Abstract: A novelty money-holding device that replaceably attaches to a garment of a user and releasably holds paper money so as to allow the paper money to be releasably attached to the garment of the user. The novelty money-holding device includes a safety pin, a plurality of binder clips, and an apparatus that attaches the plurality of binder clips to the safety pin. The safety pin replaceably attaches to the garment of the user. The plurality of binder clips are attached to the safety pin and releasably hold the paper money so as to allow the paper money to be releasably attached to the garment of the user.
Abstract: A fashion accessory tool that can transform a piece of fabric. The fashion accessory tool allows a piece of fabric to be secured to a garment and adjusted after it has been secured to the garment. The piece of fabric can be woven through the fashion accessory tool and then secured in the tool with deformable features. The fashion accessory tool can be pinned to a garment and the fabric can be adjusted and styled after the fashion accessory tool is pinned.

Abstract: Apparatus are provided for securing floor mats to vehicle carpets and include a back plate that underlies a vehicle carpet, a top plate that overlies a floor mat, and fasteners that are configured to removably secure the back and top plates together such that the carpet and floor mat are sandwiched therebetween. The top plate has an upper surface that has promotional indicia thereon.

Abstract: A pin for securing objects together by piercing or frictional engagement. The inventive device includes a safety pin having an end cap and a pivoting member releasable therefrom which can be piercingly engaged to an object. A paper clip extends from the end cap and cooperates with the safety pin so as to frictionally engage and retain planar objects therebetween.
Abstract: A pin clip for holding paper items and the like has a back member and a tongue which resiliently engages the back member. The back member typically has an outwardly extending finger. The Tongue is coupled to the back member by a spring means. A pin extends out of the back member for attaching the pin clip to bulletin boards or the like.
