Abstract: A massaging pillow assembly includes a pillow that has a plurality of pouches each extending into an interior of the pillow to be accessed by a user. A vibration unit is insertable into a respective one of the pouches such that the vibration unit is in mechanical communication with the pillow. The vibration unit generates a vibration when the vibration unit is turned on thereby communicating the vibration into the pillow to soothe the user with the vibration. A pair of pads is each of the pads is coupled to the pillow. Each of the pads is comprised of a friction producing material to inhibit the pillow from sliding. A pair of cup holders is each removably attachable to the pillow to hold a beverage container.

Abstract: An electronic shelf label holder incorporating a curved upwardly extending edge at the rear of the topmost portion where debris and contaminants can accumulate. By incorporating this feature, the invention enables associates to easily and effectively wipe or clean the topmost surface without the need to actually remove the label holder, since the edge is designed to espouse the curves of a finger making wiping debris simple and effective.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an input device including: a cabinet including an upper cabinet section and a lower cabinet section that are combined in an upward-downward direction; at least one fixture fixing the upper cabinet section to the lower cabinet section; and a cover attached to an exterior surface of the cabinet to cover the at least one fixture. The exterior surface of the cabinet has an exposed region adjacent to the cover and not covered by the cover. A step is formed between the exposed region of the exterior surface of the cabinet and an exterior surface of the cover, so that the exterior surface of the cover is recessed with respect to the exposed region of the exterior surface of the cabinet.

Abstract: A magnetic object holder is a device for releasably attaching an object to a ferromagnetic surface. The device can include an insulated flexible sleeve defining an interior space in which the object is removably receivable. The sleeve grips the object in an interference fit when the object is received in the interior space. One or more magnets secured to a portion of the sleeve enables the sleeve to be releasably attached to the ferromagnetic surface while the object is received in the interior space.

Abstract: A mounting arrangement for securing a housing to a windshield of the vehicle includes a mounting bracket having a plurality of keyhole slots, each having a receiving opening at one end of the keyhole slot, a locking recess at another end of the keyhole slot, and a ramp connecting the receiving opening with the locking recess. A plurality of mounting posts each including a base portion, a head portion, and a collar portion are mounted to the windshield and positioned to align with associated keyhole slots in the mounting bracket. The keyhole slots and the mounting posts are arranged such that the head portion of each mounting post is received into the receiving opening of its associate keyhole slot, slidable up the ramp of its associated keyhole slot, and lockable into the locking recess of its associated keyhole slot. The housing is attachable to the mounting bracket.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a fixing structure. The fixing structure comprises a seat and at least a fixing device, the fixing device including a connecting part and a sucking disc, on end of the connecting part being connected to the seat while the other end of the connecting part being connected to the sucking disc, and the sucking disc being used to be sucked on a surface of a mounting base. There is also provided a display device having the fixing structure in the disclosure. With the fixing structure mounted on the display device, the display device can be prevented from toppling down when an external force is applied thereto, thus improving the stability of the display device. Further, the fixing structure according to the disclosure is able not to damage the surface of the mounting base and can be reused.

Abstract: A tow pylon assembly for a watercraft has a pylon, a base connected to a lower portion of the pylon, the base being configured for connecting the tow pylon assembly to the watercraft, a bollard connected to an upper portion of the pylon, the bollard being configured for attaching a tow rope to the tow pylon assembly, and an equipment holding assembly connected to the pylon. The equipment holding assembly has a resilient member connected to the pylon. The resilient member is configured for holding equipment between the resilient member and the pylon. A personal watercraft having a rear platform and the tow pylon assembly connected to the rear platform is also disclosed.

Abstract: Feet for a multi-position computing device are described. In one or more implementations, a multi-position computing device is configured to include a base and a display device connected to the base by a hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism is operable to position the display device into multiple positions relative to the base including at least an upright position and a laid-down position. An arrangement of feet on the underside of the base is designed to facilitate dynamic movement of the device into the multiple positions. The arrangement of feet includes sliding feet that engage for sliding of the base across a surface when pressure is applied to the hinge mechanism for transitions between positions. The arrangement of feet also includes tacky feet that engage and resist sliding of the base across the surface in the absence of pressure applied to the hinge mechanism.

