  • Publication number: 20150014497
Abstract: A mounting apparatus for mounting a mounting bracket to an enclosure includes a sliding member, a resisting member, and a pushing member. A fixing hole is defined in the sliding member. A pressing portion partially covers the fixing hole. The mounting bracket includes a flange portion. An extension slot is defined in the enclosure. A supporting bracket extends from the enclosure above the extension slot. The sliding member prevents the resisting member from rotating relative to the enclosure, and the flange portion is secured between the resisting member and the supporting bracket. When the operation portion is pressed toward the enclosure, the pushing member passes through the fixing hole and resists against the pressing portion. The pushing member pushes the sliding member. The sliding member moves on the enclosure. The resisting member is rotated away from the supporting bracket, and the mounting bracket is detached from the supporting bracket.

Abstract: A load bearing structure for a large-scale vehicle includes a base and a return unit. The base includes a mounting seat and a side-skirt connecting member which has a pivot portion pivoted to the mounting seat. The pivot portion includes a first contact portion, a second contact portion and a third contact portion, and under normal conditions, the first contact portion is abutted against the mounting seat. The return unit is located within the pivot portion and pivoted to the mounting seat to keep the side-skirt connecting member staying in the normal conditions. The third contact portion defines a second angle with respect to the top plate, which allows the side-skirt connecting member to pivot in a bidirectional manner when returning to its original position, so that collision between the mounting seat and the side-skirt connecting member can be prevented, and the fatigue problem is consequently solved.

Abstract: An improved weapon mount system for night vision system includes a cage-like structure receiving the body of a night vision system, such as a night vision monocular. A mounting shoe is attached to the base and cage halves secure the body of the night vision system. The mounting shoe of the present mount provides a lower profile than an integral mounting member on the night vision system that is used to attach the night vision system to a helmet/head worn mount. In one aspect, by lowering the weapon mounting height of the night vision device, the night vision system can be mounted at an appropriate height for use in front of an optical scope. In another aspect one aspect, lowering the weapon mounting height of the night vision device allows the night vision system to be mounted at an appropriate height for use on a helmet mounting system in a binocular system having a thermal camera or other type of viewing device.

Abstract: An antenna mount is provided with a bracket with an azimuth slot, an azimuth pivot hole and a boss hole. An azimuth adjuster with an extension portion passes through a boss seated in the boss hole. An offset portion of the azimuth adjuster has an azimuth fastener aperture spaced apart from a longitudinal axis of the extension portion. An azimuth fastener passes through the base, the azimuth slot and the azimuth fastener aperture. An azimuth pivot fastener passes through the base and the azimuth pivot hole. The azimuth slot is provided as an arc segment with a center point at the azimuth pivot hole. Adjustment of a longitudinal position along the extension portion of an interconnection between the boss and the extension portion drives the azimuth fastener within the azimuth slot to pivot the base about the azimuth pivot hole with respect to the bracket.
