Abstract: An accessory mount having a plurality of uses and mounting provisions wherein an accessory may be operably removed and engaged with the accessory mount. The accessory mount may be worn on a belt or engaged with any end use article, such as a bow, a tree, a tree stand. The accessory mount shall have radial indexing provisions, allowing a receiver to rotate about the axis of the provisions.

Abstract: An oropharyngeal airway device includes an elongated hollow body having proximal and distal ends, and a collar secured to the proximal end of the elongated hollow body. The device also includes an aspiration tube and an adapter where the adapter has a first open end and an opposing second open end. The first and second open ends are each coupled to the aspiration tube. In addition, the device includes a delivery conduit coupled to the adapter and positioned within the elongated hollow body in order to deliver gas from a gas supply to the distal end of the elongated hollow body and into an airway of a patient. The device includes at least one fastener within the collar for removably securing the adapter to the collar.

Abstract: An archery bow support device is disclosed having a clip portion have a front leg having a front surface and a back leg and a support bracket connected to the front surface of the front leg and extending outwardly from the front leg. An archery bow support device having a clip portion have a front leg having a front surface and an end portion and a back leg and a support bracket connected to the end portion of the front leg by a hinge device for allowing the support bracket to pivot relative to the front leg and the support bracket extending outwardly from the front leg is also disclosed.

Abstract: The golfer sometimes wants or needs to have a golf ball ready for immediate play when the golfer's golf ball is lost. This device will allow the golfer to place a golf ball into a cavity of the device that is provided between an upper and low jaw. A pair of jaws that are connected by a spring will allow the golf ball to remain in position during normal play but at the same time allow the golfer to easily retrieve the golf ball within the cavity. When the golfer needs to use another ball, the golfer simply grabs the golf ball on its side and separates the jaws to retrieve the golf ball. The golfer can place the device on his or her pants or golf bag so that the golf ball is readily available.

Abstract: A backing for an ornamental pin including a tab extended backwards at an angle. Said tab allows ornamental pin to become a display, and vice versa. Includes at least one hole configured to receive at least one type of pin back, including but not limited to needle style pins and locking pin mechanisms. Backing is substantially rigid to allow for standing function. Tab may be adjustable, but still fixable at an angle. Tab may be rigidly fixed at a particular angle. May include grip section for ease of use. Grip section may also enable the pin to lay more uniformly against a user's clothing when ornamental pin is used as such.

Abstract: Disclosed is a skin securable therapeutic fluid dispensing device that includes a reservoir adapted to retain therapeutic fluid, a pump driving mechanism, and at least one housing configured to accommodate the reservoir and the pump driving mechanism, with at least a portion of the at least one housing defining at least a portion of the reservoir. The device also includes a shield coupled to the at least one housing, the shield configured to protect, at least in part, the reservoir from application of external forces thereon.

Abstract: A system for repairing a mitral valve: a first cylinder; and, a clip having an axial length and comprising a second cylinder having a wall and an internal bore. The wall defines an opening extending along the axial length, the opening being sized for at least two requirements: (a) the opening is large enough to receive the first cylinder when the first cylinder is positioned parallel with and adjacent to the second cylinder and the first cylinder is moved in a direction, through the opening. The wall of the second cylinder is sized to bend elastically to widen the opening so as to receive the first cylinder; and (b) the opening is small enough to prevent the first cylinder from falling out of the bore.

Abstract: An external storage device for holding bullets. The storage device snaps into a conventional lower receive on the firearm. The bullets are mounted in slots that are provided on the outside of the storage device. This device is intended for use with very large caliber bullets, such as .50 caliber bullets, for which there is no ammunition clip. The external storage device may also be constructed as an ammunition magazine that automatically loads bullets into the firearm, whereby the ammunition magazine is modified to include bullet storage slots on external surfaces that remain exposed when the magazine is inserted into lower receiver. The external storage device may also be constructed as a sleeve that fits over a conventional ammunition clip.

Abstract: A microphone holder is configured to join a microphone to a shirt. The microphone holder has a back panel configured to fit within one of a set that includes a concealable vest and an outer carrier or a plate carrier. A top panel is smoothly connected to the back panel. The top panel further includes a top window. The top window is adapted to receive a clip on the microphone. A front panel is smoothly connected to the top panel. The front panel is offset from the back panel in order to fit over the shirt.

