Abstract: A portable utility desk for bed-patient and other uses including a flat, rectangular surface having a semicircular notch on one side thereof for adapting to the body of the user and providing for attachment of legs to the surface to be usable in a multiplicity of positions and further providing a book-holder structure for holding a book in stationary position on the flat surface.
