    Abstract: An apparatus for mounting a transducer on a boat includes a v-shaped body having a transducer mounting portion defined in one leg and a mounting opening defined in a second leg. The apparatus can be mounted on a boat by positioning the apparatus close to the boat and connecting the apparatus to the boat using the mounting opening and a conventional nut, bolt, and washer assembly. A transducer can be mounted to the apparatus either before or after it is mounted to the boat.
