Abstract: The novel rigid arm structure is a, two position, pivoting toilet paper holder. In the nonuse position, access to toilet paper not needed. The toilet paper is pivoted out of the way for normal bathroom activities. In the use position, the toilet paper is pivoted to an easy to reach position. The novel stop assist prevents toilet paper from continuing to roll out excess paper when paper is being torn off the roll. The system mounts on a vertical surface, a cabinet, or a handicap safety rail frame. The optional second toilet paper roll pivots along with the primary roll.

Abstract: A cable holder for the long-term storage and the rapid transport of high-voltage cables, is storable for long periods with little outlay. The cable holder includes a rotatable cable reel which has a winding cylinder and side limits which are connected for conjoint rotation with the winding cylinder and protrude over the circumference of the winding cylinder. A holding frame is provided for rotatably mounting the cable reel. A high-voltage cable is wound onto the cable reel. The winding cylinder has a diameter of over 1300 mm.

Abstract: In one aspect, an adjustable mount assembly for mounting a covering rod relative to an adjacent architectural structure comprises a rod mount including a base plate having an inner side and an outer side opposite the inner side. In addition, the rod mount further includes a rod cradle extending outwardly from the outer side of the base plate, with the rod mount being rotatable about a mount axis to adjust a circumferential position of the rod cradle. The mount assembly also includes an engagement member supported relative to the rod mount such that the engagement member is configured to engage at least a portion of the rod mount as the mount is rotated relative to the engagement member about the mount axis.

Abstract: A flange for use on a reel, a flange adapter, and a flange stand are provided. The flange may include an outer circumference, a hub assembly, and an arbor hole adapter that is adapted to engage an arbor hole to secure the flange to the reel. The arbor hole adapter may include an expandable portion that is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. First and second expansion plates may be coupled to the arbor hole adapter and connected by shoulder bolts that guide movement of the plates between an abutting configuration and a spaced-apart configuration, allowing movement of the expandable portion relative to the reel for modified engagement. The flange stand may include a base, a support portion, and a coupler for engaging a central extension of the flange to allow the flange to be supported in an upright position.

Abstract: The conceived invention provides both a film applicator and a method for placing a continuous film sleeve around a hose, or a grouping of a plurality of hoses. The sleeve thickness is approximately ½ mil to 20 mils thick, which is suitable for cleanliness protection and reducing the possibility of ripping when the hoses are dragged across a floor. The embodied invention includes a plastic sleeve payout tube, that surrounds and encompasses the hose/hoses. The hoses are routed through the sleeve payout tube when they are hauled into a building to be cleaned. The payout tube stores a compacted length of an enclosing plastic sleeve, and the sleeve pays off as the hoses are dragged into the facility to be cleaned. The initial attachment of the plastic sleeve and hoses is by use of an adhesive tape or an outer clamping strap.

Abstract: A rolled sheet dispenser (100) includes a first housing member (601) that is hingedly coupled to a second housing member (602). A pair of feed rollers (501,502) are disposed within the rolled sheet dispenser (100), with one of the feed rollers (501) disposed within the first housing member (601) and the other feed roller (502) disposed within the second housing member (602). A mounting stem (503), which is capable of accommodating both cored and coreless paper rolls of different widths, is disposed within one of the housings. When the first housing member (601) is pivoted to a closed position, the feed rollers (501,502) abut. When the first housing member (601) and the second housing member (602) are pivoted to an open position, the feed rollers (501,502) separate. Also, an end (608) of the mounting stem (503) becomes exposed and accessible.

Abstract: A fishing line reeling apparatus for loading a spool of fishing line about a reel of a fishing pole includes a clamp capable of being anchored to a ledge of an existing support surface, and a bracket attached to the clamp wherein the bracket has a dowel capable of rotatably receiving and suspending the existing spool of fishing line above the existing support surface. An arm is located subjacent to the dowel and statically mated to the bracket. The arm has an eyelet attached to a distal end thereof such the fishing line is downwardly guided from the spool and urged along a longitudinal length of the arm prior to passing through the eyelet.

Abstract: A dispensing machine for pre-cut wipe material wound on a reel includes a wall-mounted housing with a back panel, two side panels, a lower base panel, and a cover articulated relative to said housing by lifting the cover upwards. The back panel accommodates a module having two lateral side pieces to receive the reel of material. The dispensing machine includes a compensating lever mechanism to move the strip of pre-cut material rearwardly in close combination with lifting or lowering of the cover. The mechanism is externally located either side of the lateral side pieces in the space between the lateral side pieces and the side panels. The mechanism comprises two levers articulated together and mounting a return roller. The first lever has a uniform structure and the second lever has various components which allow Cardan-joint type articulation. The levers are linked to arms connected to the cover.

Abstract: A paper dispenser has a dispensing opening for paper and also a first roll, which is located in a dispensing position, and a guide path, which leads into the dispensing position and contains a storage position for a reserve roll. The dispensing opening is of a size which, once the first roll has been used up, allows manual access to the paper of the reserve roll, while the reserve roll is still in the storage position.

Abstract: A dispenser is described for dispensing sheeted cleaning media, such as disposable hand towels, in a residential or household setting using the existing towel bar for a means of placement.

