Abstract: The present invention discloses a quasi-zero-stiffness (QZS) based six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) absolute displacement and attitude measurement device. A lower end coil and an upper end coil are respectively charged with currents in the opposite directions; The electromagnetic field and the magnetic fields of an upper magnet and a lower magnet per se are mutually acted to produce an electromagnetic stiffness opposite to the stiffness of a spring. The stiffness of the whole leg is close to zero stiffness. When the to-be-measured platform generates space motion, the reference platform is in the stationary state. At this point, the deformation amounts of the six legs can be measured by laser displacement sensors. The six deformation amounts are respectively inputted into the displacement and attitude resolver, and by forward kinematic solution of the 6-DOF device, the displacement and the attitude of the to-be-measured platform can be obtained.

After the mounting hook is locked to the back of a television, and is assembled to the video wall mount, when front-surface evenness needs adjustment, only the first adjusting bolt needs to be rotated. The second adjusting bolt is rotated to adjust a vertical gap. Because only the mounting hook and two adjusting bolts need to be used to adjust front-surface evenness and a vertical gap, a small number of elements are used, and the structure is very simple. In fabrication, the cost can be significantly decreased. Moreover, such an adjusting manner is intuitive and simple in operations, and adjustment operations can be performed immediately without additional reading of instructions or experiments.

A pivotable, weighted bob is used as a gravity reference to control a lock that unlocks the extension of a cable on the side of a frame that is tilted up with respect to the other side, when the frame is not level. The extensible cable is let out until the frame is once again level, at which point the extensible cable is locked and prevented from extending further. When the frame side is tilted down with respect to the other side, or the frame is level, the extensible cable is locked and prevented from extending on that side.

Abstract: A wall fixture attachment device for securing a wall fixture to a support structure comprising a release liner including a main body portion and an integral extended body portion foldable over a length of the main body portion, an adhesive material having a first adhesive surface and a second adhesive surface, the first adhesive surface adjacent to and in contact with the integral extended body portion of the release liner and the second adhesive surface placed in contact with the wall fixture and a removable protective cover adjacent to and in contact with the second adhesive surface prior to contact of the second adhesive surface with the wall fixture, wherein the integral extended body portion of the release liner is peelably released from the first adhesive surface to expose the first adhesive surface for adhesive contact with the support structure. A method of application is also disclosed.

Abstract: A mounting bracket apparatus for adjustably supporting a flat panel display from a wall. The mounting bracket includes a wall bracket, a display bracket and two traversing mounts. The traversing mounts are supportively disposed between the wall bracket and the display bracket, and driven along a pair of substantially parallel linear axes by a pair of actuators enabling vertical adjustment of the display bracket. The traversing mounts are flexibly coupled between the wall bracket and the display bracket, thereby enabling misalignment of the positions to adjust the skew of the display bracket relative to the wall bracket.
