A flap attached to the cover adjacent the second end of the elongated opening is foldable over the second end of the elongated opening, the primary zipper extending onto the flap and terminating near a distal end of the flap. A secondary zipper system has a first zipper attached to a side of the flap and a second zipper attached to an opposite side of the flap, to secure the flap when the flap is folded over the second end of the elongated opening.
