Abstract: An automated guided vehicle for transporting an object to a facility according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a main body, a shaft provided in the main body for guiding movement of the object to the facility and to face a front direction of the main body, a camera provided at one end of the shaft for photographing a front direction of the main body, and a position adjustment module for decoding an identifier when an image photographed by the camera includes the identifier displayed on the facility, and using a result of the decoding to adjust a position, toward which the one end of the shaft is directed.
Abstract: A transport device includes a transport roller configured to transport a roll paper, a winding unit configured to wind the roll paper transported, a tension applying unit configured to apply tension to the medium between the transport roller and the winding unit, and a control unit configured to control the tension applying unit. The control unit is configured to control the tension applying unit to maintain a state where the tension is released, at least during an acceleration period of rotation of the transport roller within a period in which the transport roller applies a transporting force to the roll paper.
Abstract: A method for manufacture of a conductor assembly. The assembly is of the type which, when conducting current, generates a magnetic field or in which, in the presence of a changing magnetic field, a voltage is induced. In an example embodiment one or more first coil rows are formed. The assembly has multiple coil rows about an axis with outer coil rows formed about inner coil rows. A determination is made of deviations from specifications associated with the formed one or more first coil rows. One or more deviations correspond to a magnitude of a multipole field component which departs from a field specification. Based on the deviations, one or more wiring patterns are generated for one or more second coil rows to be formed about the one or more first coil rows. The one or more second coil rows are formed in the assembly. The magnitude of each multipole field component that departs from the field specification is offset.
Abstract: A method for operating a spinning machine with plural spinning stations (1), each case having a take-off roller device (6, 10, 14) for drawing a yarn (9) from a spinning device (2) and a sensor mechanism (26) for checking piecings. When starting a piecing, the theoretical conveying length of the yarn is determined based on the surface speed of the rollers (10, 14), until the piecing reaches the sensor mechanism (26). The deviation of the theoretical conveying length from a desired yarn length, corresponding to the spacing between the spinning device (2) and the sensor mechanism (26), is detected. The deviation is compared with a preadjustable limit value of the permissible deviation. If the limit value is passed, this indicates intolerable wear of the pressure roller (14) and produces a signal.
Abstract: In a bobbin winding machine with multiple winding heads, each having a creel associated with a torque transmitter (15) adjusted by a drive element (16) for controlling the bearing load between a bobbin (10) held in the creel and a drive drum (14), buttons (18, 19) are provided for actuation by an operator for adjusting the drive element (16) and therewith the creel (12) for adaptation to a diameter of a residual bobbin to be inserted into the creel (12).
