Abstract: A micro puree machine has a mixing shaft attachable to a blade that is subject to both linear and rotational movement. A drive motor is contained within a lower portion of the machine housing and operatively couples to a first gear that engages a second gear on the mixing shaft for rotation of the mixing blade. A position motor within the upper housing operates to move the mixing blade linearly to engage the ingredients in the bowl. During both axial and rotational movement of the mixing shaft, the drive motor and the position motor remain stationary within their respective positions in the housing.

The slidably removable clip is adapted for three positions; an extended, a closed, and a removed position relative to the L-shaped base. The slidably removable clip has a headrest attachment aperture or an interlocking headrest clamp, each adapted to receive and securely retain a headrest pole. In another embodiment the L-shaped base has an extruding air vent clip retention channel with air vent clips for mounting the apparatus to the vehicle's air vent. The apparatus is also adapted for insertion and retention into a side window panel in a door, attachment to an inside door handle, and an armrest of the vehicle.

Abstract: The invention is a tiltable bracket assembly for a rain gutter of a building, the assembly including an elongate clip configured to engage with an edge of the rain gutter; and a support bracket, wherein the support bracket includes a vertical element and a horizontal element, wherein the horizontal element including a hinged flap for a base of the rain gutter; characterized in that the vertical element of the support bracket includes a track for the elongate clip, and wherein the horizontal element of the support bracket includes a slot for the elongate clip. The elongate clip is configured to slide along the vertical element of the support bracket to engage and disengage with the upper rear edge of the rain gutter. When disengaged, the flap can be articulated to facilitate the pivotal movement of the rain gutter. This allows the gutter to be easily emptied or cleared of leaves or snow of the like as required.

Abstract: A container retaining system comprising an upstand portion, a container retaining assembly, a suspension assembly. The container retaining assembly is coupled to the upstand portion and has an upper plate with a rear edge and a lower plate with an outer portion. The lower plate is positioned below the upper plate and rotatably coupled therewith. The outer portion extends outwardly to be capable of interfacing with a filler valve and/or container. The suspension assembly extends between the upstand portion and the upper plate, and includes a biasing member configured to bias the lower plate toward the upper plate. A downward force on the lower plate sufficient to overcome the biasing member directs the lower plate to rotate about the upper plate proximate a rear edge of the upper plate. A stopper associated with the lower plate defines the end of rotation of the lower plate.

The split ring comprises a split ring aperture and a second mating surface in contact with the first mating surface when the split ring is partially positioned within the base. The clamp is positionable to hold the first mating surface in contact with the second mating surface. The clamp comprises a clamp aperture, a first contact surface, and a second contact surface. When the clamp is positioned to hold the mating surfaces in contact, the first contact surface contacts the base, and the second contact surface contacts the split ring.

To remove the pen from the pen holder, the end of the pen head is depressed, releasing the locking mechanism and ejecting the cylindrical sleeve from the mounting frame member, projecting the cylindrical sleeve from the surface by a spring mechanism allowing the pen to be removed from the cylindrical sleeve.

Abstract: A docking assembly for a self-contained breathing apparatus comprises a seat, a coupler, a pawl, and a spring. The self-contained breathing apparatus generally includes a compressed air tank having a head and a nozzle, the compressed air tank being adapted to deliver breathable air to a user. The seat of the docking assembly is adapted to releasably retain the head of the compressed air tank. The coupler comprises a plurality of circumferentially spaced teeth and a handle and is adapted for threaded engagement with the nozzle of the compressed air tank. The pawl is mounted to the seat for pivotal displacement and adapted to engage at least one of the plurality of teeth on the threaded coupler to lock the threaded coupler onto the nozzle. The spring biases the arm into the locked position.

Abstract: This invention describes a hanger for attaching to a wall of a suitable storage space for hanging a “blue box” thereon. The hanger is preferably composed of a one piece molded plastic material and makes use of the universal shape of the “blue box” container to hang the “blue box” from the rim which is omnipresent on the “blue box”. The hanger is of such shape that it is able to grasp the rim of the “blue box” when the “blue box” is suitably placed thereon. A projecting lip carried by the hanger holds the rim of a suitably placed container thereon.