Abstract: Retention clips for safety mechanisms of illumination flares include an abutment surface configured for abutment of an end of a rigid sleeve coupled to an igniter initiation cable and one or more protrusions configured to extend at least partially over a lateral side surface of the rigid sleeve when the rigid sleeve is retained by the clip. Safety mechanisms, illumination flares, and methods for igniting illumination flares involve such retention clips.

Abstract: A holder for ammunition and, in particular, to a flexible holder that conforms to curved surfaces especially useful for holding shotgun shells. The holder is a flexible band of separate ammunition shell or cartridge holders which enables the wearer to quickly and easily access the ammunition. The band may be attached to the wearer's arm, belt, or other conveniently accessed location. The band is molded in one piece in a sheet-like configuration and folded to form three-dimensional receptacles and belt loops.

Abstract: A shotgun shell carrier includes two clips on opposite ends of a bracket, for holding two shells end to end. Each clip has a shell end compartment for receiving an end portion of a shelf. Abstract: Clips or straps may be used to position a patient-controlled-analgesia (PCA) pump control in a position where a patient can easily operate a PCA pump. A strap that allows a PCA pump control to always be in hand or very close at hand is preferable to a strap or clip that merely keeps a PCA pump control nearby.

Abstract: A clip-on golfing club holster allows a golfer to hold a golf club at the golfer's side after use. The holster directs the shaft of the club out of the way of the golfer so that, for example, when the golfer uses a wedge to get on the green, the golfer may holster the wedge and move to putting while keeping the wedge close at hand. The holster includes a clip to attach the club to a golfer's belt and a head cover designed so that the golf club hosel hangs behind the golfer and out of the way. With the weight of the golf club head supported by the holster, there may not be any discomfort with carrying the club in the holster.

Abstract: A shotgun reloading apparatus to conserve user effort and movement in reloading shells in a shotgun to enhance shooting efficiency is provided. The reloading apparatus includes a base member coupled to a side portion of the shotgun, and a storage member coupled to the base member and having a cradle and a plurality of fingers such that space between the cradle and fingers is sufficient to secure a shotgun shell in a first position where a longitudinal axis of the shell is parallel to a longitudinal axis of a breech of the shotgun. This enables a user to rotate the secured shell from the first position to a second position proximate the breech to permit a disposal of the shell into the breech to reload the shotgun.

Abstract: A wearable device includes a main body, a housing, and two connection elements fixed to the housing. The connection element includes a body and at least one elastic protrusion protruding from one side of the body. When mounting the main body to the housing, the elastic protrusion of the connection element is deformed to generate elastic force to fix the main body to the housing.

Abstract: A grabbing device and an attachable wallet for smartphones and methods for attaching the wallet to different brands and types of smartphones and the automatic adjustment of the grabbing device to fit multiple brands and types of smartphones is disclosed. Additionally, the invention described enables various attachment means for easy separation of the grabbing device and smartphone while not interfering with the overall functionality and settings of the smartphone.

Abstract: A munitions carrier. The carrier securely retains a magazine and provides for rapid deployment of the magazine. The carrier is box-like and has one or more open ends. Four faces are sized and shaped to engage the four longitudinal faces of a magazine. The carrier has inside contours which can engage a complementary area of the outfeed end of a magazine. The carrier made from a material is flexible and has memory for returning to a configuration for retaining a magazine. At least two faces are discontiguous with each other and can be separated from each other. A retained magazine can be disengaged from the carrier and rapidly deployed if a multi-vectored force is applied to the magazine.

Abstract: An apparatus for carrying a ladder includes a base, a handle connected to the base, and fingers spaced from one another on the base and generally extending away from the handle. Each of the fingers has a hooked end. A compressible biasing member on the base at least partially extends toward the hooked ends to bias a ladder rail against the hooked ends when the fingers are placed around the ladder rail. The compressible biasing member may be a spring, a flexible tab, a foam pad, or other compressible member. A method of modifying a ladder is also provided.

