Abstract: A connecting and anchoring device. A cable element terminates at opposite ends in respective gate and spine cable termination structures. A gate housing houses a gating portion of the cable element and includes a locking element. The device has a first configuration in which the termination structures are locked together and a second configuration in which the termination structures can be separated from one another by manipulating the locking element. The device in at least the first configuration defines a closed aperture. A spine housing houses a spinal portion of the cable element. The spine housing is attached to the base and the gate housing is pivotally connected to the base so that the gate housing can pivot relative to the spine housing so as to change the configuration of the connecting and anchoring device between the second configuration and a third configuration in which the aperture is open.

Abstract: A hook coupling with a hook body (12), which has a hook-in opening (14), and with a closure latch (16) which can be adjusted between an open position and a closed position furthermore comprises: a blocking lever (26) which is displaceable between a blocking position, in which it blocks an adjustment of the closure latch (16) from the closed position towards the open position, and a release position in which it permits an adjustment of the closure latch (16) from the closed position towards the open position, and a triggering device (36) which, in its basic position, whenever blocking lever (26) is in the blocking position, prevents displacement of the blocking lever (26) into the release position, and which, when actuated out of its basic position, permits displacement of the blocking lever (26) into the release position.
Abstract: A snap ring for coupling a purse line to a purse seine includes a frame, a plurality of rollers, a frame opening, and a locking unit. The frame is connected to the purse seine. The purse line passes through a second end of the frame. The rollers are rotatably provided in the frame at positions at which the purse line is brought into contact with the frame. The frame opening is formed in one side part of opposite side parts of the frame to open the frame. The locking unit is coupled to the frame to openably close the frame opening. The locking unit includes a first cylinder which is hinged at a first end thereof to the part of the frame which corresponds to a first end of the frame opening.

Abstract: An adjustable cam buckle assembly is described herein. The adjustable cam buckle assembly may include a cam buckle member, a retaining member and a clamp. The cam buckle member may include a hook section and a buckle section, wherein the buckle section may include a central opening and at least one slot. The retaining member may be engaged with the hook section, wherein the retaining member and the hook section may be capable of selectively securing a member within the hook section. The clamp may be pivotally engaged with the buckle section, wherein the clamp may be capable of engaging a strap within the buckle section.
Abstract: A safety double connector comprising a curved main frame forming the shape of a capital letter āSā. A closing element joins the start of the top end of the frame with a point on its body. Another closing element goes from the other end of the frame and also ends at a point on its body. The ends of the frame end in two notches or stops. The closing elements may be folded back easily by applying slight pressure so as to open the spaces between the body of the frame and the threads so as to enable an item to enter. These closing elements return to their initial position by means of a spring so as to close the space.
Abstract: A purse ring for coupling a purse seine and a purse line to each other. The purse ring includes a frame, which is coupled at a first end thereof to the purse seine and passes the purse line through a second end thereof, and at least three rollers, which are rotatably provided in the frame at positions at which the purse line are brought into contact with the frame. The purse seine having the multiple rollers has a structure such that friction between the purse line and the purse ring is reduced, thus increasing the lifetime of the purse ring, thereby reducing costs of replacement of the purse ring.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a purse ring for coupling a purse seine and a purse line to each other. The purse ring of the present invention includes a frame, which is coupled at a first end thereof to the purse seine and passes the purse line through a second end thereof, and at least three rollers, which are rotatably provided in the frame at positions at which the purse line are brought into contact with the frame. Abstract: A snap hook assembly for a luggage includes a suspension member, and a hook member. The suspension member includes a first suspension block and a second suspension block. The hook member is mounted on the suspension member and includes a main body having an insertion pin and a hook. Thus, the first suspension block and the second suspension block are combined with each other rigidly and stably, thereby enhancing the structural strength of the snap hook assembly. In addition, when the hook member is subjected to a gravity load, the gravity load is evenly distributed on the first suspension block and the second suspension block, thereby increasing the lifetime of the snap hook assembly.
Abstract: A frame is designed for holding and attaching an article to the outside of a luggage and is formed of a main body and a fastening strap which is fixed at one end with the main body and is detachably retained at the other end by the main body. The main body is attached to the handle of the luggage.

A hook member formed at a first end and a longitudinally oriented stem, having a generally rectangular cross-section, formed at a second opposite end of the hook body. The swivel connector is pivotally securable over the stem and formed from a forged metal. The swivel connector has a generally circular bore of a size exceeding the rectangular cross-section of the stem such that the stem may be received through the bore to secure the swivel connector to the hook body while permitting rotational movement of the swivel connector about the stem. Also described is a method of constructing a swivel hook.

Abstract: An improved hook latch mechanism, for use with cordage loops, used for leashes, cables, ropes, rigging or like restraining devices having a center body hook with a sliding outer sleeve to cover and uncover the hook opening. A spring loaded ball locking device is employed to lock the sliding sleeve in position to cover the hook opening to thus prevent the cordage loops from slipping off the hook, depressing the ball inwardly against a spring and sliding the sleeve upwardly to uncover the hook opening, permitting the removal of the cordage loop. A swiveling bail link at the other end of hook prevents twisting of the cordage loop.
