Abstract: A tape spindle comprising a first holding portion and a second holding portion individually supporting and fastening to tape rolls of different sizes, wherein the second holding portion is constructed by a column with at least two orthogonal diagonals, and an operating section of the tape roll is extended through an opening of the first holding portion to reach a tape dispenser; therefore, the tape spindle may accommodate the purpose of the user to hold tape rolls on the first holding portion and the second holding portion according to their sizes, and when extending the tape roll held on the second holding portion, the shaft of the tape spindle may not move with the rotation of the tape roll due to the friction force between an inner wall of the tape roll and the second holding portion.

Abstract: A tape dispensing system having an interior dispenser frame with an interior wall. The interior wall has lateral edges. Extending between the lateral edges are a curved edge and a corner. The interior dispenser frame also has a top wall having its lateral edges. Extending between those lateral edges is a first locking edge. The first locking edge has a locking cut out. The interior dispenser frame has a dispenser spool assembly with a first base. Extending from the first base are concave sections, the concave sections being connected by convex sections. An exterior dispenser plate has an exterior wall. The exterior wall also has lateral edges. Extending between those lateral edges are a curved edge and another locking edge. This locking edge also has a locking cut out. The exterior dispenser plate further has a plate spool assembly with a circular wall.

Abstract: A hands free adhesive tape dispenser comprising a protective housing shell consisting of a base, a body with tape cutting blade and a hinged lid/cover, including an interior turning hub for mounting adhesive tape or label rolls, the running end of which is threaded through a discharge opening to which the tape is available for quick access at the U notch where a finger or thumb easily fits to grasp the running end of the tape to pull and cut the desired length on the serrated cutting edge. The end of such tape rests at the dispenser's cutting edge ready for the next retrieval. The base housing comprising a rotary mount to which a role tape hub rides and actuated by movement as the user pulls tape from the dispenser housing during the tape retrieving and cutting process. As tape is severed a new tape end remains adhered until released by the next retrieved application.

Abstract: The painter's tape dispenser with cutter has a base, a rotatable spindle for receiving a roll of tape, and a cutter mounted on the base, which is ergonomically dimensioned for a comfortable fit on the user's forearm. The base is generally triangular in shape, with a pair of elongated sides and a relatively narrow base of the triangle, so that the base is adapted to extend along the inside of the forearm between the elbow and the wrist. The spindle is mounted on the wide end of the base and the cutter is mounted opposite the base, which is retained on the forearm by a pair of straps. The tape dispenser is positioned ready for hands-free tape dispensing when the spindle is loaded with a roll of tape.

Abstract: A belt-mountable tape dispenser operable with one hand for the retrieval and cutting of a predetermined length of tape from a spool of tape mounted to the dispenser. The tape dispenser includes a frame fabricated from a malleable material to accommodate conforming the frame to the waist of the wearer. Belt clips on each end of the frame releasably mount the frame to the belt. A strut extends downwardly from the frame and rotatably supports a reel upon which the spool of tape can be mounted. A cutter assembly and a cutter shield are removably attached to the strut. The cutter assembly and the cutter shield are adaptable to being mounted to the strut for either a left-hand operation or a right-hand operation. The placement of the reel below the frame prevents the pulling and tearing forces imposed on the tape from dislodging the tape dispenser from the belt.

Abstract: An improved paper towel and toilet paper portable dispenser is provided, which consists of a housing having a cylindrical body, a pair of end walls and a longitudinal flap between the end walls, to provide an opening in the cylindrical body of the housing. Components are for rotatively retaining a roll of paper toweling/toilet tissues within the cylindrical body of the housing between the pair of end walls, so that a free portion of the roll can extend through the opening in the cylindrical body of the housing. A serrated cutting blade is along an edge of the opening in the cylindrical body of the housing for tearing off the free portion of the roll, so that a person can utilize the free portion. A strap is affixed to one of the retaining components for carrying the dispenser.

Abstract: A tape dispenser comprising a housing including a hub, a roll of tape journaled on the hub and a length of low tack pressure sensitive adhesive coated tape wound around the core. A paper backcard disposed around one end of the hub includes a plurality of generally triangular projecting portions projecting between the hub and the core to provide a friction brake therebetween restricting rotation of said hub to an extent that will prevent unwanted rotation of the hub and uncoiling of the tape when it is withdrawn from the dispenser.

Abstract: A flagging dispenser specifically designed to be wearable on the belt of the user thereof and including a recessed area designed to rotatably receive a role of flagging which is to be dispensed thereby. The device further includes a serrated edge disposed substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the roll of flagging and provided to enable the user thereof to tear off a portion of the flagging at a desired region thereof. The device further includes the provision of a friction creating device provided in engagement with the sidewalls of the roll of flagging so as to provide resistance to rotation of the flagging roll to thereby prevent the flagging roll from unwinding uncontrollably. The belt engaging loop of the device is conveniently formed with an opening therethrough which facilitates the mounting of the flagging roll in the device.

Abstract: A surveyor's ribbon or tape dispenser which is designed to be carried on a person's belt which includes a reel from which a ribbon tape may be selectively dispensed by urging the ribbon or tape outwardly beyond the end of and against the pressure of a spring biased retention arm and which also includes a fixed U-shaped cutter element mounted along an intermediate portion of the retention arm at a point spaced from the end thereof for use in severing a selected portion of the ribbon or tape from the reel.

The tape rolls are housed in aligned storage cells having dispensing ports facing a common severing blade. The dispenser can be bench mounted or suspended on a workman's belt.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a device for dispensing different types of tape such as masking, duct and electrician's tape which is adapted to be secured to the user's apparel and operated with a single hand. The device is comprised of a body member defining belt loops, a tape roll support and a tape end support. A cutting edge is mounted in the tape end support for severing a desired length of tape from the roll and a locking tab is provided for holding the roll on the tape roll support while allowing the roll to be freely turned thereon.

Abstract: A tape holder and dispenser for holding and dispensing tape comprises a cylindrical housing having a closed end with a spindle extending thereinto on which a roll of tape can be placed; said cylindrical housing having narrow slots on either side thereof for the free end of a roll of tape to extend therefrom. A tape lock is provided wherein an arcuate section can be moved over the outer surface of the housing to cover a narrow opening and place a force against the tape to hold it in place. A support means is provided on the back of the housing to mount it on a belt, or the like. Arcuate slots are provided on the bottom portions of the housing to provide for rolling back the tape by the use of a finger placed through the opening against the roll of tape. A cover plate is located on the open side of the cylindrical housing which can be snapped into place, and which has an opening therein to aid in removing the cover and viewing the interior of the cylindrical housing to determine the amount of tape left.

Abstract: An improved detachable wheel dispenser-holder unit, for a ring of pre-formed peripherally-tearable sticker tape, adapted to have portions thereof unwrapped and torn off its periphery from time to time, with the unit adapted for removable attachment to any member, animate or inanimate, having a wheel for peripheral mounting the sticker-tape ring thereon, and having a detachable holding means for so securing the unit. The wheel may be of a constant size or with an adjustable periphery, for increasing its periphery for a frictional holding of such a ring of tape of larger size than the wheel and peripherally thereon.
