Abstract: A device for dispensing artificial eyelashes has a housing, a carrier strip to which a plurality of artificial eyelashes are fixed, and a movement mechanism capable of being actuated to cause the carrier strip to move in order to convey the artificial eyelashes towards an outside space of the housing. The device is equipped with a refill that is designed to be joined to the housing in a detachable manner. The refill has a plate, the carrier strip and the movement mechanism, the carrier strip and the movement mechanism being mounted on the plate. The invention further relates to a refill for such a device.

Abstract: This Dispenser having a cutter plate, which is flexibly mounted on a Tape roll, helps in peeling the Tape and is able to cut it by serration provided at the other end. There is an open space, in between the rod and cutter plate, so that Tape can be drawn over from both sides of the dispenser, to cut it by serrations present at the other end. On the cutter plate of the Dispenser, there is a notch and a hole is provided, so that, the cut end of the tape which sticks on the plate, can be easily removed for the next operation. This cutter plate assembly being flexibly attached on a Tape roll, by means of two 0 rings, can swivel like a hinge, so that Tape can be cut at any desired and from a suitable angle. A double cutter is provided to hold a firm grip on the tape, to cut it easily, besides, to protects from injury also.

Abstract: A tape dispenser for mailing tape has planar side walls, a front portion having a cover and a cutter member, and a rear portion including hub portions with at least an arcuate portion in the top region so that a roll of mailing tape may be rotatably mounted in the tape dispenser. Cover wing portions extend inwardly from each of the side walls in the upper regions so as to cover the edges of a roll of tape when it is installed in the tape dispenser. Comfort to the hand of the user is assured because the sharp edges of the roll of tape are shielded from the hand. The sidewalls are sufficiently flexible to permit removal and insertion of an empty core or a new roll of tape, and have elastic memory so as to assume their unflexed and planar condition after a new roll of tape has been installed. Typically, the transition between the cover wing portions and the planar side walls is curved. The tape dispenser is injection moulded from a polymeric plastics material.

Abstract: An adhesive-tape cutting device of an adhesive-tape holder has a position-limiting device provided between the vertical short side of a slide base and the push plate portion of a press plate. The position-limiting device is composed of two position-limiting holes bored on the vertical short side of the slide base and two insert studs fixed on the push plate portion of the press plate, and the two insert studs respectively received in the two position-limiting holes to prevent the slide base from sliding leftward or rightward.

Abstract: An adhesive-tape feeder includes a support plate positioned between inner walls of two support stands, and guide plates under the support plate to form a guide groove of a certain width between the guide plates and the support plate for a adhesive tape to pass through. Besides, under the support plate is provided with an upper projection between two guide plates which respectively have a lower projection on a top center, positioned not to face the upper projection so as to let the adhesive-tape rest therein in a wavy shape to avoid rolling back. Further, the inserting member of one support stand is firmly engaged with the inserting groove of the other support stand to fix together the two support stands firmly not to deform or disfigure.

Abstract: The invention provides a longitudinally extending adhesive tape product adapted to be cut off into a plurality of tape segments by use of a transverse cutting edge. The product comprises a longitudinally extending tape wound into a roll, the tape having a first side which is adhesive free, a plurality of longitudinally separated indicia and a second side which has a corresponding plurality of longitudinally separated and transversely extending coating bands of pressure sensitive adhesive. The coating bands have leading and trailing edges and are separated by portions of the second side of the tape which are substantially adhesive free. The indicia are so located relative to the coating bands whereby when one of the indicia is aligned in a specified relation to the cutting edge and a tape segment is cut off, the cut off tape segment has a single one of the coating bands and the coating band on the cut off tape segment is located adjacent a transverse edge of the tape segment.

Abstract: An end separating device for a sheet having a backing paper, which can easily separate a film of the sheet from the backing paper without requiring half cutting of the sheet. A fixing and separating member is fixed to a movable blade of a cutter for cutting a tape, and another fixing and separating member is fixed to a fixed blade of the cutter. These fixing and separating members and cooperate to bend and fix a cut end portion of the tape. Accordingly, the cut end portion of the tape is bent. After the tape is released from the fixing and separating members, a film tape is elastically returned to an original condition owing to its relatively large stiffness, but a backing paper is plastically deformed at the bent portion. As a result, the film tape can be separated from the backing paper. In other embodiments of an end separating device, a separating member is passed along end surfaces of free end portions of the sheet.

Abstract: A dispenser for rolls of adhesive tape is described. The dispenser includes a parallelepiped receptacle for a roll of tape, with an opening for drawing the tape from the receptacle and a cutting means adjacent the opening for severing the tape. The dispenser may include an angle member to serve both as a cutting means and a retaining surface and also serve to strengthen the receptacle in cooperation with a strengthening panel beneath the angle member.
