Abstract: An adjustable height optical fiber cable reel comprises a first piece having a first base plate and a first tab protruding from the first base plate, the first tab having a first opening and a second opening, a second piece having a second base plate and a second tab protruding from the second base plate, the second tab having a pin. The pin is configured to engage the first opening to lock the adjustable height reel at a first height, and to engage the second opening to lock the adjustable height reel at a second height. The adjustable height reel may also be coupled to a slack storage tray. Optical fiber enclosures may also be configured with adjustable height reels with optional slack storage trays.

Abstract: A panel for storing a length of cable has a housing and a support assembly positioned in the housing and moveable with respect to the housing. The housing defines a housing space for storing the length of cable. The housing space is accessible through an opening. The support assembly is slidable through the opening between a stowed position inside of the housing space and a released position in which the support assembly is at least partially outside of the housing space. The support assembly has a pair of support rods that extend generally parallel to each other and are spaced by a distance, and a bracket connected to first ends of the support rods such that the support rods extend from the bracket and each have second ends that are free ends.

Each arm may be tapered to provide optimal flexibility of the arms while maintaining desired structural integrity for securely storing a cable. Additionally, each arm may feature rounded ends which ease insertion of a cable or cord into the channel while also creating a barrier at the open end of the channel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a small lightweight hand held cable reel comprising a spool configured to rotate around a central ergonomic handle, wherein the spool comprises of two winder knobs for rotating the spool around the central ergonomic handle; smaller, larger locator holes and larger elongated slotted holes on the outer spool face for attaching a cable. The hand held cable reel further comprises elongated slotted holes on inner spool face for attaching to a webbing strap of clothing or equipment.

The device includes a planar member having a first end cutout forming a pair of spaced first end arms extending from a first end of a medial section of the planar member. The planar member further has a second end cutout forming a pair of spaced second end arms extending from a second end of the medial section of the planar member. A plurality of clips is coupled to the planar member. Each clip is configured for engaging a cord whereby the cord is securable to the planar member by engaging a first end of the cord to one of the clips, wrapping the cord around the planar member between the spaced first end arms and the spaced second end arms, and engaging a second end of the cord to another one of the clips.

The organizer can comprise a plurality of different sizes suitable for various wires, cords, cable types and lengths. The organizer includes a hinged cover that protects and allows removal of an enclosed reel. The organizer has a crank handle that can lock in multiple positions to prevent unintended unrolling of a length of wire, cable, or cord stored on the reel. Both ends of the cable protrude from slots in the organizer to provide access to either end of the cable as needed.

Each clevis pin is movable retained in one of the arms and is rotatable therein by means of a flanged sleeve bearing located within a bushing provided in an opening in the arm. The axle tube is composed of a plurality of sleeves which are connected in series. Each sleeve has one end formed with a connecting block and an opposing end formed with a connecting trough for insertion of the connecting block of an adjacent one of the sleeves. The length of the axle tube of the film packing device is adjustable by adjusting the number of the sleeves to correspond to the width of a roll of film which doesn't have a reel therein for packing with ease.

The axle tubes are connected with their respective connecting units. The number of the axle tubes is adjustable depending on the width of a film for a user to operate the film packing applicator smoothly. Another embodiment provides a ground anchor, a shoulder harness strap, a digital counter, a multiple gearing selector, and an electric power pickup. At least one replacement spool is also provided.

When accumulating the extension cord after utilization, the user positions the inner portion of their elbow within the U-shaped cutout and grasps the handle with their hand thereby providing adequate leverage for the user while winding the extension cord about one of the spools.
