Abstract: The invention relates to a motorbike transport case (TC) comprising a base part (1), arranged to be detachably fitted to a motorbike or a carrier plate (3) mounted on a motorbike; a lid part (2) hinged to the base part (1); a retaining member (10) arranged to hold the lid part (2) to the base part (1) and to release the lid part (2) from the base part (1); and a control mechanism for bringing the retaining member (10) from the first position to the second position. Inadvertent closing may result in the retaining member (10) still not holding the lid part (2) to the base part (1). Therefore, it is an object to provide a motorbike transport case which obviates a user's negligence during closing of the transport case. To this end, the control mechanism limits the movement of the retaining member (10) so that the retaining member (10) can be brought to the closing position only in such a manner that the retaining member (10) will actually hold the lid part (2) to the base part (1).

Abstract: A battery carrier, battery box and locking assembly for an electric power assisted vehicle, such as a bicicle. The battery box comprises a base portion having a cup shape and which is adapted to detachably receive the battery carrier. The battery carrier and the guide portion have interengaging parts for locating and assisting in the insertion and removal of the battery carrier from the base portion of the barrery box. A lock is provided in the battery box for detachably locking the battery carrier in the battery box. The lock is designed so that the key which operates it can only be removed when the lock is in the locked position. The lock keeper is spring biased and cam operate so that it will become automaticlly latched with the battery carrier when the battery carrier is put in place in the battery box.

Abstract: An article carrying device for attachment to handlebars of a bicycle has a generally elongate main center section supported by attachment legs which attach to opposite ends of handlebars to position the main center section generally parallel to and spaced from the major lineal extent of the handlebars. Fastening devices such as clips and hooks are attached to the main center section and adapted to support one or more articles of differing geometry such as a baseball bat and glove, with a baseball bat removably engageable in spring-biased clips generally vertically oriented relative to the main center section, and a baseball glove supported upon a hook or clip depending from the main center section between the clips. The main center section and attachment legs can be made length adjustable to fit handlebars of different sizes and configurations.
