  • Patent number: 11951501
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a swing structure and a corresponding water outlet device. A water passing chamber in a body of the swing structure is equipped with a swing member, and an upper end of the swing member is provided with a recess facing a water inlet hole of the water passing chamber. The water flow impacts the recess to drive the swing member to swing to one side randomly. After a lower end of the swing member is out of range of a water outlet hole of the water passing chamber, the upper and lower ends of the swing member are adjacent to or abut against a wall of the water passing chamber, so that the swing member can swing back and forth.

  • Patent number: 8257779
Abstract: A viscous material noncontact jetting system has a jetting dispenser mounted for relative motion with respect to a surface. A control is operable to cause the jetting dispenser to jet a viscous material droplet that is applied to the surface as a viscous material dot. A device, such as a camera or weigh scale, is connected to the control and provides a feedback signal representing a size-related physical characteristic of the dot applied to the surface. The size-related physical characteristics of subsequently applied dots is controlled by heating and cooling, or adjusting a piston stroke in the jetting dispenser, in response to the size-related physical characteristic feedback. Dispensed material volume control and velocity offset compensation are also provided.

  • Patent number: 8181890
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for a cleaning apparatus that includes a swash assembly for allowing independent control of the nozzle pitch from the nozzle rotation, and further includes supplying a cleaning fluid through the same apparatus used to rotate the nozzle. The method and system allows cleaning with spray patterns of substantially 360 degrees spherical ranges of motion. The nozzle angle can be controlled by hydraulic cylinders that can reversibly translate a rack along a longitudinal axis of a nozzle assembly to engage a pitch gear coupled to the nozzle. The system is automatically resettable to a default position upon failure of hydraulic pressure. Generally, a plurality of nozzles are used to balance the side forces on the main mast. A remote control system allows an operator to design and control an optimal cleaning procedure, and to adjust the nozzle rotation, angle, and cleaning regime.

Abstract: A rotary apparatus and method is provided for cleaning liquid storage tanks, particularly above ground tanks. The rotary cleaning apparatus includes a Tee housing that is rotated around a vertical axis and a nozzle housing mounted to the Tee housing for rotation around a horizontal axis, resulting in a 360° spherical spray pattern. A set of downspray nozzles is mounted to the Tee housing at an angle to the vertical axis to rotate with the housing and generate a conical spray pattern. In the preferred embodiment, the apparatus draws liquid stored in the tank through a filter and pumps the filtered liquid through the rotary cleaning apparatus.

  • Patent number: 8074682
Abstract: The invention relates to a mixer tap for a thermal wave massage device which is designed in the form of a single lever mixer and makes it possible to control main parameters of the thermal wave massage procedure, i.e., an average temperature, contrast, the direction and speed of a thermal wave, with the aid of a single handle due to a special design that allows operating the mixer tap with two or three degrees of freedom. Moreover, the inventive mixer tap can be used as a diverter and substantially improves the operational safety of the thermal wave massage device. The use of the invention makes it possible to improve the ergonomic characteristics of the thermal wave massage devices, to make them more consumer attractive and to contribute to the wide distribution of the device as an effective conditioning and relaxation means.

  • Patent number: 8056830
Abstract: A shower head designed to produce a consistent, wide diameter spray of water under both high and low water pressure conditions. The shower head includes a spinner tube mounted inside a cylindrical-shaped nozzle body. The upper segment of the spinner tube is held in a central location inside the nozzle body by a fixed cassette assembly. The middle and lower segments of the spinner tube extend below the cassette assembly and are bent outward and axially offset from the upper segment and from each other so that the spinner tube is able to spin freely inside the nozzle body. Mounted inside and over the upper end opening of the nozzle tube is an adapter with a longitudinally aligned threaded cavity formed on one end. The adapter includes a water orifice that delivers water from the shower head fixture tube to to the spinner tube. Disposed between the adapter and the upper end of the spinner tube is a flat washer with a narrow water orifice that delivers a narrow, high velocity stream of water to the spinner tube.

  • Patent number: 7708206
Abstract: An irrigation unit (10) includes a housing (200), a nozzle (220), a first mover (238) and a second mover (268). The nozzle (220) is secured to the housing (200) and is in fluid communication with a fluid source (18). The first mover (238) rotates the nozzle (220) about a first axis, and the second mover (268) rotates the nozzle (220) about a second axis that is different than the first axis. In one embodiment, the second axis is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. At least a portion of the housing (200) can movably extend along the first axis. The second mover (268) can rotate the nozzle (220) about the second axis based upon a pressure of a fluid (19) within the housing (200) and/or upon position of an area (30) relative to the nozzle (220). Further, the second mover (268) can oscillate the nozzle (220) about the second axis. The rotation of the nozzle (220) about the second axis can also be based upon at least one of a wind direction and a wind speed near the nozzle (220).
