Abstract: An electronic appliance holding device includes two slide plates which are respectively engaged with two gear sets which are matched with each other so that the two slide plates are able to move in opposite directions to adjust the space to hold the electronic appliance. An operation member has a pawl end and a pushing end, wherein the pawl end is engaged with the first gear set to stop rotation of the first gear set and when the pushing end is pushed by the user, the pawl end is disengaged from the first gear set. A cover is mounted on top of the base and a frame is mounted on the cover with a gap defined therebetween for receiving therein a picture.

Abstract: A tow hook hitch assembly attaches to one or both of the front tow hooks provided on a four wheel drive vehicle for mounting a tow ball, winch, or other accessory to the front end of the vehicle. The tow hook hitch includes an upper member extending above the tow hook, a lower member extending below the tow hook, a shaped insert secured to the upper member or lower member for extending within the tow hook, and a clamp bolt for securing the aforementioned components together.

Abstract: An improved clamping stand includes a clamp clamping the leaf of a desk and composed of an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate which are connected by a bolt and a pair of adjustable threaded rods with a C-shaped guard plate engaged therebetween, a pair of identical cushions respectively disposed on the inner surface of the upper and lower clamping plate for preventing the surfaces of the leaf from damaged and a tubular upright having a lower end connected to a top of the upper clamping plate and an upper end capable of supporting a LCD screen, a document board and/or a book tray which is supported by a pair of clamping stands synchronously, wherein the pair of threaded rods can adjust the oblique angle of the tubular upright.

Abstract: A securement clip for supporting a sign from an overhead ceiling rail comprising a pair of sidewalls arranged to pinch a ceiling rail, a yieldable web connecting the sidewalls, and a hanger connectable to the web. The hanger is arranged to support a sign therefrom. The hanger may be a rigid shaft or a flexible cable. The web is of V-shape in transverse cross section, having a lower apex. The hanger preferably extends through an opening in the lower apex. The sidewalls have an upper edge with a rail engaging lip disposed thereon.

Abstract: An accessory bracket is provided for mounting an accessory, such as a mirror or other instrument, close to the field of vision of a pilot of a boat, for instance. The bracket is mounted to a tower or other structure with a mount forming a clamp so that the bracket and an attached accessory are above the lines of sight of the pilot, thereby avoiding obstructing the pilot's view of the environment of the boat. The bracket includes an arm extending from the mount and a post extending from the arm. The mount is adjustable relative to the structure, and the bracket is accordingly adjustable. The accessory is mounted to the post and is adjustable relative to the post such that the accessory may rotate around the post and may pivot relative to the post. The arm may include a hinge for raising and lowering a portion of the arm and the attached post and accessory.

Abstract: An accessory bracket is provided for mounting an accessory in a desired position. A mirror other instrument may be mounted close to the field of vision of a pilot of a boat, for instance. The bracket may be mounted to a tower or other structure with a mount forming a clamp so that the bracket and an attached accessory are above the lines of sight of the pilot, thereby avoiding obstructing the pilot's view of the environment of the boat. The bracket includes an arm extending from the mount and a post extending from the arm. The mount is adjustable relative to the structure, and the bracket is accordingly adjustable. The accessory is mounted to the post and is adjustable relative to the post such that the accessory may rotate around the post and may pivot relative to the post, or vice versa. The arm may be raised and lowered. These adjustment characteristics an accessory to be mounted in a desired position.

Abstract: Mounting system for mounting an adjustable arm for a peripheral device. The system includes a set of components which may be configured to create a clamp mount, a wall mount, a reverse wall mount, or table or flat mount, a panel mount and a slat mount. The components include a shaft holder for receiving the shaft of the arm apparatus and a pair of L-shaped brackets. One of the brackets includes a pair of extending pins which are received within openings within the other flange when assembling the components.

