Patent number: 11825945Abstract: A storage rack apparatus including a locking mechanism that secures a bracket (10) to a supporting member such as a wall-mounted rail (48) or panel (54). A securing bar (36) is rotatably attached to the body (12) of the bracket and is rotatable between unlocked (FIGS. 3 and 6) and locked (FIGS. 4, 5, 7, and 8) positions. In the unlocked position, an unlocking portion (44) of the securing bar does not make contact with the rail or panel. In the locked position, a locking portion (46) of the securing bar makes forced contact with a front surface (50, 62) of the supporting member, thereby placing the hooks (24, 26) of the bracket into frictional engagement with the rear surface (16) of the supporting member to resist movement of the bracket from its installed position.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2022Date of Patent: November 28, 2023Assignee: EOSEN LLCInventor: Zijiang Yang

Patent number: 10518013Abstract: The present invention relates to a dialyzer holder to attach a dialyzer to a dialysis machine. During priming of a bloodline prior to a dialysis treatment, the dialyzer holder grips a dialyzer in approximately the center of the dialyzer, but allows movements of the dialyzer in an arc motion using two axes of rotation. The holder enables the dialyzer to move to a position where air can be primed from the dialyzer and, because the dialyzer can move toward the dialysis machine, this motion eliminates stress on the tubing connected to the bottom and top of the dialyzer and reduces the length of bloodline tubing necessary to accommodate dialyzer movement. The dialyzer holder incorporates an attachment point for a venous chamber for use during the priming procedure, enabling the venous chamber to move with the dialyzer, further reducing the tubing between the dialyzer and the venous chamber.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 2019Date of Patent: December 31, 2019Assignee: Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc.Inventors: Lynn E. Jensen, DeLoy Lindley, Troy Dayton

Patent number: 9995325Abstract: A locking clamp for use in a cable system for stretching a sheet across a surface and maintaining it under tension, the locking clamp having a base member defining a first grasping surface; an elongate tongue member rotatively coupled to a first portion of the base member and defining a second grasping surface, and a locking member that is rotatively coupled to a second portion of the base member and that is configured to selectively rotate the tongue member to urge at least a portion of the second grasping surface of the tongue member into engageable contact with the first grasping surface of the base member. The base member of the locking clamp also has a hook configured to removably engage a cable of a tensioning system.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2017Date of Patent: June 12, 2018Assignee: Formetco, Inc.Inventors: John D. Patent number: 9877547Abstract: A removeable shoe clasp for adding decorative ornaments to shoes is presented. The shoe clasp is comprised of an interior member connected to an exterior member by at least one hinge. The exterior member is attached to an attachment member onto which a decorative ornament may be removably attached. The shoe clasp allows for a wearer to easily add personalized elements to their shoes and to interchange the personalized elements among different shoes without damaging the shoe.Type: GrantFiled: August 8, 2017Date of Patent: January 30, 2018Assignee: Shoe Omnimedia, LLCInventor: Randall W. Patent number: 8381372Abstract: A camming clamp has a fixed jaw, a pair anchored in the fixed jaw, and a moving jaw threaded onto the guides. A levered cam is threaded onto at least one guide. A backing surface is threaded onto the same one guide. It sandwiches the levered cam between itself and the moving jaw. An adjustable locking provision locks the backing surface at fixed positions along this guide with the levered cam. Wherein, the levered cam has a cam head with an over-center axis such that, when rolled on one side of the over-center axis the camming clamp is slack and adapted to position the jaws on opposite sides of an object to be clamped, and, when rolled over the other side of the over-center axis the jaws clamp tight on said object. The over-center axis prevents the cam head from auto-pivoting back to slack.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2011Date of Patent: February 26, 2013Inventor: Randall E. Arnall

Patent number: 8166615Abstract: A wearable, item attaching, apparel clamp is disclosed. The clamp broadly includes a clamping jaw and an underlying opposed clamping jaw capable of permanently or temporarily attaching a personal item either directly or indirectly to whatever substrate or fabric edge the clamp is attached. The clamping jaw attaches to the underlying jaw via a hinge element which includes a fulcrum. An article connecting element attaches to the clamping jaw and extends toward or beyond the securing portion of the clamping jaws. The connecting element contains a resilient opening large enough to attach a second item directly or indirectly. Such other item may include a key chain, chain link, receptacle, or the like, thus enabling the item to hang below the bottom of the clamp. The underlying clamping jaw(s) distribute the weight of the attached item relative to the clamp preventing the flexible substrate to which the clamp can fasten from excessive bending.Type: GrantFiled: July 8, 2009Date of Patent: May 1, 2012Assignee: The Hip Klub, LLCInventor: Audra Coldiron
