Abstract: A liquid dispenser includes of a bottle for housing the liquid, a pumping mechanism for discharging liquid from the bottle, and a boss that is connected to and extends from the bottom of the bottle. The boss on the bottle mates with a socket in a base to selectively secure the bottle to the base and a countertop or wall mounted support. The boss and socket are shaped so as to allow for a single orientation of the bottle. The combination of the boss on the bottle and the socket in the base provides a counter-top mounting system to securely anchor the liquid dispensing device. The apparatus also allows the soap reservoir to be easily refilled and utilizes readily available pump components.

Abstract: A rack includes a first upper hook that opens upward and a first lower hook that opens downward, wherein the first upper and lower hooks are vertically aligned. Two or more permanent magnets are physically secured to the rack, wherein the permanent magnets are positioned to simultaneously magnetically engage a side surface of a cylindrical gas tank and magnetically secure the rack to the side surface of the cylindrical gas tank. A hose may be wound about the first and second hooks in a side-to-side configuration. In one option, the rack may include a second upper and lower hooks that extend in opposing lateral directions to receive separate hoses. In another option, the rack may be formed with tubular metal and the permanent magnets may be disposed inside vertical sections of the tubular metal. That rack may also secure a gas flow meter.

Selective adjustment of the elevation and location of the retaining object is also contemplated herein with adjustable height portions and pivotable connections disclosed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus include attaching a lighted cup holder to a seating arrangement. The lighted cup holder includes a cup holder body and a light-producing light source, with the cup holder body being attached to the seating arrangement and having a cup receptacle therein, the light-producing source being disposed within the cup receptacle for illuminating the receptacle. A light-sensitive element operatively connected to the light source selectively controls production of light by the light source in such a manner that illumination of the cup holder is provided only under conditions where visibility is reduced to the point that it becomes difficult to locate the cup holder. The light-sensitive element is mounted on a master lighted cup holder and controls illumination of the master lighted cup holder and one or more slave lighted cup holders operatively connected to the master lighted cup holder.

A resilient finger is operably coupled to the receptacle and is operable between a disengaged position and an engaged position, wherein the resilient finger is engaged with the engagement feature. A resilient arm is coupled to the resilient finger and is operable to flex from a first position to a second position resilient finger inboard of the first position to allow the resilient finger to move between the disengaged and engaged positions.

Abstract: The ABS plastic made cup-holder is to be retrofitted to the Adirondack chair made of similar material i.e. ABS plastic. The cup-holder provides a cup holding area with two cutouts on either side of the walls of the cup-holder and two bases to accommodate the variety of the drinks. The cup-holder has a slot to contain a normal size cellular phone. The cup-holder arm grips hold the arm of the Adirondack chair with such a strength that can support drinks of 5 lb weight. The cup holding area has one and the cellular phone slot has two drain holes at their respective floors to empty any liquid in the cup holding area or cellular slot. These features make the present invention unique, inexpensive and have greater utility.

Abstract: A magnetic object holder is a device for releasably attaching an object to a ferromagnetic surface. The device can include an insulated flexible sleeve defining an interior space in which the object is removably receivable. The sleeve grips the object in an interference fit when the object is received in the interior space. One or more magnets secured to a portion of the sleeve enables the sleeve to be releasably attached to the ferromagnetic surface while the object is received in the interior space.

The user assembles from zero to (n) shells to the base, Russian-doll fashion, so as to optimally fit a particular vehicle cup holder. The user then wedges the assembly into the vehicle cup holder such that compressive force between the outermost tapering surface and the cup holder side wall securely holds the cell phone mount in place in the vehicle cup holder.

The basket portion has a plurality of movable basket elements which allow the basket portion to be alternatively placed in an assembled state to receive the container, and a collapsed state which reduces the amount of space occupied by the modular container holder.