Abstract: Improvements to a portable fire extinguisher where the improvements relate to a system where the owner of the extinguisher can service and maintain their fire protection. Systems in place today require the servicing of a third party. The service companies (third parties) are charged with maintaining the system. Further Improvements include an anti-bridging mechanism that is articulated from the exterior of the chamber to fluff, mix or stir the powder within the chamber to keep it in a liquefied state. The improvements further include a wall mounting bracket that reduces tampering with the extinguisher, an automatic fluffing motor and manual fluffing wheel with a chuck for use with a drill. These features extend the service intervals while maintaining the fire extinguisher in a ready condition. The fire extinguisher is construction of components that are interchangeable and provide equal operation for left and right handed people.

Abstract: The present invention is a new and novel bracket assembly for display of potted plants. The main component is an integrally formed bracket that can be mounted onto any vertical support surface. Due to the shape and size of the bracket any type of flower pot having a rim can be re-movably supported thereon. The integrally formed bracket can be used independently and/or in combination with additional optional accessories. The accessories allow for variable configurations, multiples of the bracket to be displayed simultaneously and also the end user can install the assembly onto either a vertical, horizontal, or an overhead support surface.

The outer end is adapted to be manipulated by a user. A spring is provided between the upper portion and the handle. The spring urges the outer end upwardly and the upper retainer downwardly.

The container holding unit further includes a case having a first guide grove and a second guide grove extending downwardly. The abutting portion includes a first shaft inserted in the first guide grove and a second shaft inserted in the second guide grove, so that the abutting portion slides relative to the case. The abutting portion is rotatable in a direction that a projecting amount of the abutting portion from the case decreases when an upward force is applied from below. The urging device urges the abutting portion in a direction that the abutting portion projects from the case, and in a direction that the abutting portion returns to an initial position.

Abstract: Devices and methods are provided for detachably securing cans for use in plumbing, painting, construction, and home improvement. The devices are configured for mounting a structure such as a ladder, scaffold, bench, tool box, saw horse, table, railing, pipe, wood, lumber, metal, or plastic support or other object and further configured for detachably securing cans, such as cans containing PVC glue or primer for a plumber's use. In one device, the securing members have two arms configured to be arranged in an open state for receiving the can with substantially zero insertion force. In that device, the arms have end portions with latching members configured to join together in a first engagement position with the can. In a closed state, the latching members are in a partially overlapping configuration that pulls the arms tightly around the circumference of the can and thereby supplies a compression fit with high pull-apart strength.

It can be used in a number of horizontal or vertical positions varying between in an open or a closed position. The closed position being best suited for storage or transport with an attached bag. Abstract: A mounting bracket having a living hinge operable to enable mounting straps of the mounting bracket to move between retracted and extended positions. In the extended position, the mounting straps are configured to extend around and retain a fire extinguisher. In the retracted position, the mounting straps are removed from the fire extinguisher. The living hinge may include a continuous piece of material that extends between the mounting straps and a base member of the mounting bracket to which the mounting straps are coupled.

Abstract: A dry powder fire extinguisher recharging system charges and discharges a bottle with dry powder. The system includes a frame unit and various components associated with it, such as a clamp assembly to clamp a bottle assembly. The bottle assembly has a bottle in a pre-discharge or a discharge condition, and a valve. There are also components including locking plungers, a torque idler to torque and untorque the valve, a fill valve to recharge the bottle assembly, a fill gauge to pressurize the bottle assembly to the required pressures, a recharge line to charge the bottle assembly with the pressurizing agent, a discharge line to discharge a fully charged bottle, and a socket and an extension. The system also has a valve service area to re-service the valve, and a sprayer gun to remove dry powder residue from the valve during re-servicing of the valve.

Abstract: A trigger actuated cleaning device includes an adjustable retainer assembly for alternately holding a full-size or compact aerosol spay canister, thereby allowing the device to be used as a mop with an extension wand and a large canister or a wandless hand-held device with a small canister. The retainer has a “ski-boot” configuration with a heel assembly slidable on a fixed rail having a spring biased latch engaging the rim at the bottom of the canister and clamping it against a toe stop, which is configured to align the canister with a trigger operated actuator.
