Abstract: A reconfigurable wall panel system configured to enable rapid attachment and removal of a wide range of interchangeable wall units and accessories is disclosed. One or more embodiments comprise a reconfigurable wall panel having a wall frame with one or more design spaces, each design space having opposing upper and lower grooves and a depression serving as a fulcrum for insertion of interchangeable wall units. Embodiments of interchangeable wall units may include one or more facing features, as well as upper and lower edges corresponding to the opposing upper and lower grooves of the one or more design spaces, the interchangeable wall units being configured to tilt into the depression and slide into a removably secured position within the respective design space.

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method is provided to connect precast concrete panels to a structural member. The connector can have a receiving member embedded in a precast concrete panel and can further have an attachment member that selectively interconnects to the receiving member. This attachment member can have a surface that is oriented substantially perpendicular to the precast concrete panel and that receives or supports a structural member such as a floor joist or a second precast concrete panel. The configuration of a protrusion of the attachment member allows for a rapid and secure interconnection with an aperture in the receiving member. A builder can use the connector system described herein to rapidly and securely assemble multiple precast concrete panels to structural members in the construction of, for example, a parking garage or other similar structure.

The soap dispenser assembly includes a soap dispensing mechanism and two pivot mechanisms which are disposed respectively at the left side and the right side of the soap dispensing mechanism. Each of the pivot mechanisms is rotatably coupled to a rotary unit. An inner end of each of the rotary units has a connecting opening communicating with the soap dispensing mechanism. A peripheral surface of each of the rotary units is detachably coupled to a soap bottle. The liquid soap flown from each soap bottle to the soap dispenser assembly can be pressed out through the soap dispensing mechanism.

The anchor includes a first anchor portion and a second vice portion. The anchor portion, when the anchor assembly is installed to the wall, extends through the hole defined in the wall while the vice portion is located behind the wall. The retainers extend away from each other on opposite sides of the receiving area, each formed with a relief of locally thickness-reduced sheet material along a line to define at least one fold axis for conforming the retainer to a portion of the cable tray to retain the bracket with respect to the cable tray, with the plurality of retainers extending directly over top outer edges of the cable tray. One or more of the retainers are provided along a first edge of the bracket for engaging a first edge of the cable tray, the first edge devoid of any fasteners and devoid of any fastener apertures.

The thermal framing system is comprised generally of a structural stud, exterior retention framing and a fastener system comprised of thermal spacer material, and structural fasteners. In one representative embodiment, the structural stud, in cross section is C-shaped, and at one end of the structural stud is a structural tab facing in the direction of the exterior retention framing. The structural tab is further comprised of apertures located at regular intervals. The exterior retention framing is comprised generally of a retention face represented as and two framing tabs attached to the retention face. The framing tabs have framing tab apertures placed at regular intervals from each other to match the spacing of the apertures. The structural tab apertures and framing tab apertures are aligned and thermally insulated fastening units placed through the apertures, securing the apparatus.

Abstract: A windshield sunshade with solar powered fans including a foldable, pleated opaque panel including a plurality of panel section with at least two panel sections having a solar powered fan motor-blade unit centrally disposed in a recessed portion thereof. A shaft of each fan-motor blade unit is detachable from at least one of a yoke and a motor thereof to permit a casing along with vanes attached thereto to be detached from the respective panel section to fold the panel. Each fan motor-blade unit includes at least one solar module fixedly disposed on the outer side of the respective panel section power the motor. An on-off switch proximal each fan motor-blade unit in a position proximal the vehicle dashboard is provided. A protective front grill is disposed solely over the entire one of each recessed portion to protect against contact with the vanes of the fan motor-blade unit.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a gutter mount which is particularly for use on outbuildings and temporary structures, such as sheds. The gutter mount comprises an adjustable retaining member for receiving the guttering, allowing the guttering to be retained in the correct position independent of roof angle, and a means of fastening the gutter mount to a structure. Additionally the gutter mount incorporates a design which can be affixed to a structure by hand, obviating the needs for tools and facilitating repositioning of the guttering during installation.

A rotating frame is connected with the enclosure and a handle is connected with the rotating frame, the rotating frame including a hook engaged with the fixing member. When the handle is pulled to disengage the shafts from the slots and detach the hook from the fixing member, the storage device can be removed from the electronic device.

The engagement part is connected to the hanger part and engaged with the engagement structure in a rotary way. Thereby, the detachable hanger can be detached for storage of the supporting stand; when the supporting stand needs to be used again, the detachable hanger can be engaged onto the support member simply and firmly. Therefore, the invention solves the problem of the inconvenient storage for a conventional supporting stand with an undetachable hanger.

Abstract: A support arm system (10) includes a socket (16) for attachment to a surface (18) and a support arm (14), for removable insertion in the socket (16). The support arm (14) has at least one formation (22). The socket (16) includes a housing (28) having an insertion opening (30) leading to a passage (32) for insertion of the support arm (14). At least one formation (34) in the passage (32) complementary to the at least one formation (22) on the support arm (14) is provided to engage the support arm (14) when the support arm (14) is in the socket (16). A gate element (36) in the passage (32) is biased to a position at or in front of said at least one formation (34) in the passage. To insert the support arm (14), the gate element (36) must be pushed against its bias to expose the formation in the passage for engagement by the support arm (14) to retain the support arm in the socket, the gate element (36) providing a positive force between the support arm (14) and socket (16) while it is so retained.

Abstract: A fascia mounting system for a window covering includes a bracket having a front flange with a removable spring clip at the bottom of the front flange. A fascia member of the system includes structure engaging the upper end of the flange and the spring clip at the bottom of the flange.

Abstract: A retainer structure having excellent workability of attaching to and removing from a panel is obtained. In an approximately cylindrical retainer main body (22), a cap holding portion (26) for attaching a cap (18) which is an attached member, and a panel clamping piece (32) contacting a body panel (14) from a side opposite to a seal packing (20) so as to clamp the body panel (14) between the panel clamping piece and a flange portion (24), are formed. The cap holding portion (26) and the panel clamping piece (32) are formed at positions different in a circumferential direction of the retainer main body (22).

The mounting device includes a mounting bracket, a rail member, and a sliding member. The mounting bracket is mounted to the electronic device. The rail member is rotatably and pivotally connected to the mounting bracket. The rail member has a rail, and the rail has a first end and a second end. The sliding member is slidably disposed at the mounting bracket and has a protrusion portion capable of sliding along the rail. When the rail member rotates relative to the mounting bracket and the rail pushes the protrusion portion to move from the first end to the second end, the sliding member is inserted into a fastening hole of the electronic system.

Abstract: An apparatus for insertion into a board having a slot to enable items to be hung thereon and its method of use is disclosed. The apparatus has a body; an arm that extends for a desired length from the body; and an upper and a lower leg each having an arcuate distal edge. The upper leg and lower leg extending generally longitudinally outwardly from the body in an opposite direction from the arm and are in spaced relation. The upper leg comprises an upwardly extended finger located at the distal end of the upper leg having a shoulder spaced from the longitudinal length of the upper leg.
