Abstract: The present invention discloses a stabilizing cup holder for any type of golf bag. The disclosed invention is a significant improvement in the state of the art by allowing players to store canned beverages simply and effectively in the cup holder while playing the golf. The cup holder has been disclosed that fits inside any golf bag, just as any golf club would. This allows and provides a place for the players to place their drinks (such as the canned beverages) while walking, or while their golf bags are on the ground.

Abstract: A two-handed clip-on cup holder is an adaptive drinking device to allow users with limited hand grip strength to be able to drink independently from assistance of caregivers. The device features a claw-like clip and flexible two cup handles attached to a central rod. At the bottom of the rod, there is a secure base attached where the cup is sitting. The rod has adjustable hook at its top that further secures attachment of the device to the cup. Rod has an extension to adjust for different height cups.

Abstract: An apparatus is utilized to position and hold a baby bottle on a chest and/or stomach of an infant. Apparatus includes a body having a front section, a first sidewall, a second sidewall opposite the first sidewall, and a bottom section. A channel positioned within the body and extending through the front section is utilized for receiving a baby bottle. The channel is positioned at an angle in relation to the bottom section in order to properly position the baby bottle in relation to an infant's mouth.

Abstract: The present invention is directed towards ball and socket joint connectors which, when interconnected, form a flexible assembly. Each connector includes a body with a first and second end portion. An external socket engaging surface is provided at one end of the body. The other end of the body has an internal cavity. The socket engaging surface of one connector is snapped into the internal cavity of another to interconnect the connectors. The internal cavity end portion may be of a material that is less subject to creep, and which may have high stiffness. The socket end portion may be made of a softer material that allows for sufficient deflection to allow for mating but is not as subject to creep as this portion is predominantly in compression.

Abstract: Beverage holders adapted to attach to the upwardly extending arms of the handle assembly of a wheeled piece of luggage are described herein. The holders are adapted to twist and pivot when holding a cup with a beverage contained therein to maintain the axis of the beverage cup in a position generally orthogonal with a flat ground surface. The mechanism permitting the pivoting typically comprises a pair of opposing suspension arms that are fabricated of an elastomeric polymer that has sufficient tensile strength to support a beverage cup filled with a beverage but also has a sufficiently low flexural modulus to permit the cup to pivot when the angle of the handle assembly relative to the ground is changed.

Pins define a fulcrum axis about which the first and the second sections are pivoted.

A coiled spring for rotating the bottle-mounting bracket assembly and combination of a pneumatically regulated air shock and a coiled spring for rotating the support arm.

Abstract: An apparatus for feeding an infant provides a bottle holder operatively connected to a weighted conformable support member that rests on the torso of an infant. The support member conforms to the contours of the infant's body and is sufficiently heavy to prevent the infant from tossing the apparatus aside. In an exemplary, the bottle holder comprises two resilient grasping members that extend upwardly from the support member. The grasping members are tall enough so the elevation and tilt of the bottle, with respect to an infant can be adjusted to an appropriate feeding position for the infant.

Abstract: A manually bendable strip is made from a stainless steel ribbon within a vinyl sheath. The sheath with the stainless steel ribbon are encased within a casing made from a soft fabric. A central region of the strip is a bottle holder in the shape of an open ended ring. Ends of the ring form tongs that can fit onto a baby's torso. A fabric strip is tied about a junction formed by the bottle holder and the tongs.

A bottom bar is attached to the top bar and a grasping member is rotatably attached to the bottom bar. The top bar and the bottom bar are generally perpendicular to each other. Two principle directions of movement are provided. First, the top bar rotates circumferentially within the rotating member. Second, the grasping member rotates circumferentially about the bottom bar in a generally perpendicular orientation to the top bar.

