An aperture with a closure is formed between the body assembly and lid assembly to form a storage compartment. An insulating tab may be formed from a portion of the insulating layer and an inner liner of the body assembly to help insulate the closure region. In addition, a first magnetic element may be secured within the insulating tab that may engage a second magnetic element secured within the lid assembly.

Abstract: A connecting arrangement is provided for fastening lateral luggage containers on a motor vehicle, in particular to a motorcycle or a motorcycle-like vehicle, and a vehicle including the connecting arrangement. The connecting arrangement includes a rear vehicle frame section and a carrier element movably connected thereon. The carrier element extends transversely to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame section, and has a lateral left-hand end designed for connecting to a left-hand luggage container and at a lateral right-hand end designed for connecting to a right-hand luggage container. The invention further relates to a vehicle having a corresponding connecting arrangement.

Abstract: A straddle-type vehicle including a vehicle body frame to which a steering unit that supports a front wheel in a steerable manner and a stay to which a storage box is configured to be attached are attached. The vehicle body frame is provided with a head tube. The steering unit includes a steering stem rotatably penetrating the head tube, and a pair of left and right front fork tubes coupled to the steering stem and extending toward an axle of the front wheel. The pair of left and right front fork tubes pivotally supports the axle of the front wheel. The stay is located on an outer side of the front fork tubes in the vehicle width direction, and intersects with at least one of the steering stem and the front fork tubes in a side view.

Abstract: A saddle for an aquatic board is disclosed. The saddle is equipped with a strap or straps and/or edge wise clamps, or other suitably firm fastener, to engage and maintain position on the aquatic board positioned beneath the saddle. A user can then stand on the board and squeeze the saddle between their knees and ankles and maintain an enhanced balance on the board or, if fatigued, can sit or kneel alongside or on the saddle and paddle/ride from a seated or kneeling position. The saddle may be inflatable or solid and may include an inner void for storage for personal effects or equipment. The saddle may further include a speaker, cup holder, handles, or other optional features.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to bicycle storage systems and, in particular, to shared-use bicycle systems. Several embodiments herein are directed to a shared-use bicycle system, comprising a bicycle having a locking device and an accessory-receiving area. The locking device can extend horizontally from the bicycle, and the accessory-receiving area being positioned below the locking device. The shared-use bicycle system also comprises a bicycle rack having a horizontally-extending rigid member with at least one opening thereon to receive the locking device of the bicycle in a secured manner. When the bicycle is received in the at least one opening of the bicycle rack in the secured manner, access to the accessory-receiving area of the bicycle is restricted by the horizontally-extending rigid member.

Abstract: Stay members to which various parts are to be attached are provided at a rear portion of a motorcycle, and stay supporting portions that support the stay members are provided on a vehicle body frame. The various parts include side bag supporting members and a carrier member. The side bag supporting members and the carrier member are fastened together to the stay members by a plurality of fastening members, and the stay members to which the side bag supporting members and the carrier member are fastened together are fastened to the stay supporting portions.

Abstract: A washable container made from soft flexible material, including open-weave fabric, with a top opening and optionally removable straps with fasteners that allow attachment to cribs and other baby-holding devices, such as portable play yards, swings, highchairs, and strollers. The top opening is configured for insertion of a large adult male hand, and the container height provides an interior volume sufficient for storing approximately one dozen or so pacifiers, several teething devices, or other small toys that babies and small children often drool on, drop on the ground, cover with food, and/or otherwise need cleaning prior to being returned to them. Thus, unsanitary pacifiers, toys, and teething devices can be placed in a disposable plastic bag, clothing pocket, diaper bag pocket, or other temporary storage place, with a clean pacifier, teething device, or other small toy being instantly substituted from the readily accessible and conveniently located present invention.

Abstract: A bag carrying bicycle rack installed over the rear wheel of a bicycle. In order to more appropriately hold a knapsack, a stretchable “fishnet” is used as a means to hold the knapsack. Because it is stretchable, it can conform to a variety of irregular shapes and hold them very securely.

The elements of the coupling device are neither unsightly nor difficult to manipulate since the coupling device is designed with at least one window in a flat reinforcement plate which is built into the rear wall of the bicycle, is fitted on the outside with an external covering, and includes a cutout above the window, which can be closed by a cover and/or is fitted with an inner covering on the inner side of the reinforcement plate.
