Rotating Take-up Having Radially Movable Guide Patents (Class 242/476.9)
  • Publication number: 20140008482
Abstract: The wire winding apparatus includes: a wire feeding member provided to a supporting member so as to be operable, for feeding a wire; a lock mechanism capable of inhibiting an operation of the wire feeding member; a winding mechanism for rotating a core about an axis thereof to wind the wire fed from the wire feeding member around the outer circumference of the core; a feed mechanism for moving the supporting member in an axial direction of the core in synchronization with the winding performed by the winding mechanism; a proximity sensor for detecting a movement amount of the wire feeding member with respect to the supporting member; and a control section for controlling an operation of the feed mechanism to adjust a movement amount of the supporting member moved by the feed mechanism based on a detection output from the proximity sensor.

  • Patent number: 8500054
Abstract: A method and device for adjusting the unstored length of tubing directed to improving the use of infusion sets that deliver fluids to a user. The device includes a storage module and other features for adjusting, storing and securing the length of the tubing. The method of adjusting the length of the tubing to a desired length typically comprises removably attaching the tubing to the adjuster, adjusting the tubing by wrapping the tubing around a hub or post of the adjuster, and fixing the length of the unstored tubing by attaching the tubing to a securing device such as a friction structure or fastener.

Abstract: A wire material accumulator is configured to accumulate a wire material. The wire material accumulator includes a plurality of fixed-side pulleys rotatably supported on a fixed axis part, and a plurality of movable-side pulleys rotatably supported on a movable axis part that is supported so as to be movable toward and away from the fixed axis part. The wire material accumulator further includes a drawing mechanism part that applies a drawing force to a wire material W in the middle of the wire material being wrapped from any one to another of the plurality of fixed-side pulleys and the plurality of movable-side pulleys.

  • Patent number: 8215578
Abstract: A winder including a frame. The frame includes at least one spindle configured to support at least one package, the spindle rotating about a first axis approximately perpendicular to the diameter of the package so as to draw and wind at least one strand in the form of a package, and at least one positioning and guiding device configured to position and guide at least the strand on the rotating spindle. A keeper is configured to keep the strand in contact with the positioning and guiding device.

  • Publication number: 20080203214
Abstract: A leasing device including at least one first part connected to a frame element of a reeler and at least one second part including a mechanism for depositing and guiding at least one thread. The first part and the second part are connected to one another such that the second part occupies a first working position, in which the thread can be deposited in the form of a reel, and a second position, in which the second part is separated from the first part, corresponding to a maintenance phase of the second part.

  • Patent number: 6375113
Abstract: A coil is formed by winding a conductive wire around a winding frame that is being rotated about a rotational axis of the winding frame. Guide members contact the conductive wire being wound around the winding frame to define the winding position of the conductive wire. The guide members are supported by a link mechanism that is provided coaxially with the rotational axis so as to rotate synchronously with the winding frame. As a third actuator moves a driving link in the direction of the rotational axis, the guide members are moved in directions of a diameter of the winding frame. As a first actuator moves a holding link in the direction of the rotational axis, the guide members are moved in the direction of the rotational axis together with the holding link. As a second actuator extends or contracts an arm, one of the guide members is moved independently of another one of the guide members. The first, second and third actuators do not need to rotate together with the winding frame.
