Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a packaging box and a paperboard structure. The packaging box comprises a first packaging box body, an integral connecting portion, a second packaging box body and a switchable connecting portion which are connected end to end in sequence. The first packaging box body comprises a first accommodating portion formed by a first surface in a thickness direction of the first packaging box recessed inwardly. The second packaging box body comprises a second accommodating portion formed by a second surface in a thickness direction of the second packaging box recessed inwardly. A bendable connection is formed between the first packaging box body and the second packaging box body via the integral connecting portion and the switchable connecting portion, so that the first surface and the second surface are positioned to be opposite to each other.

Abstract: A tearable leak-resistant container is provided with creases, partial perforation along selected creases, adhesion of flaps, and a collapsed position to permit rapid reconfiguration to an expanded position. The expanded position of the container enables enhanced filling with food ingredients and transportation without spillage. The adhered flaps provide enhanced leak resistance, and the perforated creases permit disassembly of the container to improve access to the food contained within.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method are disclosed herein for improving predictive and preventive analytics, event tracking and processing of large combinations of data. In one embodiment, a method comprising, receiving a first data set, the first data set including data from a plurality of sources; applying a first rule set to the first subset; responsive to detecting an emergency as a result of the application of the first rule set, generating an emergency notification; generating an intuition by (a) applying a second rule set to a second subset of the first data set, the second rule set selected from one or more rule sets based on the emergency notification, and (b) selecting a course of action based on a result of the application of the second predefined rule set; and providing the course of action to a user is disclosed.

Abstract: Provided is a computer network that includes computer network devices that are grouped into severable computer network zones and that are operable to detect non-compliant network activity in another of the severable computer network zones. The computer network includes multiple intra-network communication connections that are operable to communicatively couple the severable computer network zones to one another and to be selectively disconnected responsive to the detection of non-compliant network activity in a first zone of the severable computer network zones to isolate the first zone from other of the severable computer network zones.

Abstract: Containers of the wraparound and tray style are provided, having enhanced stacking strength and general robustness, through the provision of internal and external reinforcing panels and flanges. Variations of the basic invention are provided with closure flaps of varying configuration and placement; end walls and minor flaps with angled side edges to provide for containers having inclined sides; regions of weakness, removable portions of panels and/or preformed apertures to permit conversion of the containers to display/merchandising modes; gusseted corner structures to provide for containment of fluent materials; and enhanced transverse support structures.

Abstract: Packaging is disclosed for electrical installation equipment, in particular, made from a folded cardboard box, with two parallel first cardboard portions which form a front and a rear wall of the packaging and with two second cardboard faces extending perpendicular thereto, of which the cardboard face forms the bottom wall and the cardboard face forms the upper wall, with first flaps formed on the longitudinal edges of the front and rear wall and the bottom wall, which are attached to the longitudinal edges and able to be bent towards one another, so that they are in a single plane, with cover flaps attached to the edges of the upper wall extending in line with the longitudinal edges and which cover the first flaps and are bonded thereto, and with a third flap arranged on the upper wall which terminates on the edge of the upper wall opposing the front wall and is bonded from inside against the inner face of the front wall.

Abstract: In a paper container 10 having a hexahedral configuration which is formed by shaping paper into a box, the paper container 10 comprises a container main body 12 and a lid member 14 hingedly attached to a back side edge part of an upper end open surface 13 of the container main body 12 and adapted to open/close the upper end open surface 13, a front board 15 of the container main body 12 being formed with a concave cutout part 16 extending from the upper end open surface 13. The lid member 14 comprises an upper surface lid part 17 for covering the upper end open surface 13, a front surface lid part 18 large enough to cover the concave cutout part 16, and a pair of side lid parts 19 interposed between side edge parts of the upper surface lid part 17 and side edge parts of the front surface lid part 18 and adapted to vertically join the front surface lid part 18 with the upper surface lid part 17.

Abstract: A paperboard container adapted to hold pastries or the like is fashioned from a unitary blank. The blank is provided with a plurality of generally rectangular panels defined by fold lines. The container assumes two forms, with each having a bottom panel with upstanding side walls therefrom to define a bottom tray, a top panel with depending side walls therefrom to define a top tray, and two latching tabs. One latching tab is carried by the front wall of the lower tray, while the other latching tab is carried by the front wall of the upper tray. The two front walls are overlapping and in substantial surface contact with each other. Each latching tab is outwardly bendable from its respective front wall, with each latching tab being coated on at least one surface with a cohesive material. Such a material has the property that it adheres only to other cohesive material coated surfaces.

Abstract: A box (200) for solid and semi-solid food products is formed from a blank and has a body portion, a base portion and a lid portion, the lid portion having a tear-away strip for opening the sealed box. Side panels (22) of the body portion have overlapping end flaps (34, 38) which lie across the top of the body portion and have crease lines (46) running substantially parallel to the fold line which separates the flaps from their respective panels. The creased regions are pushed inwards towards their respective panels and the non-creased region of each flap lies substantially perpendicular to the side panels to form a suspended surface. This surface may support a spoon (S) or other item and is covered by the overlapping end flaps (54, 56) on the front and rear panels of the body portion; thereby allowing the item to be sold with the food product as a single unit but without contacting the food product.

Abstract: Hinge-lid box for cigarettes or the like, with box part (12) and lid (13).For the material-saving and simpler manufacture of hinge-lid boxes, a collar (38) is connected integrally, via material webs (43, 44, 45), to a main blank (33) for the hinge-lid box. The resulting overall blank is folded in a conventional manner, the material webs (43, 44, 45) effecting a connection of the lid (10) to the box part (12) in the region of the lid front wall (20). When the hinge-lid box is opened for the first time, the material webs (43, 44, 45) are broken.

Abstract: An improved flip-top recloseable carton is provided in the form of a six-sided parallelopiped enclosure having opposing top and bottom walls, front and back walls, and side walls formed from corresponding panels and flaps defined on a unitary, continuous paperboard blank. The outer layers of the side walls and the front wall are provided with horizontal tear-strip sections which define an integral and continuous tear strip that functions as convenient means for opening the carton from its sealed from. Repeated closing and positive locking of the carton is realized by means of a die-cut portion on the interior surface of the front wall which includes a proximal flap and an island portion dispersed in forcibly displaceable mutual engagement. Once the engaging flap and island are disengaged forcibly by opening the carton top, reclosing thereof leads to snap re-engagement of the flap and island elements accompanied by positive tactile and audible feedback indicative of effective carton closure.
