  • Patent number: 9352494
Abstract: Provided is a molding die including a die body for molding a molded article, which has an undercut, and a demolding core movable to approach and separate from the die body. When the demolding core is separated from the die body, the demolding core elastically deforms the molded article such that the undercut separates from the die body and makes it possible to remove the molded article from the die body. The die body includes a recess where the depth gradually reduces along the direction in which the demolding core separates from the die body. During molding of the molded article, a projection is formed on the undercut in accordance with the shape of the recess. During removal of the molded article, the engagement between the projection and the recess regulates the movement of the molded article in a direction intersecting the movement direction of the demolding core.

Abstract: Isoelectric focusing gels are cast in a rod-shaped casting mold split longitudinally into two halves, each half having a half-circle profile so that the combined halves form a completed mold that is tubular in shape with a circular cross section. Flat grooves are cut into the flat contacting surfaces of each of the mold halves, the grooves in direct opposition to one another to form a chamber of rectangular cross section extending the full length of the mold and open at both ends. One groove receives a flexible backing strip for the gel and the other serves as the casting chamber for the gel. Once the gel is cast in this mold, isoelectric focusing can be performed as if the gel were a tube gel, and the two mold halves are then readily separated to permit removal of the gel and its transfer if desired to a second dimension separation.

Abstract: The present invention provides a device for suspending a loaf of bread dough throughout the final rise step and for subsequent transfer to the baking location by gently rolling the loaf from the device without having to manually handle the dough, thus preserving the rise and the shape of the loaf. The present invention has two end support structures that are attached by removable lateral supports. The loaf support components include a fabric web and two rigid longitudinal members. The ends of the longitudinal members are then placed between the end supports in contact with top edge of the end supports. As a result, the fabric web is therefore supported along two edges between the end supports and is suspended over the work surface forming a downwardly depending u-shaped pocket. The loaves of bread dough are placed individually into the fabric pockets and are supported in a uniform manner transferring pressure along the entire bottom and critical side surfaces of the rising bread loaf.

The formwork part has a lift-off stirrup engaging over the magnetic body, and between the lift-off stirrup and the cover side of the magnetic body facing away from the base plate there is a slot into which the magnetic body is retractable with a lifting element. This formwork system is characterized by a retaining elements which are releasably coupled on the magnetic body when it is retracted into the slot. This has the advantage that, by the couplable retaining elements, the magnetic body is securely fixed in the lift-off stirrup in its retracted state. Preferably, the coupling elements are constructed as magnetic and adhesion surfaces, which are arranged in the region of the slot between the magnetic body and lift-off stirrup.

The mold members include annular flanges extending radially outwardly from the members in a configuration that allows the torso member to be stacked upon and releasably secured to the base member prior to filling with snow. While the base and torso members have a substantially similar configuration, the torso member presents a circumference dimension that is smaller than the circumference dimension of the base member such that the torso member fits within the base member in a storage configuration. A snowman is constructed using the present invention by placing the base member on a surface, stacking and securing successively smaller mold members thereon, and depositing snow into the opening in the uppermost member. When the mold is completely filled, the members may be successively removed by opening the doors of each member and releasing the fasteners coupling the members together.
