Steam Patents (Class 237/58)
  • Patent number: 8387893
Abstract: A structure of a dry heating system, and a method for constructing the same are disclosed. An upper board stacked on a heat radiator has a double-layer structure comprising first upper board elements and second upper board elements in order to prevent steps from being formed at seaming portions formed on the upper portion of the dry heating system, thereby maintaining flatness of the upper board, and reducing any bending of the upper board, in which the first upper board elements constitute a lower portion of the double-layer structure, and serve to protect the heat radiator while supporting a weight load, and the second upper board elements constitute an upper portion of the double-layer structure, and serve to maintain the flatness of the upper board by removing the steps, thereby ensuring excellent quality in construction of the dry heating system.

  • Patent number: 8251298
Abstract: With an installation construction method for boiler facilities, the boiler facilities comprise a boiler building configured of a steel structure, and a boiler main unit suspended within the boiler building from the upper portion of the boiler building. A portion of the boiler building is constructed, a portion of the boiler main unit is suspended from the upper portion of the partially-constructed boiler building, and while the remaining steel structure portions are being added to the partially-constructed boiler building so as to construct the boiler building, the remaining portions of the boiler main unit are added to complete the boiler main unit.

  • Patent number: 8191257
Abstract: A method for assembling a steam generator includes parallel assembly of the boiler framework and preassembly of assembly modules, and hoisting of the assembly modules into the boiler framework. The outer roof section of the boiler framework roof is then assembled. The inner roof section and the internal components are assembled simultaneously with assembly of the boiler wall in the upper section of the steam generator. The segments of the external support pipes are mounted into the assembly modules and subsequently connected at their module joints the external support pipes are mounted in the final position in the outer roof section. The buckstays and the header tie bars are mounted headers to the boiler wall or to the external support pipes. The auxiliary steel structure of the assembly modules the suspension equipment of the curtain walls are dismantled.

  • Patent number: 5643522
Abstract: A system for curing composite structures. A hollow bladder having opposing open ends is secured within a metal pressure vessel so as to define an annular space within the vessel surrounding the bladder. The open ends of the bladder are sealably attached to opposing entrances formed in the pressure vessel so that the bladder is sealed from communication with the vessel and is accessible through the opposing openings. An uncured composite part can be inserted into the bladder. Preheated and pressurized fluid is circulated through the annular space and thus around the bladder in order to cure the composite part. The composite part may also be encapsulated within a forming bladder member which is then removably inserted into the pressure bladder.
