Abstract: The field of the present invention relates to an identification assembly, and in particular, to a clasp device for securing to an identification wristband, and to a wristband and clasp assembly. In one embodiment, a identification assembly for a patient includes a band with first and second opposite ends and first and second opposite edges and a width measured between the first and second edges. The identification assembly also includes a clasp secured to the band. The clasp has a first section having an inside surface and an outside surface; a second section having an inside surface and an outside surface, the inside surface of the second section facing the inside surface of the first section; and a protrusion extending from one of the first or the second section to engage the other of the first or the second section to secure the first and second sections together in a closed position.

Abstract: Swimming goggles have a frame unit, lenses and buckles assembled on the frame unit, and at least a head strap with a plurality of stop grooves. Each buckle comprises an abutting arm having a stop end, an operating lever being movable transversely and bringing the abutting arm to move, and an offset portion between the abutting arm and the operating lever. When the operating lever moves transversely, the offset portion makes the stop end of the abutting arm move upward or downward to abut or release the stop grooves of the head strap. The swimming goggles adjust length of the head strap easily.

Abstract: A wristband and clasp for securing the wristband to a person is disclosed. The wristband includes at least one attachment aperture. The clasp includes a folding base having a first triangular section connected to a second triangular section and a hinge connecting the first and second triangular sections. The hinge defines a folding axis that enables the base to be folded so that the first triangular section is positioned adjacent to the second triangular section in an overlapping relationship. A securement aperture is formed in the first triangular section, and a post extends from the second triangular section to couple with the securement aperture when the base is folded along the folding axis. The post extends from the second triangular section through the attachment aperture of the wristband and couples to the securement aperture of the first triangular section so that the clasp is secured to the wristband.

Abstract: An information band (1) for fitting around a wrist of a wearer and for containing information about the wearer. The information band includes a clip (2) and a band (3). The clip (2) has a lid part (5) pivotably connected to a bottom part (4), at least one bulge formed between the lid and bottom parts (4, 5), and a locking device. The lid and bottom parts (4, 5) close to fix the band (3) in position around the wrist by a strong squeezing force resulting from a lockable, snappable co-operation between parts of the locking device during application of the information band so that a two-handed grip is required to open the clip and release the band.

Abstract: A seat belt buckle guard device is provided for preventing access to a release button on a seat belt. The device comprises a sleeve structured to fit over a variety of shapes and sizes of seat belt buckles. The sleeve comprises a front face and a top face that are capable of covering the front portion of a variety of seat belt buckles. The sleeve is made of sufficiently rigid material to prevent indentation of the faces and thereby prevent contact with both front and top belt buckle release button. The sleeve further comprising a split back face, which enables the sleeve to expand to fit over the variety of seat belt buckles. A top arm extending from the sleeve engages the scat belt strap with a tight friction fit to resist removal of the sleeve.

Abstract: A modified structure of a telescopic belt buckle includes a spring compartment in the belt buckle body, and a latch located at the end of the spring to link the head of the belt, which is allowed to slide along the compartment and reach the belt fastening the human body with specific length for extension. As both the thickness of the belt equals the space taken by the spring, the compartment is thus provided with enough space for telescopic movement of the most slim and simple buckle.

Abstract: A fastener for a belt includes a buckle member adapted to be attached to a first end portion of the belt, wherein the buckle member includes a receiving member having an opening for receiving the belt therethrough, an operating plate provided with a tongue and pivotally mounted to the receiving member, the tongue extending from the operating plate toward a rear portion of the receiving member, and a fixing member pivotally fixed at the rear portion of the receiving member; and a slot member including a plurality of slots and protrusions and adapted to be formed to a second end portion of the belt, wherein the tongue is inserted into one of the slots and abutted against a substantially vertical surface of one of the protrusions by the operation of the operating plate.

Abstract: A belt with micro-adjustment buckle includes a male buckle and a female buckle. The male buckle means consists of a serrated plate and a securing element provided at an end of the serrated plate. An end of the belt is inserted through a securing element of the male buckle to lie flat against an inner side or outer side of the serrated plate which is fitted through a micro-adjustment frame of the female buckle and retained therein.

The stalk includes an anchor member to be fixed on a side of a vehicle body, a buckle permitting releasable securement of a webbing thereon, and a non-metallic stalk member connecting the buckle and the anchor member to each other. The buckle stalk member includes a connector, by which the buckle and the stalk member are connected to each other in such a way that the direction of opening of a tongue-receiving socket of the buckle extends at an angle with respect to the stalk member.