Abstract: A quick release device for preventing unintended withdrawal of a handgun from a holster comprises a generally U-shaped hood with mutually spaced legs spanned by a bridge. The legs are arranged to straddle the holster, with the hood being rotatable about a fixed first axis between a rearward position at which the bridge overlies the holster opening, and a forward position at which the bridge is removed from the holster opening. At least one interior side plate is fixed with respect to the holster at a location adjacent to one of the hood legs. The interior side plate defines a guide path bordered by and extending forwardly from a locking notch. A trigger plate is connected to the hood leg for rotation about a second axis parallel to the first axis. The trigger plate is rotatable about the second axis to disengage the boss from the locking notch, thereby freeing the boss for movement along the guide path as the hood is rotated about the first axis from its rearward position to its forward position.

Abstract: A flying disc carrying clip for holding a flying disc and methods of using the same. The carrying clip preferably is formed from a material molded into at least three sections having a first section of a substantially closed loop to secure the carrying clip to a garment, gear, or a securing device; a second, generally U-shaped section contoured to fixedly engage a flying disc; and a third section having a release flange, whereby the engaged flying disc may be disengaged by holding the flying disc stationary while applying an upward force to the release flange.

Locations for attachment of light bulbs allow the bulbs to be worn on the user's body for access to a light fixture without the need for occupying the user's hands in carrying the light bulbs during transportation.

The clamping body also includes an upper arm and a lower arm pivotally connected at one end thereof to a corresponding end of the upper arm such that personal articles may be retained between the upper and lower arm. The holder may further include a cavity formed therein or surface for storage of one dispensable items and an attachment mechanism connected to the clamping body for attaching the clamping body to a desired surface. The dispensable items may include medicine, mints, gum, candy or other items a user may want do dispense.

Abstract: An implement holster comprising a holster support, a first cradle attached to the holster support, a second cradle, and a resilient strap system connected between the holster support and the second cradle, the first cradle fitting within the second cradle. The implement holster further comprises a clip adapted for attaching the holster to a support, a rotator connected between the clip and the holster, and a detent system permitting the holster to be held in a plurality of different positions with respect to the clip.

Abstract: A device that assists in the holding and releasing of a cast net when thrown for fishing is herein disclosed. The device replaces the traditional practice of holding the edge of a casting net in a fisherman's mouth while throwing. The device is made of a section of synthetic cord wherein each end of the cord is attached to the outward leg of a clip mechanism, thus forming a loop configuration. The loop is then placed around the fisherman's neck with the clip mechanism hanging in a downward configuration. The cast net is then prepared to throw but instead of placing the edge of the net in the mouth, it is secured within the jaws of the clip. The net is then cast and as the net travels away from the fisherman, it pulls away from the clip resulting in a perfect cast.

Abstract: A holder for a flashlight with a sheath that is variably positionable during use. A variably positionable sheath formed with a cavity and having an axial post. At least one u-shaped flexible removable grasping member is formed in the cavity. The u-shaped member has bent arms that apply pressure to the flashlight bell when it is inserted into the cavity. A disk with a plurality of pegs is rotatably mounted on the sheath, with o-rings that wrap both around pegs on the disk and around the pegs on the sheath or disk base, allowing the sheath to be rotated by the user and causing it to return automatically to its original position. A clip is engaged for securing the sheath to the user. A method for manufacturing a holder for a flashlight with a sheath that is variably positionable during use.

Abstract: A pocket for an article having oppositely facing sides, comprising a front component cooperating in a nested relationship with a back component to define a chamber having an open upper end sized to receive the article. The front and back components, when in their nested relationship, having confronting front and back walls and overlapping bottom walls closing the lower end of the chamber. The bottom walls are interconnected in a manner accommodating movement of the front component relative to the back component between a closed position at which the sides of an article received in the chamber via the open upper end are tightly confined between the front and back walls, and a release position at which the front wall is deflected away from the back wall to accommodate removal of the article from the chamber via the open upper end. A back mounting bar extends across and cooperates in spaced relationship with the exterior of the back wall to define parallel back channels.

The first and second side portions include a means for holding the first and second side portions together. Each of the first and second side portions include an inside face and an outside face. The inside faces of the side portions are at least partially covered with either the hook or loop fabric of a hook and loop fabric fastening system. The holder unit is adapted for fitting between the side portions. At least portions of the sides of the holder unit are covered with corresponding hook or loop fabric appropriate for engaging the hook or loop fabric of the side portions. At least one of the outside faces of the side portions includes provisions for securing the carrying device to a military garment.

