In some implementations, the case may be made from a flexible viscoelastic material and the biometric monitoring device may be slipped into a receptacle in the case through an opening in the case; the opening may become distended during the insertion of the biometric monitoring device. In some implementations, the case may feature a display window that, in combination with materials of the biometric monitoring device, may mask a display of the biometric monitoring device from view when the display is off and may allow the display to be seen when the display is displaying content.

Abstract: A silicone band with a pocket is provided. The silicone band comprises a preferably hidden pocket in which the entrance to the pocket remains closed at rest. An entrance to the pocket is opened when the band is stretched and then is closed by returning the band to its resting position. The hidden pocket is designed to securely hold items and allow for a quick insertion and removal of the items through the pocket entrance.

Abstract: The invention is a hydration system that is worn on a user's arm. The system has a flexible sleeve that is conical or forms a conical sleeve that fits a person's forearm. A bladder, made of a pliable material, attaches to the sleeve, and has a number of expandable ribs. The bladder is for holding water or liquid for drinking. The bladder can be flat and folds with the sleeve to form a gently tapering form. A frame secures the bladder to the sleeve. A cap is detachably connected to an opening of the bladder, and a drinking straw allows a user to withdraw water from the bladder.

Abstract: The invention attaches a hand strap to a tablet to secure the tablet to the user's hand and act as an aide to prevent a tablet from being dropped. The invention allows the user to rotate the tablet to various viewing angles while still maintaining the secure connection to the tablet. The connection point provides a single yet strong connection between the hand strap and device grip for the two to rotate around each other.

Abstract: In one embodiment, an apparatus to carry a portable device comprises a brace body, an adjustment mechanism coupled to the brace body, and a locking mechanism coupled to the brace body. The adjustment mechanism is configured to adjust the apparatus for an adjusted fit and to retain the adjusted fit for the apparatus when not in use. The locking mechanism is configured to conform to a locked state to configure the apparatus for a bracing fit and to conform to an unlocked state to configure the apparatus for a relaxed fit. The bracing fit is configured to brace the apparatus at a usage position, and the relaxed fit permits positioning of the apparatus relative to the usage position.

Abstract: The weapon holder for a hunter's lap does not only provide a convenient holder for supporting a rifle, shotgun, or bow but can also support a crossbow. The weapon holder is comprised of a pair of identical mounds (Bosoms) each of which is adapted to be secured to an individual's thigh. The identical mounds temporarily maintain a weapon firmly between the cleavage of those identical mounds. The weapon holder includes a pair of identical weapon holding thigh straps that attach to a hunter's thigh while the hunter is in a sitting position. The weapon holder allows for the liberation of the hunter's hands while at the same time keeping the weapon in a readily accessible position when game appears. The weapon can be quickly and quietly removed for firing.

The openings may include closures to prevent items from falling out. The pouch may be formed of a single circle or include closures for placing it around the body.

Abstract: The present invention contemplates a variety of apparatuses for carrying and concealing a weapon holster on a lower leg. A device is provided that offloads weight associated with a leg-carried weapon and eliminates torque forces caused by walking with said weapon. Supplies or alternative weapons can also be carried. The device includes an anterior exoskeleton bracket and, in some embodiments, a foot orthosis. The holster is mounted near the top of the device. The exoskeleton, attaching to the foot orthosis or a shoe/boot, provides ankle support and offloads the weight of the weapon. The exoskeleton has a two-hinge system for flexibility and adjustability. Additionally, the exoskeleton attaches to the shoe/boot by one of several embodiments, including a simple L-bracket, a U-bracket wrapping around the heel, and a clip-on bracket wrapping under the sole. The orthosis is customized to a carrier's foot, providing comfort and offsetting the weight of the weapon.

Abstract: A fishing rod holder device includes a mounting strap having a center portion and spaced apart end portions extending outwards from the center portion. The center portion has an opening extending therethrough. A pivot extends through the opening of the mounting strap, and has a first end adjacent an underside of the mounting strap and a second end adjacent a topside of the mounting strap. A cradle is coupled to the second end of the pivot and configured to receive a fishing rod. The cradle is rotatable with respect to the mounting strap for positioning the fishing rod in a desired direction. A safety strap is coupled to the cradle for securing the fishing rod within the cradle.

