Abstract: A wall mount for a tool box includes a base, the base being at least substantially planar and defining a volume dimensioned to receive a tool box, at least one support extending outwardly from a lower portion of the base, the at least one support constructed to at least substantially bear a weight of a tool box received by the wall mount, and at least one receiver extending outwardly from an upper portion of the base, the at least one receiver being constructed to engage a correspondingly dimensioned and positioned feature of a tool box to prevent outward rotation of a tool box about the at least one support.

Abstract: The tissue box cover is an apparatus that helps prevent contaminants such as dust, bacteria, germs, droplets, allergens and viruses that may be spread by sneezing, coughing, talking of people and pets from intruding into the tissue box. The apparatus prevents the tissue box from physical damage and waste of the issues if the tissue box breaks, by providing a protective covering. Further, the apparatus includes a plurality of folding edges that enables a folding configuration for the tissue box cover, for ease of packaging, display, storage and transport. Furthermore, the lid of the apparatus is removably attached, such that the lid may be removed when replacing the tissue box or when the box is stored in a folded configuration. Abstract: A liquid dispenser includes of a bottle for housing the liquid, a pumping mechanism for discharging liquid from the bottle, and a boss that is connected to and extends from the bottom of the bottle. The boss on the bottle mates with a socket in a base to selectively secure the bottle to the base and a countertop or wall mounted support. The boss and socket are shaped so as to allow for a single orientation of the bottle. The combination of the boss on the bottle and the socket in the base provides a counter-top mounting system to securely anchor the liquid dispensing device. The apparatus also allows the soap reservoir to be easily refilled and utilizes readily available pump components.

Abstract: A rack includes a first upper hook that opens upward and a first lower hook that opens downward, wherein the first upper and lower hooks are vertically aligned. Two or more permanent magnets are physically secured to the rack, wherein the permanent magnets are positioned to simultaneously magnetically engage a side surface of a cylindrical gas tank and magnetically secure the rack to the side surface of the cylindrical gas tank. A hose may be wound about the first and second hooks in a side-to-side configuration. In one option, the rack may include a second upper and lower hooks that extend in opposing lateral directions to receive separate hoses. In another option, the rack may be formed with tubular metal and the permanent magnets may be disposed inside vertical sections of the tubular metal. That rack may also secure a gas flow meter.

Selective adjustment of the elevation and location of the retaining object is also contemplated herein with adjustable height portions and pivotable connections disclosed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus include attaching a lighted cup holder to a seating arrangement. The lighted cup holder includes a cup holder body and a light-producing light source, with the cup holder body being attached to the seating arrangement and having a cup receptacle therein, the light-producing source being disposed within the cup receptacle for illuminating the receptacle. A light-sensitive element operatively connected to the light source selectively controls production of light by the light source in such a manner that illumination of the cup holder is provided only under conditions where visibility is reduced to the point that it becomes difficult to locate the cup holder. The light-sensitive element is mounted on a master lighted cup holder and controls illumination of the master lighted cup holder and one or more slave lighted cup holders operatively connected to the master lighted cup holder.

Abstract: The ABS plastic made cup-holder is to be retrofitted to the Adirondack chair made of similar material i.e. ABS plastic. The cup-holder provides a cup holding area with two cutouts on either side of the walls of the cup-holder and two bases to accommodate the variety of the drinks. The cup-holder has a slot to contain a normal size cellular phone. The cup-holder arm grips hold the arm of the Adirondack chair with such a strength that can support drinks of 5 lb weight. The cup holding area has one and the cellular phone slot has two drain holes at their respective floors to empty any liquid in the cup holding area or cellular slot. These features make the present invention unique, inexpensive and have greater utility.

Abstract: A vehicle cup holder cell phone mount has a base with a downwardly and inwardly tapering surface of rotation around a vertical axis. A pier stands up from a top of the base and a cell phone mounting bracket is pivotally mounted to the pier. The cell phone mounting bracket has adjustable jaws to fit cell phones of varying widths. The jaws always define an opening for a cell phone power/communications cable. One or more of a plurality of shells may be selectively assembled to the base. Each shell has a tapering surface of rotation around the axis. The shells are of different sizes. The user assembles from zero to (n) shells to the base, Russian-doll fashion, so as to optimally fit a particular vehicle cup holder. The user then wedges the assembly into the vehicle cup holder such that compressive force between the outermost tapering surface and the cup holder side wall securely holds the cell phone mount in place in the vehicle cup holder.

Abstract: A modular container holder comprising a backing panel and a collapsible basket portion, the backing panel has a magnetic mounting means adapted to detachably secure the modular container holder to a vertical mounting surface, the basket portion projects forwardly from the backing panel and is adapted to receive and retain a container. The basket portion has a plurality of movable basket elements which allow the basket portion to be alternatively placed in an assembled state to receive the container, and a collapsed state which reduces the amount of space occupied by the modular container holder. A contiguous modular arrangement of multiple modular containers positioned in column or row configurations allows multiple containers to be stored, while the basket portion is tilted forwardly to prevent the obstruction of basket openings when the modular container holders are vertically stacked in the column configuration.

The insert is mated to the mount by placing the keystone portion in the keystone pocket.

The fluid dispenser may further include a container holder having a stem support that defines a slot that receives the stem of the fluid pump, a base, and an attachment member extending from the stem support toward the base. Various fluid dispenser designs, implementations, and uses are discussed.
