Abstract: A system that is used for control of various liquids, including storage, mixing and dispersing thereof, but more particularly pertains to an improved system that is suitable for use with substantially any type of liquid of user choice. The system is economical, simplified, environmentally friendly, and includes use of multipurpose container(s) that further include various components and/or attachments which allow for storage, mixing and dispensing there from.

Abstract: An engine disabler spray system allows a first chase vehicle to disable a second fleeing vehicle by spraying a fire suppressant agent from the first vehicle at the second vehicle wherein the fire suppressant agent is sucked through the air intake of the second vehicle's engine and once the fire suppressant agent enters the engine, the engine is robbed of oxygen and ceases thereby. The fire suppressant agent is stored within a tank located within the trunk of the first vehicle and is discharged through nozzles located on the back of the first vehicle. The nozzles may be directionally controlled for optimum targeted spraying at the second vehicle.

Abstract: Methods and devices for repelling insects are disclosed. The methods and devices provide personal protection from insect bites and insect landings, particularly mosquito bites. The methods and devices employ insect repellents such as pyrethroids at low (parts per billion) levels. The methods and devices effectively minimize the number of mosquitoes landing on a subject properly using the devices.

Abstract: An air freshener dispenser mechanism is incorporated into a door knob whereby when a door is pushed open, air freshener is dispensed into a room in advance of a person entering the room.

Abstract: A lawn irrigation system including a frame, a motor, a sprinkler arm, at least one drive wheel, and a cover. The motor is operably attached to the frame. The at least one drive wheel is operably connected to the motor. The sprinkler arm is operably connected to the motor for dispersing water in a selected pattern. The cover is attached to the frame so that the cover at least partially covers the frame, the motor, and the at least one drive wheel so that the lawn irrigation system resembles an object other than a sprinkler.

Abstract: The invention features an apparatus and method for positioning and supporting a sprinkler head in a ceiling, floor, or wall. In one aspect of the invention, a sprinkler head may be received by a sleeve extending through a broad surface of the plate. The plate may be configured to be removably attached to a support structure in the ceiling, floor, or wall and having an exterior surface exposed to the room or the plate may be attached to a decorative panel which is configured to be removably attached to a support structure in the ceiling, floor, or wall and having an exterior surface exposed to the room. The sleeve may be defined by an opening in the plate or it may be a separate structure permanently or removably attached to the plate.

Abstract: A lawn mower sprayer assembly for spraying a fluid onto a lawn during mowing of the lawn. The lawn mower sprayer assembly includes a container member being designed for receiving the fluid. The container member is designed for being coupled to a lawn mower. A pressurizing assembly is operationally coupled to the container member. The pressurizing assembly is for pressurizing the container member whereby the container member is designed for storing the fluid in a pressurized state when the pressurizing assembly is actuated by a user. A delivery assembly is operationally coupled to the container member whereby the delivery assembly is designed for being in fluid communication with the fluid in the container member. The delivery assembly is designed for receiving the fluid under pressure and distributing the fluid onto the lawn.

Abstract: A fluid dispense tip includes a bevel at an opening to reduce the amount of surface tension, or “land”, at the opening. The bevel is formed by grinding in a longitudinal direction such that any tooling scars resulting from the grinding operation are likewise longitudinally oriented, further reducing the amount of surface tension in the tip, thereby leading to heightened dispensing accuracy. The tip may be machined from stock as a unitary piece, to increase its lifetime, and may be formed with a bore of a relatively large diameter that is tapered down to a smaller diameter near the tip opening, to allow for delivery of fluid through the tip body at a decreased pressure. A cleaning tool may be provided for removing residual material from the inner surfaces of the tip. A removable liner sleeve may be provided within the bore to reduce the effective inner diameter of the dispense tip.

Abstract: The present invention comprises an extension tube that attaches to the bore end of a water jet producing device that is used to render safe improvised explosive devices by disrupting the firing train of said devices. The present invention comprises an extension tube having a sudden enlargement of cross section, that may be formed by adjusting the dimensions of the interior diameter of the extension tube, at the point of attachment, and a series of apertures in the attachment tube. The extension tube provides a more uniform jet of water with more focused energy by containing the jet until breech pressures are vented. Better control of the water jet will be maintained during firing operations. Further, more energy may be put into the water jet to accomplish specific tasks.

