Abstract: At least one embodiment of a package system for particulate organic product includes a box element and an insert element. The box element generally includes a side pocket for retaining an auxiliary packet, such as a packet of cigarette rolling papers. The insert element acts as a transparent window aligned with one or more window apertures in the first face panel of the box element, and is extendable from the box element to provide a tray which can be partitioned into a product measurement zone and a product retentions zone. The partitioning may be provided by a foldable closure panel and associated tuck flap acting in cooperation with one another. The box element and insert element may be formed from respective pre-cut and scored blanks.

Abstract: An apparatus for constructing a container from a continuous blank of sheet material including a plurality of panels coupled together at a plurality of fold lines is provided. The apparatus includes a mandrel that is rotatable about a rotational axis. The mandrel includes a rotary head that defines a plurality of exterior surfaces each corresponding to a panel of the continuous blank of sheet material. The rotary head forms an opening in at least one exterior surface configured to receive at least one panel for facilitating forming the blank of sheet material into a configuration with respect to a shape of the rotary head as the mandrel rotates about the rotational axis.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a container having a bottom wall, first and second opposite sidewalls, opposite end walls, a top wall. An integral interior partition is dividing the container into two side-by-side compartments each adapted for holding a respective article. The container and partition are made from a single unitary blank cut and folded to form the container and partition. The partition comprises the first and second panels of the first and second sets of panels that are interleaved with one another at inner end edges thereof and the partition is three panels thick over a center portion thereof and two panels thick over the remainder thereof.

The container further comprises a divider extending from the first back panel into the interior of the container and attached to the front panel. The container further comprises a detachable portion comprising a removable section of the top portion, a removable section of the front panel, and a removable section of the divider. The detachable portion is separable from the container along a plurality of lines of weakness.

The carton includes ready assembly features, as well as at least one internal ramp structure for prompting flow of liquid toward a plurality of dispensing apertures disposed in the outer shell. A recessed handle structure is also provided, as are alternative embodiments of the internal ramp structure.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a blank foldable material that may be configured to form a display container. When formed, the display container is a single piece display container with sufficient structural integrity to withstand considerable weight stacked thereon. The blank is configured to form a display container that includes a pedestal portion that includes a double thickness central support and a cover portion that provides a stacking surface. The cover portion may be included or it may be substantially horizontal. Also, the display container includes a substantially vertical back portion to provide additional support for items placed upon the stacking surface. The container is easy us manufacture and assemble, yet of relatively high strength.

Abstract: A container assembly having an inner container and an outer cover fixedly attached to one another. The inner container has multiple sidewalls for forming the inner container sidewalls and has a bottom forming flap attached thereto. The outer cover has multiple cover sidewalls that fit over the inner container sidewalls to enclose the inner container. At least one attachment member attached to and extending from the outer cover is attached to the bottom forming flap, thereby fixedly attaching the inner container to the outer container. The attachment member can be separated from the container outer cover to allow removal of the outer cover from the inner container without marring the finish of the outside face of the sidewalls of the inner container. A knockdown assembly that is erectable to form the container assembly is also provided.

A first inner panel is attached to a first wall panel, the first inner panel having an end spaced from the first corner. A slidable corner support is attached to the end of the first inner panel and extends towards the second wall panel. When the container is assembled from the knockdown state, the slidable corner support moves away from the first corner to form a support member that can help support a container stacked on top and prevent nesting.

A relatively narrow product retainer panel is connected to each of the side edges of each of the end walls and stacker elements along fold lines.

The front wall, the back wall, the first and second side walls, and the top and bottom flaps are interconnected so as to form a box. The first slide is movable between an open position in which it substantially aligns with the first front wall opening, and a closed position in which it is entirely out of alignment with the first front wall opening. The second slide moves independently from the first slide.

Abstract: A display carton comprising two enclosed product containing spaces formed from a blank is formed about a series of diametrically opposed fold lines. The carton has a bottom panel closure comprising a triangular center foldable tab securable by the bottom panel closure which provides a balanced structure which is rigid and stands secure on a shelf and is printed on only a single side.
