Abstract: A garment system includes a garment, a first male connector, and a female connector. The first male connector is coupled with the garment and includes a base and a first ridge coupled with and protruding from the base. The first ridge defines an aperture and has a first ridge outer wall, a first ridge inner wall, and a first ridge central portion extending therebetween. The first ridge further includes a ramp extending from the aperture toward the base at a non-zero angle, and a shelf coupled with the ramp and defining a securing cavity. The female connector is configured to be coupled with the first male connector and includes a cap and a rim. The rim is coupled with and protrudes from the cap, and extends substantially around the cap. A tab is coupled with the rim inner wall and is sized to fit within the aperture.

Abstract: A button assembly includes a top assembly, an attachment body, and a resilient member. The top assembly includes a cap and a locking ring defining a receiving area, and the locking ring includes a top protrusion extending into the receiving area. The attachment body includes a locking feature that includes a body protrusion and a notched portion. The resilient member is located between the cap and the attachment body such that the cap is movable toward the attachment body. In some examples, the top assembly is selectively engageable with the attachment body by aligning the top protrusion of the locking ring with the notched portion of the locking feature, pushing the top assembly toward the attachment body, and rotating the top assembly relative to the attachment body such that the top protrusion of the locking ring is aligned with the body protrusion of the locking feature.

Abstract: A detachable button system has a fixed component permanently attached to a garment and a detachable button component. The fixed component a disc-shaped base and a cylinder extending perpendicularly from said base, said cylinder featuring a plurality of tabs projecting perpendicularly from the cylinder and parallel to the base. The detachable portion had an interior cavity for receiving the cylinder, the interior cavity including a plurality of slots corresponding to the plurality of tabs, the slots receiving said tabs. The tabs vary across their width so as to provide a friction fit when the cylinder of the fixed component is inserted into the internal cavity of the detachable component and the detachable component is rotated.

Abstract: A button having three cooperating elements, 1) a traditional rivet, whose pin is engaged and held inside a corresponding housing centrally on the back of 2) a cylindrical joint with enlarged head, which is frontally provided with a central cylindrical conduit receiving a shank that centrally protrudes from the back of 3) a button head.

Abstract: A decorative charm and fastener system and its method for use upon an item to be worn by the user or a pet animal; the item to be worn may be a shoe, an item of clothing (including shirts, hats and caps, or the like), or a pet collar. The fundamental embodiment features a charm part and a base part that may be connected together on opposite sides of the item to be worn, with the item situated between the base part and the charm part. The system also includes an elastically compressible washer member that is placed upon the charm part. The compressible washer promotes a secure, yet temporary, connection between the charm part and base part when those respective parts are installed upon an item. Assortments of different charms thus are interchangeable for temporary attachment to the base part. Specialized alternative versions of the apparatus are disclosed for use upon the shoelaces of a shoe, as a pet collar.

Abstract: A button device for permitting interchanging of a variety of button heads on a garment to suit the needs of a user. The device includes a button head with an attachment shaft extended from the back side of the button head. The second end of the attachment shaft has an end protrusion having a pair of outwardly extending lock stubs. The button device also includes a tubular base having a lumen and open front and back ends. Each of the ends of the base has a radial end flange extending radially outwards therefrom. The lumen of the base has a pair of generally parallel elongate channels extending between the ends of the base. The second end of the attachment shaft is insertable through the lumen of the base from the opening of the front end of the base with the lock stubs inserted through the channels of the lumen of the base.

Abstract: A rotating connector, which is especially suitable to assemble a button or a badge etc. to the clothing or other articles of daily use, and to lap the flat pieces of things such as packsack belts, wherein, said connector is composed of a fixed unit and a combined fastening part, and two parallel fixed bolts which are extended outward are fixed on the one side of said fixed unit, and a neck section is formed on the end part of said fixed bolt; and the combined fastening part is composed of a plug-in block and a buckling unit which can be rotated relative to the plug-in block; the fixed bolt is inserted into the rabbet on the plug-in block, and then the buckling unit is rotated to make the arc guide groove buckle the neck section on the fixed bolt to complete the connection. This connector is low in cost, quick in assembling and disassembly, exact in circumferentially positioned and reliable in connecting.

Abstract: An improved cargo securing fitting comprising a base coupling member adapted to be fixed to the floor of a carrier and a cap coupling member removably connected to the base member. The base coupling member includes a plurality of outer spaced coupling lugs projecting radially inwardly of the inner periphery of a socket portion formed therein and a circular central pillar extending upwardly of the socket portion to the same level as the coupling lugs having a plurality of inner spaced coupling lugs projecting radially outwardly of the central pillar in diametrically opposed relationship to the outer coupling lugs. The removable cap coupling member has a circular plug element having a plurality of outer spaced coupling lugs projecting radially outwardly of the outer periphery of the plug element and a circular central recess having a plurality of inner spaced coupling lugs projecting radially inwardly in a diametrically opposed relationship to the outer coupling lugs.
