  • Patent number: 9703213
Abstract: The invention relates to a substrate processing apparatus (10) comprising a support frame (60), a radiation projection system (20) for projecting radiation onto a substrate to be processed, a substrate support structure (30) for supporting the substrate, and a fluid transfer system (150). The radiation projection system comprises a cooling arrangement (130) and is supported by and vibrationally decoupled from the support frame such that vibrations of the support frame above a predetermined maximum frequency are substantially decoupled from the radiation projection system. The fluid transfer system comprises at least one tube (140) fixed at two points (151,152), and comprises a flexible portion. A substantial part of the flexible portion extends over a plane substantially parallel to the substrate support structure surface.

Abstract: The method and apparatus for forming and mounting a photovoltaic (PV) array of this invention is disclosed and provides, without limitation, (i) a PV module framing and coupling system which enables the attachment of PV modules to a roof or other mounting surface without requiring the use of separate structural support members which attach directly to and span between multiple PV modules in a formed PV array and (ii) an ancillary device attachment bracket, system, and method. One embodiment may provide a slidable parallel coupling for securely interlocking the outside surfaces of parallel frame members together in a side to side arrangement, thereby enabling the formation of a PV array with improved structural load distribution.

Abstract: A quick-mounting device for canisters comprises a housing and an adjustment means. The housing defines a recess at a top thereof and a hollow space therein. The housing is sealed with a cover that defines a though hole at a center thereof. The adjustment means includes two arched pieces and a control piece. The arched pieces are placed in the recess of the housing to define an opening therebetween. The control piece has a pusher and is placed on top of the arched pieces to engage with two ends of each arched piece. Each arched piece is provided with a spring at an external side thereof intermediate of the two ends. Thereby, the pusher of the control piece can be pressed to have the two arched pieces moved outwardly to change the dimension of the opening defined by the two arched pieces so as to mount a canister.

Abstract: Slip joint clamps are installed against guide ears of diffusers at jet pump slip joints. Clamps may prevent vibration and/or movement in the slip joint while not being rigidly attached to the diffuser. Clamps include a compression flipper pressing against a guide ear of the diffuser in a substantially radial direction, a biasing member between the compression member and guide ear that presses the flipper against the guide ear, and supporting structures that hold the flipper and biasing member to the inlet mixer about the guide ear. Systems of slip joint clamps are installed against several guide ears of a single diffuser. Each clamp may radially stabilize the diffuser and inlet mixer while permitting upward relative movement of the inlet mixer. Placement and tensioning of clamps in such systems may be varied so as to prevent or reduce vibrations and/or oscillations between an inlet mixer and diffuser.
