct to the brush. When the actuating element is released, the valve retracts and permits toothpaste in the storage chamber to flow into the duct. The dispenser toothbrush is of simple design and allows defined quantities of toothpaste to be dispensed in a reliable way.

This assembly comprises an obturator valve applied against a seat by a stem of the plunger which is biased by a spring. A skirt of the plunger slides in a socket of the barrel in a leakproof manner only over a portion of its stroke. The depression of the plunger actuates the opening of the valve and the pressurization of a quantity of air under the skirt. Air pressure is exerted on the product to cause it to emerge from the orifice.
