Abstract: A drinking device having a conical frustum shaped body sealed at its bottom, a foldable spout and an inward partial closure. The drinking device is preferably bio-degradable and its spout is re-sealable. The drinking device may also have protrusions for standing.

Abstract: A collapsible box for disposal of articles such as sanitary wear, comprises a base, at least three walls upstanding therefrom and a top, the top having an aperture through which articles or items may be placed in the box and a flap at least partially occluding the aperture, the flap being urged upwardly and at least a part of which being engaged by a wing portion to inhibit upward motion thereof, the wing portion being moveable between a first condition for collapsing the box and a second condition at least partially overlying the aperture.

Abstract: A shipping box is disclosed having a rotatable panel associated with the lid. The rotatable panel allows the hinge of the shipping box to be displaced outwardly from the box. As a result, the shipping box can contain a display box that can be opened while in the shipping box, without increasing the size of the shipping box.

Abstract: A side-filled, flip-top reclosable carton composed of a unitary, continuous blank, comprises opposing top and bottom walls, opposing front and back walls, and opposing first and second side walls. The first and second side walls and the front wall include a continuous horizontal tear element for opening up the carton from a sealed form to form a lid hingedly attached to a base section. The first and second side walls include respective first and second top minor flaps hingedly connected to opposing ends of the top wall. The first and second side walls include respective first and second web flaps hingedly connected at upper edges thereof. The first web flap is hingedly connected to the first top minor flap along a first diagonal score line, and the second web flap is hingedly connected to the second top minor flap along a second diagonal score line.

Abstract: A flat, comparatively shallow box containing an arrangement for keeping a comparatively flat food item warm for a protracted length of time, with this box having rectangularly-shaped top and bottom members of approximately equal size. The top and bottom members are hingedly secured together by a hinge disposed along an edge common to both members, with the top member having side members disposed along each of its remaining side edges. The bottom member has a flap disposed on the edge opposite the hinge, such that closure of the box can be effected after a comparatively flat food item has been inserted into the box. The arrangement for keeping a food item warm is a sealed container for a heat-retaining substance, the container being disposed in the interior of the box, affixed to the underside of the top member.

Abstract: A cardboard box with a bottom, four sides panels and a lid hinged to one side panels, the lid having opposite side edges and side flaps attached to the side edges. The side flaps make selective frictional contact with a front panel of the box to provide a tactile indication before the side flaps spread apart upon full withdrawal from the box interior when the lid is fully opened, and to help retain the lid in a closed condition. The side flaps do not engage the front panel when the lid lies at intermediate positions between the nearly open position and the closed condition.

Abstract: A folding carton design consisting of 23 working panels, 22 fold lines, and 1 round hole. The design incorporates an opening/reclosing feature which opens to allow access to the contents of the carton, then recloses in a secure fashion.The opening/reclosing feature utilizes an overlapping, double closure system guided by rounded side guides. The side guides incorporate stop tabs which act to prevent the box from opening to a point where the overlapping closure would be dislodged. Upon closure, the side guides are retracted into the body of the carton and hidden from view.

Abstract: A multiple-purpose dispensing package having inner and outer shells wherein the inner shell is movable without the outer shell between fully closed and fully open positions. The inner shell is integrally pivotably connected to the outer shell. The package includes a snap-lock member. The inner and the outer shell are made from a single blank. Optionally, the inner shell, the outer shell, and the snap-lock member can be made from a single blank. The inner shell and the outer shell are connected along a hinge line integral with the single blank.

Abstract: A top-loading carton of paperboard or the like is constructed from a one-piece blank and enclosed by gussetted top panels. The top panels end in handles which define locking tabs which are received in slots in the side walls of the carton. The gusset panels urge the locking tabs into locking engagement with the slots. The end walls and top panels attached thereto taper outwardly from bottom to top of the carton, causing the side walls to bow outwardly when the top panels are closed, enhancing the appearance of the carton. The carton can be initially assembled into a collapsed flattened form from which it can be easily erected. An automatic bottom closure is provided.