Abstract: A detachable flexible baby bottle holder controls displacement of the bottle during feeding. The bottle is held within a cavity by a flexible, soft, elastomeric element, which is secured against the infant's chest using plurality of adjustable straps. Tensile forces exerted by the straps on the elastomeric, soft, flexible bottle holder create an elliptically shaped cavity in which the bottle resides. Movement of the bottle within the elliptically shaped cavity tracks movement of the infant, providing controlled displacement of said bottle in directions corresponding thereto. Bottle motion is accommodated during feeding within a range of several centimeters, minimizing application of transverse and vertical forces otherwise exerted by the nipple. Compliance required for the baby bottle holding system is achieved by the cooperative combination of the elliptical cavity, the flexibility and softness of the trapezoidal element and the tension imposed by the adjustable straps.

Abstract: The apparatus and method of this invention provide a versatile and convenient way to feed infants in a hands free manner while the infant is being transported, especially when being transported in an infant carrier seat. The invention provides a drinking container support apparatus comprised of a wedge shaped member, a drinking container retaining member and an strap for attaching the drinking container support apparatus to a carrier seat. The invention further provides for user selected adjustment of a drinking container to a position that is convenient and accessible to an infant. Another aspect of this invention is a method for feeding an infant while the infant is seated in an infant carrier seat by use of a drinking container support apparatus.

Abstract: A nursing bottle holding device for strollers, car seats and the like is provided that holds the nursing bottle firmly but removeably in a bottle holding ring attached to a horizontal arm which slides on a vertical standard that is firmly but removeably secured to the infant appliance. The height and angular position of the bottle can be adjusted for the comfort and safety of the feeding infant by loosening and tightening the horizontal arm which communicates with both the vertical standard and the nursing bottle as a laterally inwardly extending set screw. The device is of knockdown construction for easy portability and storage.

Abstract: An infant bottle feeding system is provided having a supported bottle holder for holding a feeding bottle. The bottle holder has a flat, elongated supporting base which can be placed underneath a supine infant for additional support. A flexible arm is retained by the supported base in an offset manner, thus allowing an infant roll to one side free of the base such that the infant is not trapped beneath the system. The flexible arm supports a bottle retaining clamp which holds a fluid storage vessel of the type conventionally used as infant feeding bottles. A flow restriction means is retained within a cap and away from the nipple, and both are then sealed to the opening of the storage vessel by the cap.

Abstract: There is provided an adjustable baby bottle holder consisting of a weighted base providing an opening in which there is inserted a ball. The ball rotates within the opening by action of a bias spring under the ball. The first arm extends outward from the ball and slidably engages a clamp coupled to a second arm to which there is attached an insulated container to receive a baby bottle. By adjusting the positions of the arm and the insulated container, the combination in cooperation adjusts the bottle for feeding of a baby.

Abstract: A bottle holder for an automobile. The bottle holder includes a cradle or similar structure for securing a bottle in a predetermined position, a clamp for securing the bottle holder inside the automobile, and a partially rigid neck connecting the clamp to the cradle. The neck includes a frangible joint which shears in the event of a collision. The cradle and bottle are thereby no longer bound near the feeding child. The frangible joint preferably comprises a prescored tube, which breaks along a predetermined circumferential inscribed line in a collision. The frangible joint is manually removable and installable to the neck, so that it can be renewed should it break. Optionally, a flaccid tether is provided to restrain the freed cradle and bottle from being thrown uncontrollably about the automobile cabin.

The first flexible rod is attached to the bottle holder and the stand member. The second flexible rod may be pivotally attached to the first flexible rod. The clamp member is attached to the second flexible rod for clamping to the seat.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed which aids in the feeding of a baby while the baby is placed face-up on a substantially planar feeding surface to various levels of a sitting up position of approximately 45.degree. in angle. The feeding apparatus is a triangular inflatable support system comprising of two straps which encircle the chest under the arms of a baby for securing the entire apparatus to the baby, a strap to secure the bottle to the feeding apparatus and a valve element which inflates and deflates the hollow triangular chamber with air for the purpose of raising or lowering the height of the bottle to control the flow of the liquid into the mouth of the baby for proper feeding. While the primary object of the disclosed invention is for the feeding of a baby, this device can be used by any person who cannot hold a container because of any physical or mental impairment that would limit one's ability to feed oneself.

