Components Separate To Facilitate Cleaning Patents (Class 224/233)
  • Patent number: 7293080
Abstract: An automatic service discovery approach allows a network management system to discover service managed objects from the network, eliminating the need for a user or other management application to provide such information. As a result, a network management system can automatically perform network-level or services level discovery of objects and services for which network components have no understanding. Embodiments are applicable, for example, in the context of management of packet voice (VoIP, VoATM) and metro Ethernet (TLS service) domains, as well as other domains.

  • Publication number: 20020113104
Abstract: A utensil scabbard (10) for holding knives or similar utensils is provided, including a rigid, walled housing (12) having a utensil-receiving section (52) supporting a utensil retainer (14). The retainer (14) includes a set of side-by-side web members (16) preferably held within the housing (12) by the rigid housing walls (22, 24, 26, 32), lips extending from the housing sidewalls, and inwardly extending tab members (38). The web members are separated laterally when a knife (40) is inserted into the utensil retainer (14), but resiliently and functionally engage the blade (44) of the inserted knife (40). The scabbard housing (12) further contains an attachment section (18) having attachment openings (20) for receiving a belt or chain (52). Additionally, the housing (12) includes a detachable wall (32) which can be slidably disengaged from lips (30) of the housing sidewalls (30), allowing easy disassembly and cleanup.

  • Patent number: 6405912
Abstract: A protective case to be worn by an individual for carrying a medical device that may be required in case of allergic or asthmatic reactions or diabetic reactions. The case includes a rigid receptacle to protect the medical device. The case can be worn on a person's belt or it may be permanently fixed to a belt or a band that can be worn around the waist, an arm or a leg. For a standard syringe, the receptacle comprises an elongated, rigid cylindrical tube which fits closely about the syringe. The receptacle further includes an open end that is covered by a cap that can be readily removed to provide easy access to the syringe inside the tube and which protects the syringe from contamination. The case is unobtrusive in appearance and does not hamper the individual's movements thus allowance it to be worn at all times.

  • Patent number: 5626272
Abstract: A Drywall tub device including a tub having sidewalls, endwalls, a bottom and a snap-down top, also including a belt attachment and three essential accessory attachments needed to perform the drywall task. The tub which includes the sidewalls, endwalls, bottom and a male snap-down locking tabs on each endwall is molded out of a thermoplastic compound or suitable substance. The hollow tub is used to hold a cleaning solution. The snap-down top is also molded from a thermoplastic compound or suitable substance having two female snap-locks molded into each endwall. The snap-down top's underside has a flexible rubber seal circumferencing the inside outer corner, for when locked into position this will prevent cleaning solution leakage. The snap-down top's underside middle has an attached square rubber piece open and slotted in its middle for holding and cleaning drywall taping knives.
