The upper portion of the divider panel separates first and second cells of the container, and the lower portion of the divider panel separates second and third cells of the container, when the container is in the assembled state.

The spacer may be used during the storage, transport, display, and/or use of the objects to separate them and protect them from their surrounding environment. In some embodiments, the spacer is designed to maintain a suitable separation between two or more beverage containers. The spacer has a single piece construction, which reduces assembly and disassembly labor, and also reduces materials required for construction and disposal. The spacer may be constructed from a single piece of material, such as corrugated cardboard.

Abstract: Packages for housing consumable products or secondary containers having consumable products and methods of making and using same are provided. In a general embodiment, the present disclosure provides a tray having first and second opposing side walls, a front wall, a back wall, a bottom wall, and an interior wall that divides the tray into at least two separate compartments. The interior wall may include first and second adjacent panels joined by one of a perforation and a score. The perforation and/or score will allow the tray to be configured, at least, as one tray having two separate compartments, or as two separate and discrete trays.

The shorter outer sleeve rests on these notches preventing the pieces from shifting during the manufacturing process and to allow the preassembly to be folded into the final container using current machine technology.

Abstract: A suspension packaging system can include a foldable member configured to form a cavity as well as a suspension device for suspending an article to be packaged within the cavity. The suspension portion can include foldable portions configured to cooperate with a retention member having pockets. The foldable portions can fit into the pockets and then be folded so as to generate tension in the retention member. The entire device, with the exception of the retention member, can be made from a single piece of material, such as corrugated cardboard, which thus reduces waste and simplifies bulk distribution of such a suspension packaging system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a packaging box with a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag. The packaging box is made by folding one sheet, and has a main compartment space and an auxiliary compartment space separated from each other. The main compartment space accommodates articles, and the auxiliary compartment space is provided with the RFID tag. The surface of at least a portion of the auxiliary compartment space forms a portion of the surface of the packaging box. Accordingly, electromagnetic and physical interferences with the RFID tag placed inside the packaging box can be prevented even in the event the articles in the packaging box contain a silver foil or an aluminum material, or have sharp edges, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the RFID tag.

Abstract: The pizza box with storage compartments allows users to possess the necessary materials to enjoy their pizza and beverages without having to purchase paper plates/cups or clean a lot of their dirty dishes after the meal. The box contains paper plates that may be accessed by removing the compartments located on the top and bottom of the pizza box. The plates are stored such that once the plates are removed the pizza is still protected by the box to preserve the freshness. In the event that one needs a cup opposed to a plate, the paper plates located in the pizza box compartments convert into paper cups via fold lines and adhesive.

The sleeve can be formed from a single piece blank. The insert can be a coupon or a separate consumer product, such as smoking articles, smokeless tobacco, and the like. For instance, the insert can be a foil pack containing one or more promotional smokeless tobacco products. The combined article package can be sized to be compatible with cigarette cartons, cigarette display racks, tax-stamping equipment and the like.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a container having a bottom wall, first and second opposite sidewalls, opposite end walls, a top wall. An integral interior partition is dividing the container into two side-by-side compartments each adapted for holding a respective article. The container and partition are made from a single unitary blank cut and folded to form the container and partition. The partition comprises the first and second panels of the first and second sets of panels that are interleaved with one another at inner end edges thereof and the partition is three panels thick over a center portion thereof and two panels thick over the remainder thereof.

A cover flap on the upper compartment can be used to hold the package in a compact, closed position by folding the compartments to face each other and tucking an end into a receiving slot formed in the back panel of the lower compartment. Once the lower compartment is separated from the upper compartment, the same cover flap can be used to close the remaining package by tucking the same end of the cover flap into a receiving slot formed in a front panel of the upper compartment.

Abstract: A single-piece packaging plate foldable to form boxes having different sizes is provided for a product having a variable size. The packaging plate has an elongated plate portion, two side plate portions and two wing portions. The elongated plate portion has a plurality of parallel and spaced-apart preformed fold lines. The side plate portions extend outward from two sides of the elongated portion, and have fold lines at the junctures thereof. The two wing portions can be torn or cut out optionally. Each wing portion has a main wing extending from two sides of an area between sixth and seventh fold lines of the elongated plate portion. The packaging plate is foldable along the fold lines to form a unit body-packaging box or a system-packaging box.

The apparatus includes a mandrel that is rotatable about a rotational axis. The mandrel includes a rotary head that defines a plurality of exterior surfaces each corresponding to a panel of the continuous blank of sheet material. The rotary head forms an opening in at least one exterior surface configured to receive at least one panel for facilitating forming the blank of sheet material into a configuration with respect to a shape of the rotary head as the mandrel rotates about the rotational axis.

The box includes a rear panel, sidewalls extending around the rear panel, and a front panel and defines a storage compartment between the rear panel and the sidewalls. An opening to the storage compartment is defined opposite the rear panel, the front panel extends over a portion of the opening to the storage compartment, and the front panel includes an aperture. The tray defines an auxiliary chamber and a substantially planar, frame portion extending around the auxiliary chamber. The tray is positioned adjacent the front panel such that the frame portion is maintained between the front panel and the storage compartment and the auxiliary chamber forwardly extends though the aperture of the front panel beyond a surface of the front panel defined opposite the frame portion. The outside front wall is made of the same substance as the box and may feature an extrusion ridge (17) oriented towards the outside which would form an additional storage space.

These fold lines are oriented and positioned such that folding the single-piece blank along the plurality of fold lines forms this clamshell-style carton. Abstract: The transfer tool of this invention includes a handle, a substantially rigid rod extending from the handle, and a peg attachment end. The rod should be long enough to hold a plurality of packages to facilitate the quick transfer of a large number of packages from the shipping container to the display peg. The peg attachment end is configured to temporarily abut and align with the end of the display peg extending from the display case. Specially designed shipping containers are used to orient the packages in alignment to facilitate transfer of the packages to the display peg with the transfer tool A system and method of using the transfer tool and shipping container of this invention are also disclosed.

Also, a side panel slot is formed in each of the side panels at a location opposite the bottom panel. As formed, the front panel, back panel opposed side panels and plurality of corner panels are hingedly attached to said bottom panel via unperforated score lines.