Abstract: A gimballed adjustable holder for a nursing bottle comprised of a base assembly (10), a gimbal support (16) which is vertically adjustable with respect to the base assembly and rotatable about the base and gimbal support pivot (34) for use in various positions and locations, an inner gimbal (24) and outer gimbal (20) which permits pivotal movement of the nursing bottle in order to compensate for movements of an infant during feeding. The bottle is held in place within the inner gimbal in a bottle support (26) and secured via a bottle retention strap (28).

A single-piece flexible holding device has four major components, namely a multi-use clamp (10), a protective sheath cover (18) which provides protection for safe use, beauty, and is designed to bend with the movements of a flexible rod (20). This flexible rod (20) is adopted from those in common desk lamps. Finally a flexible holding grip (22) that can hold a bottle placed within it by flexibly spreading itself open upon insertion of the bottle and will hold bottles of a variety of widths. The grip has a parallel gap (24) which allows it to adapt to various bottle designs. The device is advantageously built into an animal (28), such as a toy bear, with the grip and clamp in place of the bear's hands.

Abstract: A system for bottle feeding an infant comprises a bib 14, a base 16 adapted to rest on the infant, a bottle holder 18 hingeably attached to the base 16 for securing a bottle thereto, and a bib slot 20 operatively associated with the base for frictionally engaging the bib 14 so that the bib 14 is held to the base securely for purposes of feeding an infant and can be slid in and out of the slot means as desired. Pressure sensitive adhesive strips 31 and 33 may be added to bib 14 to hold the bib 14 to the infant. The bottle holder 18 is continuously angularly adjustable along a mast 22 to finely and continuously adjust the feeding rate. One end 32 of the bottle holder 18 presents a flat edge so that the bottle holder may be placed on a flat surface to position a bottle B in an upright position when the system 10 is not in use on the infant. The base 16 is contoured to fit an infant's torso with portions 48 engaging the infant's inner thigh to support the base.

Abstract: A nursing bottle support, having an articulated tripod from which hang three screws and a wire framework wherein the nursing bottle is positioned. The framework has three hooks, one for grasping the neck of the nursing bottle and the other two for supporting the body. The object is to sustain the nursing bottle in position to enable the baby to ingest the liquid food contained therein.

The front wall is supported at an inclination relative to the level surface to support the infant on his side. The front wall is part of a compartment used to hold infant accessories.

Abstract: A device for holding baby bottles on an upward slant so that a baby sitting in a highchair or the like may drink from such a baby bottle at his will. The device includes a cage for removably retaining the bottle at an erect angle, a suction cup adapted to grip any flat surface and a swivel mechanism for rotatably joining the bottle cage to the suction cup. The swivel mechanism has limit means to pemit the cage to rotate about a vertical axis relatively freely through an arc in the range of 180.degree., so that the cage and the bottle in the cage may be swung away from the baby when desired, as for example when the baby is being given food by means of a spoon.

Abstract: An adjustable flashlight holder is disclosed having a base member with a plurality of transverse spaced ridge elements or shaped depressions along its top surface and a bifurcated support hinged to one end to engage the flashlight at various angles. In one embodiment the arms of the support are biased toward each other sufficiently to engage the flashlight case diametrically and include an elastic member or spring upon which the case of the flashlight may rest at an angle. In another embodiment the hinge has one or more lock positions to hold the support at selected angles and folds down on top of or within the base member when not in use. The flashlight can be supported in a variety of convenient positions to facilitate use by a worker.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for suspending an infant's nursing bottle having a support means capable of both horizontal and vertical adjustment as well as permitting a pivoting action about an upright support. Further, easily attachable bottle gripping means permit the positioning of the nursing bottle at an appropriate degree of inclination.