Abstract: A device is disclosed for carrying sets of documents of various sizes utilizing at least a document support tray supported on the forearm of a carrier by a forearm supporter secured by a single arm and hand of a carrier such that the documents may easily be delivered utilizing the free arm of the carrier to selectively pick from one of the stacks made available through the device. The device also includes a holder to secure an animal repellent container. The device also permits a novel method of delivering mail whereby the carrier may have free use of the hand and arm opposite to that engaged by the device.

Abstract: A holder for a handheld device such as a smartphone or personal digital assistant (PDA) worn securely on a wrist, that allows the device to selectively rotate to a plurality of desired positions while remaining on the wrist. The holder has a protective shell case rotatably connected to a wrist strap by a pair of interlocking assemblies. In a first embodiment, a spring assembly with a pair of tabs on the wrist strap connects to a socket assembly attached to the shell case. In a further embodiment, the socket assembly on the strap connects to the spring assembly on the case. The shell case holds the device, allowing a user to directly access and use the device single-handedly when worn on the wrist. The device rotates between portrait and landscape positions by grasping the shell case and twisting, and detaches quickly by squeezing the tabs, disengaging the interlocking assemblies.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a waterproof case for protecting electronic devices. The waterproof case includes a flexible waterproof bag attached to a rigid lid that can be opened to allow electronic devices to pass into the bag. When closed, the lid forms a watertight seal that protects the inside of the bag from ingress of water. The lid can include a pass-through jack which allows a user to connect an electronic device, such as an audio device, to an output through the lid. The case may also be incorporated into a flexible attachment system, such as an armband or swimbelt. Methods of connecting an electronic device to an electronic output, such as an audio output, through a waterproof case are also provided.

Abstract: A wearable wallet has an elastic multi-part strap strung through two holes in the wallet, one hole in a cover flap over the wallet compartment opening and one hole in the bottom of the wallet back. The strap is composed of two conjoined loops forming an elongated “figure 8” where one loop is small and one loop is large. The small loop is just big enough to allow the large loop to be inserted through, causing the large loop to be divided into two parts. These two parts function as securing loops which can be variably proportioned and wrapped in a variety of useful ways, allowing the wallet to be easily reconfigured for wearing as a small purse dangling from a strap, as a wallet attached by elastic straps directly to an arm or hand or leg, or attached to a belt or some strap on clothing.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a cell phone holder that is attached to a wearer's thigh. In a particular embodiment the holder uses a pocket attached to a body that is secured around a thigh with a horizontal strap or straps. A vertical strap is used to couple to a horizontal strap and to part of the user's clothing such as a belt, belt loop, pocket or other garment structure to prevent the holder from slipping down the thigh. Other variations are disclosed including mechanisms to rotate the phone, operate the phone's touch screen and other controls while in the holder, secure the holder to the garment or thigh, provide advertising or animations on the phone's display screen while the wearer is upright such as standing or walking, etc.

Abstract: A modular pilot kneeboard system with detachable and interchangeable side pockets and accessories is herein disclosed. Each side edge of a main base plate is equipped with a zipper edge that allows add-on pieces, each with a mating zipper edge, to be zippered onto the main base plate and folded over like a conventional binder. Such side pieces are envisioned to provide pockets, straps, compartments and the like to hold additional items such as flight calculators, GPS systems flashlights, pens, and virtually any item a pilot may need quick access to during a flight. These items can attach by the aforementioned zippers, hook-and-loop fasteners, snaps, elastic bands, clips and the like.

Abstract: A device for holding a trash bag open while allowing a user to support and carry it with ease. The device comprises a rigid support frame and a plurality of clips that attach to, and hold open, a garbage bag. The support frame has a forearm support that extends from it, which the user secures to his or her forearm, along with a gripping handle that the user holds in his or her hand. The device keeps the bag open for easy trash placement thereinto. Alternatively, a netted, mesh bag can be used in place of the garbage bag to avoid waste associated with their disposal. The mesh bags can also serve as temporary storage space for items that will be later transferred to a larger storage receptacle. The device may also be attached to a user's belt with a clip for transport when not in use.

The device will often additionally contain a built-in second band of fabric or other material that can be positioned over the majority of the camera's front, and both hold the camera tightly to the user's wrist or arm when photography is not desired, as well as help protect the camera from accidental damage. The device is particularly useful for action sports photography.