Abstract: A cup holder insert is provided that may be used whenever an undersized drink or container is placed into a cup holder and is not adequately secured. The insert is a unitary piece of material, such as plastic, having a pair of upper straps and a pair of lower wings. The insert secures itself within a cup holder by way of the expansion of the lower wings towards the inner diameter of the cup holder. A central portion of the insert spans between the upper straps and lower bands and prevents any lateral movement of the object or container placed within. The top bands are secured into a loop around the drink container by sliding one into the other and retain their shape by frictional engagement.

Abstract: A device for winding elongate flexible objects is disclosed herein. The device includes a rigid member extending along a central axis between first and second ends. The device also includes a first fork having a base mounted to the rigid member at the first end of the rigid member and a plurality of tines supported on the base. The device also includes a second fork member having a base mounted to the rigid member at the second end of the rigid member and a plurality of tines supported on the base. The first fork and the second fork are further defined as both being removably engaged with the rigid member.

Abstract: A light holding assembly facilitates installation and removal of decorative light strings on a structure. The assembly includes a panel having an upper section and a lower section. The lower section is selectively separable from the upper section. A plurality of apertures extends through the upper section of the panel wherein the upper section of the panel is configured for being coupled to a structure by insertion of connectors through the apertures. A plurality of straps is coupled to the lower section of the panel. The straps are selectively formed into loops wherein the lower section of the panel is configured for supporting a string of lights extending through the loops.

The lower strap attaches to a purse to prevent the purse from tipping over.

Abstract: An adjustable wreath hanger includes an upper component that hooks over the upper edge of a door, a lower component that supports a decorative wreath, and a flexible elongation member that spans the upper and lower components. The components each include a plurality of slots through which the elongation member is threaded, with the slots including retention surfaces with frictional teeth to prevent inadvertent slippage of the elongation member through the slots. The lower component can be raised or lowered by adjusting the length of the flexible elongation member, thereby allowing a wreath to be hung high on a door, or low on a door.

Abstract: A releasable hanging system having a loop fastener component and a hook fastener component. The loop fastener component includes a flexible patch carrying a field of engageable fibers exposed on a front side of the patch and an adhesive on a back side of the patch. The hook fastener component includes a resin base carrying an array of male touch fastener elements. A significant majority of the male touch fastener elements each extend from the base to a distal tip to overhang the base in a single, common direction. The fastening system can be used to hang an object on a vertical surface such that the male touch fastener elements of the significant majority bear the weight of the object in a downward direction, and such that the significant majority of the male touch fastener elements are oriented so as not to inhibit lifting of the object in an upward direction.

Abstract: A rack-mounted console module includes a lower unit slideably mounted on a rail and an upper unit pivotally coupled to the lower unit. A locking mechanism includes a first part moveably disposed in the lower unit and a second part fixedly disposed on the rail. When the upper unit is closed and the lower unit slides along the rail to a target position, the first part of the locking mechanism changes from a released state to a locked state where it engages the second part of the locking mechanism to lock the lower unit. When the upper unit is opened, the first part changes from the locked state to a ready-to-released state. When the upper unit is subsequently closed, the first part changes from the ready-to-released state to a released state where it disengages from the second part, and the console module can be slid back into the rack.

A resilient compressible member holds the plate in a normal down position such that a portion of the plate serves as a jaw for pressing the sheet article against the mounting surface. The article is loosed by compressing the resilient member which pivots the plate.

