Abstract: A carton for containing a plurality of articles. The carton comprises a top panel, a first side panel, a second side panel, and a bottom panel. End flaps can be respectively foldably connected to respective panels and at least partially overlapped with respect to one another to thereby at least partially form a closed end of the carton. A dispenser panel can be at least partially defined by a dispenser tear line extending in at least the top panel and at least one of the end flaps. An opening section can be at least partially defined by the dispenser tear line and can be foldably connected to one of the first side panel and the second side panel. The dispenser panel is at least partially removable from the carton to create a dispenser opening, and the opening section is positionable relative the first side panel to expand the dispenser opening.

Abstract: A compressible combined packaging box comprises a threaded cup (1) which includes a threaded zone (1-1) with a stretchable height, a box body (1-2), a support ring (2), an inner bag support piece (3), and an insulated lid (7). The threaded zone (1-1) and the box body (1-2) are an integral molded part; an advertising section (8) is stuck on the outer_wall of the box body (1-2), an inwardly concave fixing groove (10) is arranged on the middle part of the box body (1-2), and a hidden picture and text zone (9) is provided on the outer_wall of the threaded zone (1-1); the support ring (2) is fixed on the lower edge of the inner wall of the advertising section (8) and is provided with three compressed tabs (2-1) and perforated lines (2-2); and the inner bag support piece (3) is fixed inside the bottom of the box. When the threaded zone (1-1) is elongated upwards, the inner bag support piece (3) is blocked in the fixing groove (10), thus the overall height of the packaging box can be stretched.

  • Patent number: 8136717
Abstract: A paperboard carton doubles as a shipping container for articles such as beverage cans and a cooler for containing ice to cool the articles when the carton is opened. The top portion of the carton is breached by removing an opening strip defined by zipper rules. Once breached, the tops and side panels of the carton are opened up to form an upwardly open chimney or skirt into which ice can be placed to cool the contents of the carton. Gussets formed in the lower corners of the cartons insure that water from melting ice does not leak prematurely from the carton.

  • Patent number: 8100320
Abstract: A cooler carton for items such as beverage containers is erected from a blank. The erected carton has top panels forming a top with a central longitudinal perforation line and oblique cut-creases and perforation lines extending from ends of the central perforation line to corners of the top. Pulling up and back on flaps at end portions of the top severs the oblique cut-creases and perforation lines and severs the top along the central perforation line thereby opening the top and forming a containment skin that extends above the level of the items in the carton. Ice can then be added atop the items to cool their contents and the ice is contained by the skirt. Gussets are formed at lower corner portions of the carton and, along with a moisture barrier, prevent accumulated water from leaking from the bottom region of the carton.