Abstract: A base with clamp includes a clamping barrel, a fixing bolt, a sleeve seat and clamping plate. The clamping barrel has an open bottom and a top plate with a top hole and the top hole is surrounded by a clamping recess and has at least two recess holes. The fixing bolt has a clamping rod and a fastening plate, which juts out a fastening post. The clamping rod has a diameter less than the inner diameter of the top hole with rod threads. The fastening plate has a size corresponding to the clamping recess and has screw holes corresponding to the recess hole for the screws capable of passing through the screw holes and engaging with the recess hole. The sleeve seat has a base disk and extends upward an annular step and a cylindrical ring from the base disk for fitting with the clamping barrel so as to span the annular step and the cylindrical ring at the top thereof has a central hole for being passed through by the clamping rod. The clamping plate is flat and has a threaded hole for engaging with the rod threads.

Abstract: A clamp device designed for use in the motion picture industry where there is a need for temporarily mounting and supporting various lighting and other hardware on or from available surfaces and fixtures without marring them. The clamp device basically includes a fixed jaw attached to one end of a threaded shaft and an adjustable jaw which is movably mounted on the threaded shaft. A threaded adjustment member is coupled to the adjustable jaw to control the position of the jaw along the threaded shaft. Both jaws are configured to accommodate a multiplicity of variously shaped surfaces and structural members on which they are designed to be mounted.

Abstract: A cup holder and convenience tray assembly for a motor vehicle employs one or more support brackets that mount onto vertical columns at the front of the passenger compartment. The brackets have a clamp member with an vertical aperture of oval cross section which has a major axis oriented in the fore-and-aft direction. Each bracket also has a vertical socket positioned on the clamp member aligned along the major axis of the bracket aperture. The cup holder or similar accessory has a vertical pin that fits removably into the socket of the support bracket. Rubber petals help secure the beverage container and suppress rattling, and an embossed rubber member in the base breaks capillary seals. The convenience tray has a flat support shelf and a pin or pair of pins extend downward from a rear portion of the flat support shelf, each pin fitting into the socket of a respective support bracket. The accessories may also take the form of a vase, a cellular phone stand, or a picture frame.

Abstract: The present invention addresses an ATV clamp assembly. The clamp assembly includes a central body having a handlebar leg and a hand guard leg, a handlebar clamp pivotally connected to the handlebar leg and removably clamped to the ATV's handlebar and a hand guard member pivotally connected to the hand guard leg and removably connected to the hand guard. Also addressed is a motorcycle clamp assembly including a handlebar clamp removably connected to the motorcycle's handlebar and having a generally rectangular shape with rounded ends and having a tapered aperture configured to mate with handlebar's tapered portion, and a hand guard member connected to the hand guard and pivotally connected to the handle bar clamp. A method for manufacturing hand guards is disclosed. Using that method, one or more bends are cut in the X-Y plane and a bender is used to form at least one bend in the Z-axis.

Abstract: A clamping device for stainless steel sinks having rolled rim edges used for suspension of weighted items from the sink's rolled rim edge for better organization around the sink work area, comprising a facial plate having a front and a crispate top connecting the front to a back. The front has a pair of slots disposed substantially near the bottom on opposite sides and extend upward vertically there from. Inserted between the front and back is a compression gib. The compression gib has a pair of grooves which align with the slots in the facial plate. A supporting member having two arms connected at one end by a cross member and opposite thereto a pair of threaded ends fays the device together and to the sink. The vertical slots in the front facial plate and the grooves in the compression gib align to receive the threaded ends. Fastening means and washers are affixed onto the threaded ends of the supporting member.

Abstract: The disclosure describes a fastening means for attaching containers to the side of balusters of railings of porches, balconies and stairways, and the containers are used to hold plants and to store items. The containers are mounted to the side of the balusters furthest from the porches, balconies and stairways and do not take up any space on the porches, balconies and stairways. Heavier containers have a support lip that rests on the floor of the porches and balconies to support the heavier weight while the fastening means hold the container firmly against the balusters. The fastening means comprises a threaded member that extends from the rear of a container and through the balusters, and a cross bar and knurled knob with nut turn onto the threaded member to pinch the balusters, thereby creating a frictional force that holds the containers to the balusters.

