The braces each have a first end portion movably coupled to the rail. The braces are movable relative to the rail between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration. In the expanded configuration, the braces cooperatively define a channel dimensioned for receipt of a frame member.

Abstract: A bracket is combined with a rail that is to be attached to an elongate structural element by the bracket. The bracket includes a body and a bolt. The body is configured for attachment to the elongate structural element. The body defines a shoulder from which the rail is attached so that the rail is connected to the element. The bolt is engaged with the rail and is movable to engage the body. The body has a threaded passage to engage the bolt to fix the rail to the body.

Abstract: A low passive intermodulation (PIM) cable hangers system includes several types of universal bases that each include a standard end effector receptacle integrally formed with a mounting adapter designed to interface with a support structure having a particular shape. For example, a first type of universal base includes a pole adapter, and a second type of universal base includes an angle adapter. The standard end effector receptacle is designed to receive a standard fitting integrally formed into a range of end effectors, such as a low-PIM barrel cable block, a low-PIM junction box for receiving snap-in cable hangers, and a low-PIM dual-rod cable hanger allowing different types of universal bases to be mixed and matched interchangeably with different types of end effectors. Cable ties are used to secure the universal bases and end effectors to support structures, such as pole supports and angle supports.

Abstract: An alignment apparatus (the tool) of the present invention includes a pair of bracket devices for rigidly holding shafts. As the shafts are secured to the bracket devices with chains, sensors of one of the bracket devices are exposed to an extension beam of the other bracket device thereby defining gaps or distances between the extension beam and the sensors. If offset is determined between the distances because one shaft is misaligned relative the other shaft, the sensors send signal to a mobile device, thereby informing a user about misalignment between the shafts.

Abstract: An attachment assembly and a method for mounting a traffic control device to a mast arm are provided. The attachment assembly includes an attachment device. The attachment device includes a first portion operably connect to the mast arm so that a first surface of the first portion is oriented toward the mast arm, a second portion extending substantially parallel to the first portion along at least a portion of a first length, a second surface of the second portion is oriented toward the traffic control device, and a third portion having a third length and extending between the first portion and the second portion so that a gap is formed between a second face of the first portion and a first face of the second portion that allows the attachment device to flex when the traffic control device is mounted to the mast arm.

Abstract: A bracket for supporting conduits on a boom arm has a variable-diameter conduit retaining portion having a flexible tie strap and a saddle with a strap-receiving channel formed therein. The saddle has a plurality of paths for the tie strap. A large diameter path is provided by having the tie strap pass through the upper opening into the channel, out through the first cavity so that the tie strap passes on a conduit-facing side of the vertex of the saddle, back into the channel through the second cavity, and out through the lower opening. A medium diameter path is provided by having the tie strap pass through the upper opening, through the channel and through the lower opening. A small diameter is path provided by having the tie strap pass through the first cavity into the channel and through the second cavity.

The hook portion has a stem portion extending from the attachment portion. The stem portion has a center axis defining swivel axis. The strap portion has opposite ends with a length extending between the ends. The strap portion has a hole with the hook portion stem portion extending through the hole. The stem portion has a retainer that releasably secures the hook portion to the strap portion and permits pivoting motion of the hook portion relative to the strap portion about the swivel axis. The retainer is selectively adjustable to set the amount of projection of the stem through the strap portion.

Abstract: An attachment device which includes: a length of material which is fixed to a body portion of the attachment device at one end thereof via a loop, the other end of the length of material being capable, in use, of being passed around a frame or part thereof to which the bracket is to be attached; a gripping mechanism capable of receiving the free end of the length of material and holding the length of material received therein, in a set position, until the gripping mechanism is released; and wherein the looping of the length of material to the body portion positions the length of material between the body portion and the frame or part thereof to which the attachment device is attached in use.

Abstract: A mounting system for mounting a load on a structure, comprising a first strap having a distal end and a proximal end, a first clamp body for supporting a load, the first clamp body including a catch mechanism for engaging at least one end of the strap, the first clamp body further including a clamp mechanism for engaging a structure, wherein the strap is configured for tightening around at least a portion of the structure and engaging with the catch mechanism of the first clamp body, to maintain the clamping mechanism of the first clamp body on the structure.

Abstract: A method and system to stabilize an appliance against sudden or continuous movement embodiments including one or more straps coupled to an appliance of interest and a target mounting surface. At least one spacer is located between the appliance and mounting surface. In one embodiment a plurality of straps with grommets located at the relative terminus of one end is affixed by a fastener passing through the grommet to a target mounting surface, and at least one spacer is affixed preferably to a wall stud within the target wall. A second strap end is affixed to a target appliance and tightened to provide snug contact between the appliance and wall.