Abstract: A Mouth Call Carrying Apparatus comprises of a lanyard having spring loaded clamps attached thereon; wherein the spring loaded clamps readily accept and secure any type of mouth call; thus, enabling the user to easily access a mouth call; furthermore, enabling the user to keep a number of mouth calls readily available without having to search through pockets, pouches, and other carrying devices.

Abstract: A pocket comprises an inner cup cooperating in a nested relationship with an outer cup to define a chamber having a closed bottom end and an open upper end sized to receive an article. A hinge interconnects the inner and outer cups at the closed bottom end of the chamber. The hinge is configured to accommodate swinging movement of the outer cup relative to the inner cup between a closed position at which the sides of the article received in the chamber are tightly confined between opposite interior surfaces of the inner and outer cups, and a release position deflected outwardly from the closed position to accommodate removal of the article from the chamber via its open upper end.

Abstract: A tactical device holster (TDH) system is described that is a complete carry and deployment solution allowing for split-second deployment of hand-held non-lethal/lethal deployable devices (HNLDD) by tactical personnel. The TDH system allows tactical personnel to deploy HNLDDs without having to disarm because deployment requires only a single hand, and the TDH system indexes the HNLDD in the proper position for deployment. The TDH system allows the HNLDD to go from secure carry to deployment in under one second while not impeding the deadly force option during deployment. The TDH system keeps the fuze lever of the HNLDD fixed in a pre-specified position. The HNLDD is not altered for use with the TDH system and allows quick insertion of the HNLDD. The TDH system supports numerous HNLDDs and tactical pyrotechnic and incendiary devices, and can be fixed to various tactical clothing, vests, holsters, equipment, and vehicle components.

Abstract: A golf ball carrier for marking or identifying golf balls. The carrier has coaxially aligned openings receiving opposing hemispheres of each golf ball. Each opening allows for marking of each corresponding pole of the golf ball. The golf ball functions as a wedge spreading apart the carrier during insertion and removal of the golf ball from its engaged position with the carrier. While the carrier engages the opposing hemispheres of the golf ball, the user is able to rapidly mark the corresponding poles of each golf ball with the desired markings. The carrier may hold the marked golf balls until desired by the user.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for retaining one or more magazines, such as those used in conjunction with firearms. The apparatus of the present invention retains the magazine in a secure manner while enabling a user to rapidly remove the magazine with little effort. The apparatus is preferably made from a rigid material. In one embodiment one or more of the sides of the housing of the magazine retainer are hingable. In another embodiment, one or more of the sides is flexible. The present invention also preferably provides an oversized floor-plate for the magazine, thus providing the user with a larger gripping surface and thus facilitating extraction of the magazine from the retainer.

Abstract: A golf accessory holder is made up of an oblong housing for a spring-loaded spool, a divot repair tool is slidable through a guideway on the housing, the tool being attached at one end to a flexible line which is wound upon the spool to enable extension of the tool when grasped by the golfer to repair a divot in the ground and to automatically retract the tool when released to slide upwardly into the groove; and other accessories, including a ball marker and golf tees may be releasably mounted on the housing.

Abstract: The invention relates to a tool holder for mounting to a user's clothing article, such as a belt or pants pocket. The tool holder includes a first and second support members connected to each other and configured and dimensioned for receiving and hooking around the belt with the first and second support members disposed on opposite sides of the belt. A tool holding member is mounted to one of the support members and is configured for holding a tool. The support members are preferably of an injection-molded material. Also, the support members can be constructed as separate pieces that engage each other.

Abstract: A pen or pencil holder that can be mounted on many different surfaces and which can easily be re-located is shown. The holder has two main parts, a trumpet-shaped holder that has a resilient lining, and a base plate that attaches to a surface such as a table, desk, or wall. Six or more different types of base plates are shown, any of which can be selected to suit the desired location of the installation. The base plates shown include styles that can be affixed to the selected support surface with resilient rubber pads, magnets, spring clamps, suction cups, slip-on holders, and hook-and-loop fasteners.

Abstract: An accessory includes a belt that has a buckle. A clip is included that has upper and lower portions. The upper portion has an arcuate shape. The lower portion has a lip protruding therefrom for latching onto the belt. The clip includes a rectilinear arm that has a monolithically formed stop member. First and second jaw members are situated distal of the clip and include a flanged finger end portion. Each jaw member includes at least one flange member, provided with an axial bore, protruding inwardly towards the arm. A spring mechanism is included for articulating the jaw members between disengaged and engaged positions. A mechanism is included for swiveling the jaw members about an axis centrally registered with the arm. The swiveling mechanism cooperates with the spring mechanism so that the jaw members can rotate while being biased between the engaged and disengaged positions.