Abstract: A pipe clamp for clamping objects has wide, stable feet that prevent the clamp from tipping over. The feet are of such a height that the clamp handle can be rotated by the user without interference from the bench on which the pipe clamp rests. The clamping faces have holes drilled through them to allow jigs or cauls to be attached to the clamping faces to clamp unusually shaped objects. The clamp also has a hook on the foot for convenient hanging of the clamp for storage.

Abstract: Working material containers such as paint cans may be effectively stabilized from accidental dislodgment from a ladder shelf, such as a step ladder shelf, through the use of a working material container accessory. The accessory includes a flat upper support plate placed onto the top shelf surface and a lower retaining plate positioned below the shelf surface securely bolted together onto the step ladder shelf. By adhesively applying a strip of the looped member of a hook and loop fastening system to a paint container bottom and another mating hook strip onto the upper surface of the upper support plate, the paint container may be securely retained and stabilized upon the ladder shelf against accidental dislodgment or spillage. The paint container may be easily removed simply by unfastening the hook and loop straps for one another.

Abstract: A device for releasably holding a baby accessory, such as a baby bottle, includes a flexible arm having a clamp attached to one end thereof for engagement with an existing object. A magnetic or metal member is attached to the arm generally opposite the clamp for magnetically coupling with a magnetic or metal member associated with the baby bottle or accessory. The magnetic or metal member may be fixed to the baby accessory, or fixed to a support configured to removably hold the baby accessory therein. The magnetic coupling withstands most common usage, while being easily broken by the infant to avoid choking.

Abstract: A mounting device for use with ATVs that can be semi-permanently attached to an ATV to allow an operator to attach and detach auxiliary items to the device, and correspondingly, to the ATV. The device includes a receiving socket to temporarily receive an adapter, the receiving socket including a maintaining means for maintaining the adapter in the socket and allow the user to quickly secure and release the adapter, and a mounting assembly, coupled to the upper receiving socket and configured to be attached to the ATV. Using a plurality of adapters, each having an auxiliary item attached, provides a mounting system for quickly interchanging auxiliary items and securing them to the ATV with minimum effort.

Abstract: The apparatus is a clamp to hold flagpoles, plant support rods, and other items on rod-like structures, vertical posts (balusters) of stair or porch railings, and fences. The preferred embodiment is a large plastic split bolt with a knob-like head structure on one end and a through slot in the split bolt forming two separated sections with exterior threads. The slot is dimensioned so that a rod-like item fits within it. A threaded nut screws onto the threaded split sections of the bolt and tightens the clamp onto the rod-like structure. The head structure has a hole within it which is oriented at an angle to the vertical, so that a pole can be inserted into the hole and will support a container or a flag extending up and away from the clamp and rod structure on which it is mounted.

Abstract: An upright support structure comprises a telescopic post having a number of longitudinally extending grooves circumferentially distributed on the periphery thereof for clamping engagement with support brackets having respective pairs of commonly operable groove engaging members. Each bracket is adapted to support a variety of accessories in one of different available orientations. A locking device is operatively associated with the telescopic post to provide for incremental adjustment of the length thereof. This is useful when it is desired to securely mount the telescopic post between a floor and a ceiling structure. The post can also be mounted on a mobile base or, alternatively, pivotally mounted between a stationary base and an overhead fixture. Finally, the telescopic post is provided with an internal guiding structure to ensure proper alignment of the post segments forming part of the telescopic post.

