  • Patent number: 8453955
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a mixing machine having improved pulverizing efficiency. The mixing machine includes a main body having a motor therein, a container having a pulverizing blade therein, and a cover which covers the container and has an inlet hole. The mixing machine further includes an introducing unit which is coupled to the inlet hole of the cover, an inclined material-supply means which is provided in the introducing unit, and a discharge unit which is coupled to the container. The inclined material-supply means prevents material pulverized in the container from back flowing upwards. The discharge controls in multi-stages a rate at which pulverized product is discharged from the container. Therefore, a supply rate of material and the discharge rate of the pulverized product can be maintained constant so that the efficiency with which the material is pulverized is increased.

  • Publication number: 20120267461
Abstract: The invention relates to a paper processing product and, in particular, to a shredder that crinkles paper stripes. The shredder has a shaft set driven by a motor. The shaft set includes at least two shafts rotating in opposite directions. Cutting blade sets are mounted on the shafts. Paper enters the entry of a paper passage formed by the shafts, and gets shredded into chips by the cutting blades. Since the exit of the paper passage is provided with a movable stopper, paper stripes are pushed by the rotating cutting blades to pass the stopper and become crinkled. The stopper is triggered to open by a certain force, letting the paper stripes fall. In addition to the functions of a usual shredder, the paper stripes thus made can be recycled.

  • Patent number: 8286899
Abstract: A tissue dicing and separation device comprises a housing having an interior that receives tissue for dicing and separation. The device includes a blade assembly connected to a motor and solenoid. The solenoid reciprocates the blade assembly while the motor clocks the blade assembly during each reciprocation cycle. This reciprocating and clocking action of the blade assembly dices and/or minces the tissue. The housing is filled with a fluid and then the blade assembly is continuously rotated to create a vortex within the housing. The vortex causes the diced tissue particles to separate by particle size. Outlets at different positions along the housing permit withdrawal of a slurry of fluid and tissue particles with the tissue particles having a desired size range. The obtained slurry may be used in conjunction with a fistula plug treatment device and method.