Abstract: A spray container positioning device for use in positioning a spray container relative to a surface, for optimizing application of liquid contained within the spray container to a surface upon discharge of the liquid through a nozzle member associated with the spray container. The positioning device further includes a light beam positioning arrangement which projects at least one light beam toward the surface, for use in positioning the spray container and the nozzle member relative to the surface. The light beam positioning arrangement includes a light beam generator, such as a laser generator, which directs at least one light beam toward the surface to form a point of light on the surface which provides a visual indication to the user as to the position of the spray container and nozzle relative to the surface.

Abstract: A fire fighting adapter that converts a conventional back pack blower, which has a discharge tube with a free end through which blown air is provided, into a water and foam fire fighter. The adapter includes a housing and a diffuser unit. The housing attaches to, and communicates with, the free end of the discharge tube of the conventional back pack blower to receive the blown air therefrom. The diffuser unit is contained in the housing, and diffuses the water and the foam to engage with the blown air from the free end of the discharge tube of the conventional back pack blower so as to be propelled by the blown air out of the housing.

Abstract: A personal misting umbrella consists of a water distribution tubing network that exists within the umbrella canopy. Its placement within and attachment to the spreader and rib umbrella canopy support structure enables the canopy to be operated in an unhindered manner within its stored and unfurled configurations as required by the user. Upon connection of the water distribution tubing network to a source of pressurized water, such as a personalized container-air pump combination, the user can selectively fill the canopy with a fine water mist, cooling the shaded air beneath the canopy through evaporative cooling.

Abstract: A portable relaxation and therapy device or kit includes a liquid retention basin having a bottom wall and a perimeter wall upstanding from the bottom wall to define at least one liquid chamber therewithin. A waterfall is provided having a reflecting surface extending generally upwardly from the retention basin to a liquid dispersing waterfall ledge thereabove. The device or kit includes a pump disposed in the liquid chamber in communication with a tube for directing liquid in the retention basin upwardly to the waterfall ledge. The device also includes a cover for the retention basin disposed over the liquid chamber so as to overlie and substantially isolate from view liquid in at least a portion of the retention basin.

There may be a drive within the housing which is connected to rotate the paper towel roll. The drive means can be activated either by an infrared sensor or by a manual switch. The paper towel roll includes a generally hollow core and a deodorant associated with the core. A fan is positioned to pass air through the paper towel roll core and outwardly through an opening in the housing. The fan is operated by a drive that rotates with the paper towel roll.

The system provides the user with a high pressure supply of water for washing, rinsing, etc. by means of a pump, water reservoir and fully retractably high pressure hose, to which a nozzle of choice may be quickly attached or removed when not in use. Abstract: This invention provides devices and methods for adapting a motorcycle for use with an agricultural system. In a preferred embodiment, the agricultural system includes a motorcycle drive unit adapted for removable attachment to a tool assembly. In a further embodiment of the invention, power transmission from the drive unit to a tool assembly drive axle is at reduced speed and increased torque relative to the motorcycle drive unit output.

Abstract: According to a disclosed embodiment of the invention, an apparatus for converting the load compartment of a vehicle into a tank for carrying liquids comprises a removable cover assembly configured to cover an upper opening of the load compartment. A pump, which can be mounted to the cover assembly, is provided for pumping liquid from the load compartment. The outlet of the pump may be fluidly connected to a discharge conduit, which may be coupled to the cover assembly. The discharge conduit desirably extends at least partially inside the cover assembly. An opening may be defined in the cover assembly for introducing liquid into the load compartment.

Abstract: A personal hygiene cleansing apparatus for use on the toilet is connected to hot and cold water supply lines in a bathroom. The water flows from these lines to a manually-controlled mixer for temperature control and then delivered to a hand-held spray gun. The apparatus may be built in to a wall or vanity, or it may be installed in a case for portability. Optionally, the apparatus comprises a soap tank which mixes soap with a portion of the incoming water for controlled application with the spray gun.