Abstract: A rotation and translation bracket providing pivotal and linear adjustment. The bracket includes a base, a rotation lock and pivotal member, and a translation lock and linear tube. Linear adjustment is allowed by tightening or loosening the translation lock. In a locked position the tube is fixed between locking surfaces of the base and translation lock. Inclined surfaces on the base and translation lock slide against each other providing an increasing binding force to be exerted on the tube as the translation lock is tightened. When tightened, the base, translation lock, and tube remain in a substantially fixed position. Pivotal adjustment is allowed by tightening or loosening the rotation lock. In a locked position the pivotal member is fixed between locking surfaces of the base and rotation lock. Inclined surfaces on the base and rotation lock slide against the inner surface of the pivotal member providing an increasing binding force to be exerted on the pivotal member as the rotation lock is tightened.

Abstract: A medical accessory clamping system includes a table and an accessory clamp. The table has an upper surface and a lower surface, a first ridge positioned on the upper surface and a second ridge positioned on the lower surface of the table. The accessory clamp has a first clamping member and a second clamping member coupled to but separate from the first clamping member wherein the clamping members define a cavity for receiving a portion of the table. The first and second clamping members have recesses for receiving said first and second ridges of the table, respectively. A uniquely styled clamp and a table are also disclosed.

Abstract: A sign mounting bracket is provided for use with round posts. The sign mounting bracket includes a sign-interfacing surface, a post-interfacing surface and fastener engagement portions that extend outwardly from the sign and post-interfacing surfaces. Each of the fastener engagement portions is provided with slots for the passage of fasteners used to clamp together the post and bracket. The post-interfacing surface includes separate arc sections for interfacing with round posts having different diameters. The bracket is provided with a central bolt hole and an associated bolt head recess for securing the sign to the sign interfacing surface. The sign, bracket and post can be fastened together by use of post fasteners engaged with the fastener engagement portions in combination with a sign fastener engaged with the central bolt hole, or by use of a through bolt engaged with the central hole and a post hole.

Abstract: A safety line system includes support assemblies which clamp to respective reinforcement bars protruding upward beyond the top surface of a concrete beam. The support assemblies include stanchion assemblies having respective posts that may be selectively pivoted relative to the beam. The support assemblies also preferably include end anchor assemblies that are connected to respective stanchion assemblies by respective chains.

Abstract: A fast dismantling device comprises two C-shaped fitting rings, two shaft bolts, two pivots, two dial rods, and a connection rod. The fitting rings are provided with a through hole and are fitted over an outer tube. The shaft bolts include a head and a shank which is received in the through hole of the fitting rings. The pivots are disposed at the free ends of the shanks of the shaft bolts. The dial rods comprise a cam portion which is formed of two actuation pieces. The shaft bolts are disposed between the two actuation pieces. The actuation pieces are provided with a through hole for receiving the pivot. The connection rod is connected at both ends thereof with the dial rods. As the connection rod is wrenched to actuate the dial rods, the fast dismantling device is capable of fastening or unfastening simultaneously two pairs of inner and outer tubes.

Abstract: The portable bow and long gun holder has a base plate and an upright connected to the base plate by a hinge. A weapon bottom end holder is provided on the base plate rear end. A weapon upper holder assembly with bow engaging surfaces and a gun barrel engaging surface is attached to an upper end of the upright. A lock assembly holds the upright in a weapon support position or frees the upright to pivot to a transport position parallel with the base. Outriggers are clamped to the upright in ground engaging positions to provide lateral stability. An arrow cutout in one side of the upright permits an arrow to be attached to a bow supported by the holder. The upright is reversible to change the position of the arrow cutout. The weapon upper holder is also reversible. A tree stand clamp clamps the base plate to the tree stand.

Abstract: Stiffener apparatus for stabilizing a hanger rod includes a clamp, a plate and an elongated stiffener member. The plate has an indented portion receiving a hanger rod and maintaining the hanger rod at a fixed location relative to the stiffener apparatus when clamped in place.

Abstract: A heating lamp bracket for reaction chambers of evaporation coating machines uses paired and insulation means to mount a plurality of heating lamps to a chamber wall of a reaction chamber. The bracket includes a mounting frame that has an insulation outer surface and a mounting outer face opposing to the insulation outer surface. The insulation outer surface has at least one insulation member located thereon for fastening the mounting frame to the chamber wall. The mounting outer surface has at least two independent mounting spots for connecting respectively a connection end of the corresponding heating lamp. The independent mounting spots and non-encased type insulation members of the present invention can effectively resolve the problems of difficult replacement of the heating lamps and defective insulation that happens to the conventional heating lamp brackets.

