The rotatable, flexible cutting blade is connected to a food processor drive mechanism and is comprised of one or more blade arms. The blade arms comprise a blade and a flexible portion where the flexible portion connects the blade to the drive mechanism via mechanical means. The blade arms start in a first position away from the plane orthogonal to the axis of rotation of the rotatable, flexible cutting blade. When the rotatable, flexible cutting blade is rotated at sufficient speeds, centrifugal forces cause the blades to move away from their first position. Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing for a balanced rotor having cutting teeth attached thereto. The longitudinal length of the rotor is conceptually divided in half by a plane disposed perpendicular to the axis of rotation. The cutting teeth are arranged in a plurality of helices about the rotor so each half of the rotor is statically balanced. The cutting teeth are further arranged so the centers of mass of the two halves are equidistant from the dividing plane. A gap may exist between the ends of the rotor and the nearest tooth encountered in each helix. The gaps for different helices may be different, however, the gaps at each end of each helix are the same length. The above result in a rigidly balanced rotor.

Abstract: A paper shredder motor cooling assembly having a paper shredder motor coupled to a fan shaft, an enclosure surrounding the paper shredder motor and having selected input and selected output vents to control airflow to the paper shredder motor, a fan coupled to the fan shaft, communicating with the selected input vents or the selected output vents; when the paper shredder motor is operating, the rotor shaft turns the fan to generate a differential air pressure between the selected input vents and the selected output vents, removing heat from the motor. A duty cycle of greater than 15 minutes is obtained. The fan can be coupled to the motor by speed increasing gearing, attached to the cutter blade assembly, such that the fan turns faster than the motor. The fan also can be attached to the motor shaft. An input fan and an output fan can be used.

Abstract: A circulating processor includes a base, a container, a cutlery and a pressurizing mechanism. An operating motor is disposed in the base and is disposed with a mandrel therein. The container is disposed above the base, where a space is formed on its bottom part, and a reflux opening is formed on its upper half part and in communication with the space. The cutlery is positioned on the container's bottom part and connected to the mandrel. Thereby, when the operating motor operates, the mandrel and the cutlery are enabled to rotate synchronously, to mash food, vegetables and fruits in the container. The pressurizing mechanism is in communication with the space of the container. Through the pressurizing effect of the pressurizing mechanism, the mashed food, vegetables and fruits can be transferred into the container via the reflux opening, so as to perform circulating mashing treatment.

Abstract: Blender whose operation presents a sound level lower than that of other equipment available in the market. This effect is obtained by the combination of construction details that when associated, result in a differential operation volume. The first construction detail is the design of the blender jar that facilitates the motion of the contents when the equipment is working. The second is presented in a system to absorb shocks during the transmission of the motor motion to the crushing blades, minimizing the vibration of the assembly. The third construction detail is the connection system of the motor with the transmission axle of the crushing blades that also helps the decrease of vibration of the equipment.