Abstract: An angled core slot dispenser includes an inclined platform sized and shaped to fit beneath a roll of film bags wound on a hollow central core. A core pin has first and second ends, is sized and shaped to fit slidably within the central core and has at least one notch that extends across one of the ends. First and second guide slots are sized, shaped and located to fit slidably about the ends of the core pin. At least one guide rail is located between outer edges of at least one of the guide slots and is sized and shaped to slidably engage the at least one notch. A bag stream guide, side constraints and a snagging hook are attached to the bag dispenser. The dispenser may be attached to an adapter for a bin mounted to a vertical surface formerly used to hold a single wide bag roll.

Abstract: Method and apparatus are disclosed for mounting a roll of toilet paper to a support mechanism, and mounting the support mechanism to a surface such as the side of a vanity so that the toilet paper may be moved between two positions—a “retracted” position which stores the toilet paper out of the way, and an “extended” position which presents the toilet paper in a more accessible way comfortable to a user. The support mechanism may include one or more drawer sliders to facilitate movement between the “retracted” and “extended” positions.

Abstract: A paper roll fixing device of a printer is provided. The paper roll fixing device includes a first supporting member and a second supporting member. The first supporting member includes a first supporting protrusion part and plural first auxiliary rollers. The second supporting member includes a second supporting protrusion part and plural second auxiliary rollers. The first supporting protrusion part and the second supporting protrusion part are inserted into two ends of a hollow shaft of a paper roll. Consequently, the paper roll is fixed in the space between the first supporting member and the second supporting member, and supported by the first auxiliary rollers and the second auxiliary rollers. Moreover, especially, the paper roll fixing device is applicable to a variety of paper rolls with different diameters.

Abstract: An apparatus for covering a rolled paper product, such as toilet paper or paper towels, to reduce the visibility of the paper roll. The apparatus comprises a base member that attaches to a surface, a guide post slidably engaged with the base member to move up and down relative thereto, a top member attached to or integral with the guide post and extending over the paper roll, a roller holder attached to or integral with the top member or guide post and a roller rotatably supported by the roller holder in rotatable engagement with the paper roll to rotate therewith. As paper is removed from the roll, the roller rotates and moves the guide post down to maintain the desired spacing between the top member and the paper roll. Preferably, fragrance material in the roller dispenses fragrance when the roller rotates in response to rotation of the paper roll.

The pay-off assembly may include one or more of lateral support braces that provide stability and strength to an A-frame structure supporting the cable reel; a reel lock assembly for securely holding the cable reel in place during transport and/or pay-off of the cable; an end cap assembly that prevents detachment from an arbor as the arbor and cable reel rotate during pay-off; a dog hole stop assembly that engages a “dog hole” in the cable reel to prevent the cable reel from rotating during transport; a braking system for controlling the rotational speed of the cable reel during pay-off; and a ground attachment assembly that allows an additional cable reel to be loaded for transport and/or pay-off of the cable.

The fourth side of the square has a proximal leg portion and a distal leg portion that are pivotally attached together. The distal leg portion swings outward at an angle from the proximal leg portion so that the wire clamp mechanism is in an open position, and may then be pivoted back to be coaxial with the proximal leg so that the wire clamp mechanism is in a closed position. Abstract: An apparatus and method for applying a tarping material to trucking cargo are provided. The tarping material may be formed into a roll with a rod disposed therethrough. The roll may be supported by a frame. The roll can be configured to move vertically with respect to the ground. A trailer carrying trucking cargo can be stationed beneath the frame. The tarping material may be unwound and dispensed from the roll. In order to drape the trucking cargo with the tarping material, the roll may be moved horizontally over the frame in addition to or alternatively to having the trucking cargo driven horizontally with respect to the roll.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a trailer for lifting and transporting cable reels. The trailer has a base, a pair of substantially perpendicular cantilevers, and a latch assembly. The cantilevers lift a cable reel off of the ground, and the latch assembly transfers at least a portion of the weight of the reel from the cantilevers to the base. The base is mounted on wheels and can be pulled or pushed by a vehicle connected to the base.

Abstract: An apparatus for covering a rolled paper product, such as toilet paper or paper towels, to reduce the visibility of the paper roll. In a second embodiment, the toilet paper dispenser will dispense a predetermined amount of toilet paper into a receiver that has a sufficient size that it will fold over onto itself a predetermined number of times.

Abstract: An apparatus and method of unrolling and stretching fence wire for use with a vehicle is disclosed. This device is designed to aid in the installation of fencing such as woven, barb or welded wire and other types of roll fencing. The device stretches fencing against the preset posts as it is spooling the fencing material by applying constant tension on the dispensed fencing. This device allows the installer to attach the fence to the posts without loosing tension and having to re-stretch the fence before permanently attaching it. The fencing material is guided through the tensioning rollers that apply pressure onto the fencing material. The tensioning rollers are adjustable and tension is applied to the wire by a brake mechanism. The device holds four rolls of fencing wire and allows for continuous fencing by splicing a new roll to the end of another before going through the tensioning rollers.

Abstract: A pair of collapsible supports 12, 14 have a collar 18 positioned on the upper end of one support 12 forming an integral part therewith. The device 10 is designed to be used in pairs on the ends of a user supplied rod 26. Each stand 10 is slidably inserted onto the distal ends of the rod 26 by a collar 18 and the legs 12, 14 are then pivotally extended to their open position thereby providing a device for supporting a spool 32 of material rotatively mounted on the rod.