Abstract: An article hanger with a frame defining a receptacle for an article and a bracket assembly on the frame through which the article hanger is maintainable in a hanging position on an upwardly facing surface on a support. The bracket assembly includes a first bracket element on the frame and a second bracket element that is joinable to the first bracket element so that at least one of the first and second bracket elements defines a downwardly facing surface that is abuttable to an upwardly facing surface on the support, with the article hanger in the hanging position. The second bracket element has a depending portion which defines an edge which faces the receptacle and is spaced from the receptacle a distance. There is an opening in at least one of the first and second bracket elements and a fastener which is extendable through the opening to maintain the first and second bracket elements in joined relationship.

Abstract: A bracket assembly for connecting a cup holder or other accessory to a bar or other support structure includes first and second telescoping bracket portions that fit around and clamp to the support structure. One of the bracket portions includes a connector wall with an opening sized to receive a mounting trunnion of the accessory and a pair of ears with a slot formed therebetween in communication with the opening. Each ear has a convex inner edge that faces the inner edge of the other ear to define the slot. A width of the slot is less than a diameter of the trunnion such that the ears deflect upon insertion of the trunnion through the slot and return to an undeflected position with the trunnion located in the opening to thereby mount the accessory to the bracket assembly, and thus to the support structure.

Abstract: A toolbox mounting bracket for a pickup truck for securing a toolbox in the box of a pickup truck without having to drill holes in the side wall. The toolbox mounting bracket for a pickup truck includes a bracket member including a plate-like member having a front side and a back side and also including a support member being securely attached to the front side of the plate-like member and extending outwardly therefrom; and also includes a truck box fastening member being fastenably threaded through the support member and being adapted to fasten to a truck box for securing the bracket member to the truck box; and further includes a toolbox clamping member being threaded through the support member and being adapted to engage a portion of a toolbox between the toolbox clamping member and the truck box.

Abstract: A handlebar switch mounting structure capable of firmly attaching a handlebar switch unit on a handlebar pipe and to improve the outward appearance of the handlebar switch. The handlebar switch mounting structure includes a first bracket having a circular portion which can be attached on substantially a half of the periphery of the handlebar pipe portion and front and rear flange portions and extended from both ends of the circular portion. The second bracket is provided that includes a circular portion which can be attached on the remaining half of the periphery of the handlebar pipe portion. The first and second brackets are securely fixed on the handlebar pipe portion by joining the second bracket to the first bracket set on the handlebar pipe portion. With the front and rear flange portions sandwiched together, the first and second case halves are joined and then attached to the handlebar pipe portion through the front and rear flange portions.

Abstract: A clamping holder comprises an arrangement of a first leg and a second leg which are constructed in such a way that they can be moved towards one another. An adjusting device acts on at least one of the legs. Activation of the adjusting device enables a movement of the legs towards one another so that the objects to be clamped can be locked in position. A device is also provided that cancels the locking effect and that holds the adjusting device at the clamping holder.

Abstract: A support assembly for providing arm support while using computer input devices. The support assembly includes a first panel with a mounting edge and a coupling edge, a second panel hingably coupled to the first panel adjacent to the coupling edge of the first panel such that the second panel forms an extension for the first panel, and a third panel in a spaced parallel relationship with the first panel such that the first and third panels selectively engage a worktop.

Abstract: In an illustrated embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of trauma board supports are movably coupled to a stretcher for motion between a first position away from a patient support surface of the stretcher and a second position above the patient support surface for releasably supporting a trauma board thereon in a substantially parallel, spaced-apart relation to the patient support surface at a distance sufficient to allow positioning of an x-ray cassette between the trauma board and the patient support surface.