Abstract: Adjustable mounting apparatus for securing electrical connectors and equipment to powersports vehicles such as motorcycles, all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles. These mounting brackets are low cost, compact and lightweight. The brackets install easily without the use of fasteners and are adjustable without the use of tools or modification allowing them to conform to surfaces that may be flat, curved or fully round.

Abstract: A fixing device for a bicycle includes a base, a bracket member, a pin and a band. When fastening of the band is loosened, the bracket member comes to be rotatable in a direction of an arrow DR20 with respect to the base, allowing adjustment of a component angle. When fastened to the pipe by the belt, the base and the bracket member are engaged with each other and held in the engaged state, so that bracket cannot be rotated in a direction of an arrow DR20 with respect to the base.

Abstract: A portable clamp has a hinged, two piece arm that folds for storage within a hollow stem. A first arm hingedly connects to a second arm where each has a curved shell sized for gripping the frame of a bicycle. The first arm and second arm have cooperating holes to admit pins for securing the first arm to the second arm. Opposite the hinge, the second arm fits perpendicularly into the stem. A buckle secures a strap that passes around an object. In use, a cyclist releases the clamp from the stem. The cyclist places the strap around the upright object at a desirable height. The cyclist places the end of the strap in the buckle and cinches the strap. Using a pin, the cyclist secures the clamp within the stem. The cyclist places the arm around a bicycle frame member then secures a pin through the arm and into the stem. The bike is then supported at a convenient height.

Abstract: A pole mount bracket is provided. The bracket includes at least one extruded portion, a pole mounting portion and a band. The at least one extruded portion has an engaging surface. The engaging surface has a plurality of grooves that allow the extruded portion to bend to the form of a pole. The pole mounting portion is connected to the at least one extruded portion. Moreover, the pole mounting portion is further configured to be selectively coupled to a device. The band is configured to deform the at least one extruded portion about the pole to attach the pole mount bracket to the pole.

Abstract: A fishing rod holder device includes a mounting strap having a center portion and spaced apart end portions extending outwards from the center portion. The center portion has an opening extending therethrough. A pivot extends through the opening of the mounting strap, and has a first end adjacent an underside of the mounting strap and a second end adjacent a topside of the mounting strap. A cradle is coupled to the second end of the pivot and configured to receive a fishing rod. The cradle is rotatable with respect to the mounting strap for positioning the fishing rod in a desired direction. A safety strap is coupled to the cradle for securing the fishing rod within the cradle.

Abstract: A portable support apparatus for supporting game or other objects above the ground between spaced vertical columns comprises a support bracket attached by non-elastic straps to each column and a cross bar extending between the brackets. Each bracket includes a vertical back plate that rests flat against the vertical column and a vertical support plate that extends outwardly from a front side of the support plate. A recess in an upper edge of the support plate serves as a cross bar rest. The back plate can include studs to reduce slipping. The cross bar rest can have a rectangular U-shape or a V-shape for a rectangular, round or angled cross bar. The bracket can be mounted at a skewed angle on the column so the cross bar fits snugly in the recess.

Abstract: An improved pony bottle bracket that is light weight, compact, simple to use, and facilitates a quick and easy set-up is disclosed. A push button latch enables a diver to quickly disconnect the pony bottle from the main bottle. The pony tank bracket and base unit bracket are mounted by use of a belt and adjustable band straps. The locking mechanism is self-contained, thereby eliminating or minimizing the use of separate components (e.g., no clevis, hitch, cotter or quick release pins) which may be lost. The bracket also eliminates or reduces the use of any items which may entangle the diver or entangle other objects in the diver's surroundings (e.g., no string, cord, chain or lanyards). The bracket is bidirectional (e.g., reversible) such that the top bracket mount may be rotated between about 0 and 180 degrees.

The invention is particularly suitable for fastening lines (2) to supports (3) in motor vehicles without the support (3) having to have a special fastening structure such as a hole or stud, i.e. the support itself may be, for example, a brake or fuel line already installed in the motor vehicle.

Abstract: A bracket assembly to support a traffic control device or other object on a mast arm or other support. The bracket assembly generally includes male and female tubular members. The female tubular member is split longitudinally, and clamped around the male tubular member by means of bolts or the like. The two halves of the split female member are identically formed, which simplifies manufacturing as only one mold is required. Further, each of the female member halves is provided with attachment means for using either cable or steel band to mount the bracket to the mast arm. Each half of the female member has a notch or pawl to which the band/cable screw assembly is inserted. When the two identical halves are placed around the male tubular member, the paw is on opposite sides of the anchor plate. In this way, the tension on half is exerted in a direction opposite to the tension on the other half.
