Abstract: An apparatus for producing a motor coil is to produce a coil to be used for a stator of a motor by automatically winding a flat rectangular conductive wire by use of a winding machine. This apparatus comprises: an uncoiler for feeding the conductive wire wound and accumulated on a bobbin to the winding machine; an inertia measuring device for measuring inertia of the uncoiler when feeding the conductive wire; chucks and for measuring a resistance value of the conductive wire; and an operating console for setting the winding condition of the rectangular wire to be wound by the winding machine based on the measured inertia and the measured resistance value. The operating console controls the winding machine based on the set winding condition to wind the conductive wire.
Abstract: A part positioning device (41) provided with support pins (48) which support a magnetic tape recording/reproducing device (1), a measuring device (51) which measures the height and inclination of a top end face (3a) of a reel (3) of the recording/reproducing device (1) and turning operation devices (54) which turn adjusting screws (7) which adjust the height and inclination of the reel (3). The turning operation device (54) includes an engaging part (55) which engages/disengages with/from an engagement groove (8) formed vertically in the adjusting screw (7), a turning operation part (57) which is turned by manual operation, and a turning transmission shaft (59) which is bendable to transmit the turning of the turning operation part (57) to the engaging part (55).

Abstract: There are provided a tape reel, a recording tape cartridge, a take-up reel, and a drive device at which, when a recording tape is wound on a hub, fluctuations in an axial direction of the hub can be suppressed and occurrence of tape edge damage can be prevented. At a tape reel having a hub on which a recording tape T is wound and flanges which are provided at both end portions of the hub, a large diameter portion, whose diameter is larger than diameters of both end portion sides of the hub, is formed at the hub. The large diameter portion is offset, from a widthwise direction central portion of the hub, toward the one flange side or the other flange side.