Abstract: A hair stylist device comprises a top and bottom board, each having a plurality of opposed bristles for retaining strands of bulk artificial or commercial hair therebetween for performing hairstyling operations, and including a hinge mechanism for opening and closing the boards around the bulk hair retaining it loosely but securely, while allowing the removal of strands of bulk hair without opening the device providing optimal gripping ability to the bulk hair while permitting removal of hair without unnecessary loss. The board inner surfaces each may have a generally planar pad with plural embedded bristles extending in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the pad. A longitudinal hinge connects the two boards to each other and a lock can secure the opposite longitudinal ends to each other. Compartments disposed at a surface of the boards provide storage for any necessary accessories required for the braiding or weaving process.

The apparatus includes (a) a base plate sized to fit inside the utility box, and the base plate includes at least one locator; (b) one or more attachments for removably securing the base plate to the utility box, thereby preventing movement of the base plate with respect to the utility box; and (c) a top plate having at least one sensor of the at least one locator. Cooperation between the at least one sensor of the top plate and the at least one locator of the base plate can be used to align the top plate with the utility box to locate the utility box behind the covering material.

Mating hook and loop pads are affixed to the first end of the strip and to the top edge of a door for fixing the strip on the door with the strip bending and extending along one vertical surface of the door. A secondary attachment member is securable to the second end of the strip and mountable about an article or receiving a portion of the article for attaching the article to the second end of the strip to support the article along one vertical surface of the door. The holders are adapted to twist and pivot when holding a cup with a beverage contained therein to maintain the axis of the beverage cup in a position generally orthogonal with a flat ground surface. The mechanism permitting the pivoting typically comprises a pair of opposing suspension arms that are fabricated of an elastomeric polymer that has sufficient tensile strength to support a beverage cup filled with a beverage but also has a sufficiently low flexural modulus to permit the cup to pivot when the angle of the handle assembly relative to the ground is changed.

Abstract: A reversible attachment device comprises a reversible hanger having a piece of hook material on a first side and a piece of loop material on a second side and may optionally be assembled with either side facing an accessory holder. Embodiments of a reversible attachment stabilize and distribute loads from objects in accessory holders. By selecting which side of the reversible hanger faces the accessory adapter, an accessory holder may be suspended from a load-carrying structure having either loop material or hook material. Alternative assembly configurations for an embodiment provide for a range of height adjustment between an accessory holder and a load-carrying structure. The strips each have two ends, namely a bonding end and a free end. The two bonding ends are coupled together. The first strip has an adhesive on its outside. The second strip has a selvedge area adjacent an edge, which selvedge area lacks releasable coupling material. The selvedge area will not fasten to the first strip. A user can easily grip the selvedge area of the second strip and peel the second strip off of the first strip. Abstract: An apparatus and method for attaching photovoltaic solar panels to a roof system surface. Thin film flexible panels are attached using a hook and loop system in which either the hook or loop material is attached to the underside of panel, and the other of the hook and loop material is attached the roof. Solar panels that are encased in a frame are attached using the hook and loop material directly to the roof system structure, or to an intermediate structure, which is in turn attached to the roof system surface. The method also determines the amount of mated hook and loop material that must be attached to each installed panel to ensure that the installed panels will be able to withstand the wind pressure uplift force required, and to ensure that in the event unexpected and excessive uplift force is ever encountered, the panels separate at the hook and loop interface.

Abstract: A flexible conduit for routing cable between a source and destination is provided herein. The flexible conduit may have a corrugated cover portion and a generally flat attachment portion for attaching the flexible conduit to an attachment surface or nearby structure. It is contemplated that the flexible conduit may flex in the lateral and/or vertical direction such that the flexible conduit may be intricately routed between the source and destination. It is also contemplated that the attachment portion may be directly attached (e.g., pressure sensitive adhesive, hooks and loops, etc.) to the attachment surface to allow ease of installation without the use of tools. It is also contemplated that the elongate hollow body of the conduit may exhibit a slit opening opposite the attachment portion of the conduit to facilitate non-destructive installation and removal of the cables. It is also contemplated that the attachment portion may be attached to the attachment surface with screws.