Abstract: A clip-type holster fashioned from a single strip of stainless steel and shaped for holding a battery powered rotary tool such as a screw gun for wearing on a tool belt. The holster catches the handle of the screw gun easily and locks it in place to prevent it from falling from the user's belt. The holster easily releases the screw gun when drawn from the holster by the user. The opening of the holster is adjustable to accommodate various types and sizes of handles. The strip is bent to form a hook having substantially U-shaped lower portion having an inner shank. The shank has a section bent back upon itself to form clip for the user's belt and having a spring action locking mechanism. The shank portion has a belt edge stop extending outward from the shank to meet the clip and located at a height spaced below the upper bend of the clip so as to clamp over the lower edge of the belt forming a holster clip that securely fits over the belt.

Abstract: A holder and dispenser for golf ball markers includes a body which may be clipped onto a user's belt, waistband, golf bag, or other article. The body has one or more pockets defined therein, with the pockets being configured to snugly and removably receive disc-shaped (or other) golf ball markers. The user may withdraw golf ball markers from the holder for use when needed, and may replace them when the markers are no longer used.

Abstract: An eyeglass holding assembly has a first element having a first diameter, and a second element having a second diameter, the second diameter being smaller than the first diameter. A hinge is fixedly engaged to the first element and hingedly engaged to the second element. The hinge preferably has a spring for biasing the second element into close proximity with the first element. In use, an arm of a pair of eyeglasses is slipped between the first and second elements such the pair of eyeglasses are supported by the first element and are retained by the second element which is in proximity with the first element to limit inadvertent upward movement of the eyeglasses.

Abstract: A tool-toting device for connection to a belt to be worn about the waist of a tradesman for the purpose of carrying a tool of a type having an elongated handle and angled or transverse head portion includes a support backing associatable as part of the belt; and a tool support spring clip having a first generally horizontally disposed side-spring clip portion having a first and second end and connected to the support backing.

Abstract: A combination holster for weapons having a front stock and a butt-stock, comprising a front stock holster having interior and exterior portions, the interior portion mimicking the contour of the front stock, and a butt-stock retraction element connected to the user and to the butt stock. The retention element may be a cord connected to a vest. The weapon is secured in a first position in which the front stock holster grips the front-stock, and the retraction element retains the butt-stock near the user. The weapon may be unsecured by removing the front stock from its holster and applying a drawing force to the retention element to pull the butt-stock away from the user. To return the weapon to a secure position, the user returns the front stock its holster and permits the butt-stock retention element retain the butt-stock near the user.

Abstract: A clamping apparatus comprises a base plate and integral thereto, a fixed clamping jaw and a pivotal support. A movable clamping jaw opposes the fixed clamping jaw and is pivotally engaged with the pivotal support, thereby being rotatable between an open jaw attitude and a closed jaw attitude. A motion inhibitor prevents a workpiece from pressing against the movable clamping jaw. An actuation lever enables moving the movable clamping jaw from the closed jaw attitude to the open jaw attitude and an actuation finger is positioned for receiving contact with the workpiece for moving the movable clamping jaw from the open jaw attitude to the closed jaw attitude. A bias spring is engaged with the movable clamping jaw and enabled for inhibiting motion of the movable clamping jaw from both the open and closed jaw attitudes.

Abstract: A combination holster is disclosed for use with weapons having a front stock and a butt-stock, wherein the combination holster comprises a front stock holster having an interior portion and an exterior portion, the interior portion mimicking the contour of the front stock, and a butt-stock retraction means having a first connection to the body of the user and a second connection to the butt stock. The butt-stock retention means may be a retractable cord connected to the body of the user with a vest. In use, the weapon is secured in a first position whereby the front stock is securely gripped by the front-stock holster, and the butt-stock is securely retained near the body of the user with the butt-stock retraction means. The user may decide to unsecure the weapon by removing the front stock from the front-stock holster and applying a drawing force to the butt-stock retention means to pull the butt-stock away from the user's body, thereby enabling the user to properly utilize the weapon.