Abstract: A hand-portable spreader blows particles, such as salt or sand, over an outdoor surface to increase friction. The spreader has a grip and accepts an extension cord to power the blower motor. The motor drives a vane impeller mounted in a housing and connected to a nozzle, similar to a leaf blower, but the intake to the impeller is arranged to suck up particles from a storage chamber. The air passes through the particles in the storage area and then through an orifice, where the air stream velocity increases and particles are picked up and levitated up into a conduit that passes to impeller. After passing through the impeller, the particles and air are ejected from a nozzle to scatter the particles over a surface such as a street or sidewalk to melt ice and snow, for use as a friction (anti-slip) agent.

Abstract: An apparatus for adapting a blower system to the dispersing of liquid material is partially housed within an extension tube of a portable blower and includes a pressurizing tub with an inlet for accepting airflow discharged by the blower. The pressurizing tube discharges into a liquid container thus increasing pressure within the container. An extraction tube exits the container and meets a Venturi tube that also accepts airflow discharge by the blower. A vacuum is created in the extraction tube through first and second apertures that allow fluid communication between the Venturi tube and the extraction tube. The vacuum created in the extraction tube extracts liquid from the liquid container and the liquid is drawn out of the extraction tube through the Venturi hole into the Venturi tube mixing with air flowing there through and discharging into airflow by-passing the spray adapter apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention provides a set of in-line couplers to quickly disconnect a showerhead from the water supply pipe and convert it to a handheld shower sprayer via a quick connect flexible conduit for purpose of cleaning, bathing and spraying. In first embodiment, a set of couplers includes a threaded female coupler that is fasten to water supply pipe's threaded end and a threaded male coupler that is fasten to showerhead threaded end. The showerhead can quickly be connected via the male coupler to female coupler at the water supply pipe. The showerhead can easily be disconnected and detached by push buttons on the side of female coupler. Furthermore, a flexible conduit is also provided to convert the detached showerhead to a handheld shower sprayer. The flexible conduit includes an elongated flexible water hose with two threaded ends. At one end of this hose, a male coupler is fastened and on the other end a female coupler is fastened thereof.

Associated with the bolt is a pressurized water input to the proximal end of the channel at a pressure in a range of about 200 to about 1000 psi (1000 to 5000 cm Hg.). A considerable number of such misting bolts may be provided to cool occupants within a defined space and in a system of landscape misting.

The misting nozzle may be used with a supporting vertical pipe with T-piece for landscaping or agricultural misting.

Abstract: A misting and cooling system is adapted for use in a marinecraft in which there is included a tubular framework closely associated with open areas of the craft. The tubular framework is provided with mist nozzles for dispensing pressurized micron-sized water vapor over open areas within the craft. Input tubing to the tubular framework is connected from a pressurized water source to provide water at pressures in a range of 200 to 1000 psi. At such pressures and fine dimension of droplet emission from high pressure nozzles, flash evaporation of atomized droplets occur, producing a cooling of the ambient atmosphere by as much as 30 degrees F. (16 degrees C.) substantially instantly. A considerable number of misting nozzles are provided in the tubular framework to cool occupants within a number of misting zones within the marinecraft.

The vehicle undercarriage cleaner removes these materials without requiring the user to manipulated during use by employing a set of interlocking pipes and joints laid out to form a nested rectangle. Water holes piercing the top surface of the pipes result in sprays of water when a hose is connected to the hose attachment mechanism. Addition or removal of pipes and joints allows the dimensions of the vehicle undercarriage cleaner to be adjusted to accommodate any vehicle.

The passive dispenser may comprise the external shell of said dual function dispenser, and may be fashioned of a porous ceramic, plastic, or paper material impregnated with an evaporative passively dispersible material selected from the group consisting of fragrances, air fresheners, deodorizers, odor eliminators, malodor counteractants, insecticides, insect repellants, medicinal substances, disinfectants, sanitizers, mood enhancers, and aroma therapy compositions. The actively dispersed material may be the same or different. Refill units for such dispensers may comprise a spray can and associated control means, and an evaporative dispenser of dispersible material, provided either separately or as an integral unit.
