The trash receptacle configured to be enclosed by placing the receptacle within at least one environment comprising at least one cabinet. The trash receptacle further comprising additional space to carry supplies in a cart configuration. The trash receptacle wherein the additional space comprises one of a cabinet, one or more drawers, one or more shelves, one or more compartments. The trash receptacle further comprising wheels, a lid, at least one of a drip tray and a drip pan.

In addition, a bin including an adjustable bin lid member within a bin lid enabling liners of various sizes to be secured in the interior chamber of the bin. Furthermore, a bin including a vertical moving floor plate within the interior chamber of the bin for supporting liners of various lengths.

Abstract: A vomit emission containment device is a device having an adjustable position container stand and container designed for placement of the container in close proximity to a nauseous person. The device has a stand with a vomit container holder having an accessory holder on the back side. The vomit container holder attaches to a stand that has a base, a vertical portion, and an arm that holds the container. Each section is joined by an adjustable angle elbow that together allows the container to be positioned horizontally and vertically.

Abstract: A collapsible waste receptacle is disclosed with front and rear frame pieces generally defining an exterior boundary. The waste receptacle is configured to move between an expanded and a collapsed configuration. In the expanded configuration, a bottom frame piece may be attached to both the front frame piece and the rear frame piece to define at least a lower portion of the exterior boundary of the receptacle, and a top surface may contact the front frame piece and the rear frame piece. To transition to the collapsed configuration, the bottom frame piece may disconnect and rotate to generally vertical orientation within the exterior boundary of the receptacle. The top surface may rotate around a frame piece to generally vertical orientation outside the exterior boundary. The front and rear frame pieces may move towards each other to define a collapsed configuration, e.g. assisted by the inward folding of remaining side panels.

The storage bag may additionally include a closing mechanism to secure the equipment in the bag. Abstract: The dustpan with garbage bag supporting frame, filter, and running boards includes a dustpan of hollowed construction from which the garbage bag supporting frame attaches to a rear of said dustpan. The dustpan includes a plurality of interchangeable filters that can attach to a front opening and/or rear opening in order to sift or filter out debris swept into and through said dustpan. The garbage bag supporting frame attaches onto opposing exterior surfaces of said dustpan. Both the garbage bag supporting frame and the dustpan include running boards that attach there under, and which enable mobilization there to. Abstract: An apparatus which is used to very securely retain a disposable trash bag onto the upper interior circumference of the trash receptacle portion of a janitorial cart. It includes a retaining ring which is securely retained by spring force action against the upper interior rim of the trash receptacle. A trigger mechanism is used to lock the retaining ring in a raised condition over the upper interior circumference so that the open ends of a disposable trash bag are inserted between the retaining ring and the upper interior surface. The trigger mechanism is retained in place by engaging teeth which engage ratcheted receiving teeth. A pair of pushbuttons serve to release the trigger mechanisms so that the return spring force causes the retaining ring to move upwardly and release the entrapped disposable garbage bag.

Pivoting handles can be conveniently released by a foot pedal or by actuating a hand trigger while lifting the bag handles. A receptacle lid can be included, and a foot pedal can be used to operate the lid.

The freely mounted roller members are so mounted that the rollers are in alignment with each other and rotate in the same direction. A roller members connecting plate is provided to facilitate mounting the roller members in predetermined angular position before they are mounted into assembled position on the easy rolling support base and to facilitate repair of a roller member that may fail. The roller members are formed of materials to support the load and shaped to oppose other than unidirectional movement.

Abstract: Our patent application applies to a new design concept, which employs a very simple rolling rack arrangement to collect commercial and home garbage and trash using standard disposable trash bags. The basic idea revolves around the concept that clean up is significantly simplified with a rack which can be rolled up to the collection point used and then simply stored away when no longer in use via a simple folding arrangement. The rack is to be made of standard tubing and standard commercially available casters. The entire assembly is easy to clean and store and can be used by the average homemaker or commercial establishment handling garbage of all kinds. Significant advantages are cleanliness in that the rack assembly is easy to clean and therefore sanitary, the garbage is protected with a plastic cover to retain fumes and odors and in general afford a clean appetence.

Abstract: An intravenous (IV) pole system for supporting medical equipment having a base with legs, a mast engaged to the base, and a lifting mechanism including a gas spring engaged to the base and the mast. Each of the legs includes at least one wheel. The lifting mechanism is constructed to position the legs in an extended configuration and a retracted configuration. The lifting mechanism is further constructed to raise the legs and wheels relative to the base and relative to a surface. The lifting mechanism is configured to position the wheels proximate to the mast in the retracted configuration.
