Abstract: A flat strap holding apparatus includes a chassis and a first and second rotating hub that rotate in the interior of the chassis. The interior of the chassis being bounded by two opposing side walls of the chassis and a plurality of cross bars adjoined to the side walls. The chassis has a first and second end, each end containing the first and second rotating hub. A gripping surface of each rotating hub is proximate to a first and second gripping area in the interior of the chassis residing on the plurality of chassis cross bars. The first and second grip areas are arranged approximately orthogonal to one another. The first and second rotating hubs are arranged to rotate towards and away from the first and second gripping areas.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to an illuminated wreath card holder comprising a wreath form, decorative material configured to create a wreath on the form, and a plurality of ornamental clamp assemblies that are attached to the wreath form and configured to releasably secure, display, and illuminate greeting cards on the wreath. Each ornamental clamp assembly comprises at least one ornamental cover, at least one clip, and at least one light that is positioned between the ornamental cover and the clip. When viewed from the front, the light is hidden behind the ornamental cover and casts a glow up onto the greeting card. The ornamental cover may be star-shaped and have a return flange at its back to which the light and clip are attached. The illuminated wreath card holder may have a power source and be packed in kit form.

The housing includes a cavity formed within one side of the housing. The hook is for hanging the musical instrument on display and is carried by the housing. Additionally, the hook projects from a front surface to the housing. The illumination device is disposed at a lower surface of the housing and is adapted to project light below the holder and behind the musical instrument when the musical instrument is hung. Finally, the mounting device is carried by the housing and mounts the musical instrument holder to a supporting wall surface.

Abstract: A clip device that allows for easy application of barber capes around a wearer with a reliable connection that facilitates adjustment for a suitable fit is provided. Such a device includes a spring-loaded lift structure that closes around a placed cape portion at any used length with grip means to prevent cape slippage during a haircut operation. The clip itself is configured with a flat back for suitable placement in alignment with the base cape portion and may be removed, if desired, for cleaning or other like actions. As well, the clip includes an extended front including the aforementioned lift structure further including a curved lip to facilitate the disengagement between clip and cape portion on demand, but with a form that is not susceptible to undesired detachment through accidental contact therewith. The clip alone, as well as an incorporating cape, are encompassed within this invention.

Such state of leaning is to be understood as the most common practice of vertically resting a guitar on the floor and then leaning the neck of said guitar on an adjacent wall. It is to be understood that said surface is free of any additional parts or aids mounted onto it in order to aid Guitar rest. In this sense Guitar rest is a free-standing devise. Guitar rest can generally be described as being comprised of a neck support unit and a wall rest unit. The neck support unit is designed to grip onto the guitar neck while the wall rest unit comprises a pair of arms by means of which contact and stability at said vertical surface is achieved.

In one embodiment, a first primary jaw (110) and a second primary jaw (112) having interleaved tines are coupled by a hinge pin (114) around which a primary torsion spring (116) is disposed to urge the primary jaws pivotally close. A secondary jaw (118) is disposed on the hinge pin and urged by a secondary torsion spring (120) pivotally toward the second primary jaw. A lever pin (122) is disposable in either a storage position or a working position on the first primary jaw so as to differentiate the pivotal opening of the secondary jaw, which is operable through the primary jaws. Resulting device is compact, quick and easy to operate, and packed with an array of functionalities applicable to cables of various sizes.

Abstract: A compact, portable, temporary mount for portable devices capable of mounting such a device to any smooth, flat surface is described. The apparatus is compact, lightweight, and can be deployed and removed quickly and easily for user convenience. Certain embodiments of the present invention also provide means for multi-directional adjustment for obtaining optimal desired viewing angle for the portable device and can universally adapt to a wide variety of devices and device cases. Furthermore, multiple methods of attaching the present invention to a device or device case are described.

The device allows a rope, chain, or cable to pass over a grooved wheel, wherein the rope is held securely when a clamp is released onto the grooved wheel. There is a second clamp and grooved wheel on the opposing side of the device. When both clamps have engaged the rope, chain or cable, the loop of rope, chain or cable is held securely. This is done to serve as an alternative to traditional knot tying in order to quickly and easily secure an object with a rope, chain or cable.
